一、WBTQSB-100KVA/100KV試驗變壓器概述

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)是根據《試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)》標(biao)準(zhun),在(zai)油浸(jin)式(shi)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)基礎上(shang)而設(she)計生產的(de)(de)。SF6氣(qi)體具有(you)良好的(de)(de)電(dian)氣(qi)絕緣(yuan)性能及優異(yi)的(de)(de)滅弧性能,其(qi)耐壓(ya)(ya)強度為同一壓(ya)(ya)力下氮氣(qi)的(de)(de)2.5倍,擊穿(chuan)(chuan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)空氣(qi)的(de)(de)2.5倍。在(zai)0.25MPa下與油的(de)(de)擊穿(chuan)(chuan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)相等(deng),在(zai)0.45MPa壓(ya)(ya)力下是油的(de)(de)擊穿(chuan)(chuan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)2倍,是一種優于(yu)油的(de)(de)新一代(dai)超(chao)高壓(ya)(ya)絕緣(yuan)介質材(cai)料(liao)。該產品技術要求完(wan)全(quan)符合《ZBK-41006-89》標(biao)準(zhun),它是油浸(jin)式(shi)輕型試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)換代(dai)產品。該產品具有(you)體積(ji)小、重量輕、不受氣(qi)候變化(hua)影響(xiang)、電(dian)暈小、現場搬運無(wu)需靜止可使(shi)用(yong),使(shi)用(yong)壽命長、免維修(xiu)等(deng)特點。適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)電(dian)力系(xi)統、工礦(kuang)企業、科研部(bu)門等(deng)對(dui)各種高壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備(bei)、電(dian)氣(qi)元(yuan)件(jian)、絕緣(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)進行工頻或直流(liu)高壓(ya)(ya)下的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)強度試驗(yan)(yan)。

二、WBTQSB-100KVA/100KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)采用(yong)單(dan)框芯(xin)(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初(chu)級繞組繞在(zai)鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組在(zai)外,這種(zhong)同軸布置減少了漏磁通,因而(er)增大了繞組間的耦(ou)合(he)。產品的外殼(ke)為圓柱灌式容器(qi)(qi)結(jie)構(gou),能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接(jie)入 (為本公(gong)司生產的試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用(yong)設(she)備,詳細資(zi)料請見其具體使用(yong)說明書)系列(lie)操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級(ji)繞組,根據電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理(li),在試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗所需的高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器做(zuo)被試品的工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)使用接線原(yuan)理圖見圖5。

注:高(gao)壓尾(wei)必須可靠接地

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電阻(zu)R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電流(liu)在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電流(liu)為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)電阻(zu)作(zuo)為限流(liu)電阻(zu),管子長度(du)可按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠的熱容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球間(jian)(jian)隙及保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過球間(jian)(jian)隙整定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起(qi)到(dao)保護(hu)作用。球間(jian)(jian)隙保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)(biao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確的(de)(de),其原因是由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)漏抗,在這個(ge)漏抗上(shang)必然存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)上(shang)反(fan)映出來的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸(shu)出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就(jiu)是所謂容(rong)升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗必然存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所施(shi)加的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗人員應(ying)做好(hao)分工,明確相互間(jian)聯系方法。并有專門人監護現場(chang)**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品應(ying)先清(qing)掃干凈,并**干燥,以(yi)免損(sun)壞被試(shi)(shi)品和試(shi)(shi)驗帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大型(xing)試驗,一般都應先進行空升試驗。即不接試品時升壓(ya)至試驗電壓(ya),校對(dui)各種表計,調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓速度(du)不能(neng)太快,并必(bi)須(xu)防止突(tu)(tu)然(ran)加(jia)壓。例(li)如(ru)調(diao)壓器不在(zai)零(ling)位(wei)時突(tu)(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不能(neng)突(tu)(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓器降至(zhi)零(ling)位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓升至試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓時,開始計時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓以(yi)下(xia)時,才能拉開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現(xian)下列不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒煙(yan);③被(bei)試品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

