二、WBTQSB-100KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗(yan)變壓器采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)結構,初(chu)級繞(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高壓繞(rao)(rao)組在(zai)外(wai),這種同軸布置減少了漏磁通(tong),因而增大(da)了繞(rao)(rao)組間(jian)的耦合(he)。產品的外(wai)殼為圓柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其結構見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-100KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器為(wei)單相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯結組(zu)(zu)標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本公司生(sheng)產的試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器配套專用設(she)備,詳細(xi)資料請見其具體(ti)使用說明書)系列操作(zuo)(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)(zuo)箱(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的初級繞組(zu)(zu),根據電(dian)磁感應(ying)原理(li),在試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲得試驗(yan)所需的高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

YDQ系列高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)做被試(shi)品的工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)使用接線原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)5。

注:高壓(ya)尾必(bi)須可靠接地

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流電阻(zu)R1應根據(ju)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的額定容量來選擇。如(ru)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸(shu)出(chu)電流在100~300mA時(shi),可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸(shu)出(chu)電流為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya))。常用水電阻(zu)作為(wei)限流電阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗(cu)細應具有足夠的熱容量(水阻(zu)液配(pei)(pei)制方法:用蒸餾水加入(ru)適量硫酸銅(tong)配(pei)(pei)制成各種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)阻:當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一(yi)般取試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確的,其原因是由于(yu)(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏(lou)抗上必然存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)(yu)或高(gao)(gao)于(yu)(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表上反映出來(lai)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容(rong)升現(xian)象(xiang)。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的漏(lou)抗必然存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測量(liang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上所(suo)施加(jia)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作注意事(shi)項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好分(fen)工,明確相互間(jian)聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監護現場**及(ji)觀察(cha)試品(pin)狀(zhuang)態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損(sun)壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗,一(yi)般都應先(xian)進行空升試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗。即不接(jie)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品時升壓(ya)至試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya),校對各種表計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須防止(zhi)突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)在零位時突(tu)然合閘(zha)。也不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)然切斷電(dian)源,一(yi)般應在調壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當(dang)電壓(ya)(ya)升(sheng)至試驗電壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)(shi),開始計時(shi)(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)(ya)以下時(shi)(shi),才能(neng)拉開電源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),如發現下列不(bu)正常情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源。停止試(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺動很大(da);②發現絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有(you)不(bu)正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后應測(ce)量絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

試驗變壓器在做被試品(pin)的直流耐壓或泄(xie)露試驗時接線原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)時,輸(shu)出端(duan)短路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不(bu)超過高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆的*大(da)(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆的*大(da)(da)整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于(yu)60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足(zu)夠(gou)的容量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電(dian)容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)品是否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外連(lian)線是否擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有(you)人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線后,應復(fu)查無誤后才可加(jia)壓。應特別(bie)注意檢查高壓設(she)備及(ji)引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人員(yuan)的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼(ke)是否可靠接(jie)地,要按(an)**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于(yu)大電(dian)(dian)容量(liang)設備應(ying)緩慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防止(zhi)被(bei)試(shi)品的充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒(shao)壞微安表。必要時(shi)應(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微安表的穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密(mi)切(qie)監視被(bei)試品、試驗(yan)裝置、微安(an)表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍(shuo)等異(yi)常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并(bing)查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電源后(hou)應將被試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-100KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進行的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好(hao)工作線路。試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)外殼以及(ji)(ji)操作系統的(de)外殼必須可靠接(jie)地(di)。試驗(yan)變壓器高(gao)壓繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾(wei))以及(ji)(ji)測量繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)F端必須可靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級試驗(yan)時,**級、第三級試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)低壓繞(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)X端,測量(liang)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)F端以及高壓繞(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)X端(高壓尾)均(jun)接(jie)本級試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼。**級、第三級試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須通過絕緣支(zhi)架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作系(xi)統(tong)的調壓器必須調到(dao)零位后方可接(jie)通電源,合閘(zha),開始升壓。

4、從(cong)零開(kai)始(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有(you):快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開(kai)始(shi)按一(yi)定(ding)(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和(he)速(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后(hou),在(zai)以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定(ding)(ding)試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表的(de)指(zhi)示(shi)以(yi)及被試品(pin)的(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試驗過(guo)程中如發現測量儀表的(de)指(zhi)示(shi)及被試品(pin)情況(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查明(ming)情況(kuang)。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后,應在數(shu)秒內勻速(su)的將調壓器返回(hui)至(zhi)零位,然后切斷(duan)電源。

6、本產(chan)品不得(de)超過(guo)額定參數(shu)使(shi)用(yong)。除(chu)試驗必須外,決不允許全電壓(ya)通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗過程中(zhong),如發現以(yi)下不正常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷電源,停止試驗并查明原(yuan)因(yin)。

被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)力(li)(li)表(biao),為長(chang)期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開(kai)閥(fa)一(yi)次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力(li)(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力(li)(li)后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體(ti),以增加(jia)氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試設備(bei)的絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情(qing)況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期(qi)不使用時(shi),應(ying)放置于通風(feng)、干燥(zao)、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產(chan)品不允許(xu)在高(gao)于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期(qi)存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸(shu)搬運(yun)途中不得重力沖(chong)擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固(gu)件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明(ming)書外,還必(bi)須(xu)嚴格執行國(guo)家有關標準和操作(zuo)規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變(bian)設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試驗規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-100KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的(de)確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)輸出高壓的(de)(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓(ya)(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓(ya)(ya)較低(di)時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源(yuan)的頻率(lv)

被試設備的電容量(liang)Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的變(bian)化很(hen)大,

可(ke)由設備的類型而定(ding)。
