一、WBTQSB-30KVA/150KV試驗變壓器概述

二、WBTQSB-30KVA/150KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)采用(yong)單框芯(xin)式鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級繞(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)在鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組在外,這(zhe)種同軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁通,因而(er)增大(da)了繞(rao)(rao)組間的(de)耦合。產(chan)品的(de)外殼為(wei)圓(yuan)柱灌式容器(qi)結(jie)構(gou),能(neng)耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器為(wei)(wei)單(dan)相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯結組(zu)標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為(wei)(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為(wei)(wei)本公(gong)司生產(chan)的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器配套專(zhuan)用(yong)設備,詳細(xi)資料請見其具體使用(yong)說明書)系列操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)箱(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)初級繞(rao)組(zu),根據電(dian)(dian)磁感應原(yuan)理,在試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可(ke)獲得試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的(de)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)工(gong)(gong)作原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套(tao)管中裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路中作半波整流(liu),以獲得(de)直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當(dang)用一短路桿(gan)將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆短接時(shi),可(ke)獲得(de)工(gong)(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作為交(jiao)流(liu)輸出狀態;取消短路桿(gan)時(shi),作為直流(liu)輸出狀態。

試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)套管中的高壓(ya)硅堆(dui)未(wei)畫出,其原理與上圖(tu)相同。

注:高(gao)壓尾必(bi)須可靠(kao)接地

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗中限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根(gen)據試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的額定容(rong)量(liang)來(lai)選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)側額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流為1A以(yi)上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作(zuo)為限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠的熱容(rong)量(liang)(水阻(zu)液配(pei)制方(fang)法(fa):用蒸餾(liu)水加入適量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配(pei)制成(cheng)各種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超過球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般(ban)取試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起到保護(hu)作(zuo)用。球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不(bu)是非常準確(que)的(de)(de),其原因是由(you)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低于或高(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出(chu)(chu)來的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所(suo)謂容升現象(xiang)。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)漏抗必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)所(suo)施加的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注意事(shi)項

1)試驗人員(yuan)應做好分(fen)工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專(zhuan)門(men)人監護現場**及(ji)觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)應(ying)先(xian)清掃干凈(jing),并**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試品(pin)和試驗(yan)帶來的誤(wu)差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗,一般都應先(xian)進(jin)行(xing)空升試驗。即不接試品時升壓至試驗電(dian)壓,校(xiao)對(dui)各種表(biao)計,調(diao)整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須防止突然(ran)加壓。例如調(diao)壓器不(bu)在(zai)零位(wei)(wei)時(shi)突然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能(neng)突然(ran)切斷(duan)電源,一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓器降至零位(wei)(wei)時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓升至試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓時,開始計時,到(dao)(dao)1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓到(dao)(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓以(yi)下時,才能(neng)拉(la)開電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓或(huo)耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發現下列不正常(chang)情(qing)況時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷電源。停(ting)止試(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因:①電壓表指針(zhen)擺動很大(da);②發現絕(jue)緣燒(shao)焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正常(chang)的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前后應測(ce)量絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)(yuan)情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)品的直流(liu)耐壓或泄(xie)露試(shi)驗時接(jie)線原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注:此(ci)試驗應(ying)先抽出(chu)短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示(shi)。

泄露試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)流(liu)不超(chao)過(guo)高壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置中,限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有(you)足夠(gou)的(de)容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波電容C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量(liang)很(hen)大時,C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的操作及(ji)注意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是(shi)否停電,接(jie)地(di)放電,一切對外連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要(yao)嚴(yan)防將(jiang)試驗電壓(ya)加到有人工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)后(hou)(hou),應復查(cha)無誤后(hou)(hou)才(cai)可加壓。應特別注(zhu)意檢查(cha)高壓設備(bei)及引線(xian)(xian)與(yu)(yu)地、與(yu)(yu)操作人員的(de)**距離(li),被試品的(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)地,要按(an)**規(gui)程(cheng)中所規(gui)定的(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對(dui)于大(da)電容量設備應緩慢(man)升壓,防止被試品的充電電流(liu)燒壞(huai)微安表。必要時應分(fen)級(ji)加壓,分(fen)別讀取各(ge)級(ji)電壓下微安表的穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,應(ying)密(mi)切監(jian)視被試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立即(ji)降(jiang)壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan),并(bing)查(cha)明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電源(yuan)后應(ying)將被試品(pin)及試驗(yan)裝置本身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBTQSB-30KVA/150KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試(shi)驗接好工作線(xian)路。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼以及操作系統的(de)外殼必須可靠(kao)接地。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端(duan)必須可靠(kao)接地。

2、做串級試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),**級、第三級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端以(yi)及高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)均接本級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼。**級、第三級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須通過絕(jue)緣(yuan)支架接地。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應在數秒內勻(yun)速的將調壓器返回至零(ling)位,然后切(qie)斷電源(yuan)。

6、本(ben)產品不(bu)得超(chao)過(guo)額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發現以(yi)下不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan),停止試(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因。

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)(li)表,為長(chang)期(qi)關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li)(li),應(ying)不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)(li)后(hou)立即關(guan)閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后(hou)應測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器長(chang)期不使(shi)用時,應放置于通風、干(gan)燥、無陽光直射的地方(fang)。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫度(du)下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途(tu)中(zhong)不得重力(li)沖擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固件及壓力閥、壓力表不(bu)得擅自松動。

14、使用(yong)本產品做高(gao)壓試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本說明書外(wai),還必須嚴格(ge)執行(xing)國家(jia)有關標準和(he)操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸(shu)變(bian)設(she)備的絕緣配(pei)合(he),高(gao)壓試(shi)驗技術(shu)》;《電氣設(she)備預(yu)防性試(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-30KVA/150KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的(de)確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標(biao)稱電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)稱電(dian)壓(ya)較低時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的(de)頻率

被試設備的(de)電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變(bian)化很大,

可(ke)由(you)設備(bei)的類型而定。