試驗變(bian)壓器在做(zuo)被試品的直流耐壓或泄露(lu)試驗時接線原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗(yan)應先抽出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示(shi)。

泄(xie)露試驗(yan)中限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電阻R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出(chu)電壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出(chu)端(duan)短路(lu)電流(liu)不超(chao)過(guo)高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的*大(da)整流(liu)。如電壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的*大(da)整流(liu)電流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置中,限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電阻還應具有足夠的容(rong)量和沿面(mian)放(fang)電距離。

高壓濾(lv)波(bo)電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電容量很(hen)大時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試驗(yan)的操作及注意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是否(fou)停(ting)電,接地放(fang)電,一切對外連線是否(fou)擦干(gan)凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)(shi)驗電壓加(jia)到(dao)有人(ren)工作(zuo)的部(bu)位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)后,應復查(cha)無誤后才(cai)可(ke)加(jia)壓。應特(te)別注意檢查(cha)高壓設(she)備及引線(xian)(xian)與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人(ren)員的(de)(de)**距離,被試品的(de)(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地,要按**規程中所規定(ding)的(de)(de)內容進(jin)行(xing)試驗。

3)對于(yu)大電容(rong)量設備應(ying)緩慢(man)升壓,防止(zhi)被試品的(de)充電電流燒壞微(wei)安表(biao)。必要時應(ying)分級(ji)加壓,分別讀取各級(ji)電壓下微(wei)安表(biao)的(de)穩定(ding)讀數(shu)。

4)試驗(yan)(yan)過程中,應密切監視被(bei)試品(pin)、試驗(yan)(yan)裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常(chang)現象應立(li)即降(jiang)壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan),并查明原因,詳(xiang)細記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan)后應(ying)將(jiang)被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置本身(shen)充分放電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-100KVA/100KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)試驗接(jie)好(hao)工(gong)作(zuo)線(xian)路。試驗變(bian)(bian)壓器的(de)(de)(de)外殼以(yi)(yi)及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的(de)(de)(de)外殼必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地。試驗變(bian)(bian)壓器高壓繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)X端(高壓尾(wei))以(yi)(yi)及(ji)測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)F端必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級試驗(yan)時,**級、第三級試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測(ce)量繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼。**級、第三級試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼必(bi)須通過絕(jue)緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電源(yuan)(yuan)前,操(cao)作系(xi)統的調(diao)壓(ya)器必須調(diao)到零(ling)位(wei)后(hou)方可(ke)接(jie)通電源(yuan)(yuan),合(he)閘(zha),開始升壓(ya)。

4、從零開(kai)始均(jun)勻(yun)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有:快(kuai)速(su)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)(ji)20s逐級升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)(ji)60s逐級升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速(su)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度上升到您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速(su)度升到您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意(yi)測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)以及被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程(cheng)中如發現測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)及被試(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)異常(chang),應立即(ji)(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源,查(cha)明情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒(miao)內勻(yun)速的將調壓器返回至零位,然(ran)后切斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)(bu)得(de)超過額定參數使(shi)用。除試(shi)驗必須(xu)外,決不(bu)(bu)允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現以下不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,停止試驗并查(cha)明原因。

⑴電壓表(biao)指針(zhen)擺動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電流表直(zhi)線上升

被(bei)試品內有(you)不(bu)正常(chang)的(de)聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓力閥及壓力表,為長期關閉(bi)(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥一(yi)次,以(yi)檢查(cha)(cha)SF6壓力,應不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)(cha)壓力后立(li)即關閉(bi)(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體(ti),以(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗前后應測量被(bei)試(shi)設備(bei)的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓(ya)器長期不使(shi)用時,應(ying)放置于通風、干(gan)燥(zao)、無(wu)陽光直射(she)的(de)地方。

11、該產品不(bu)允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中(zhong)不(bu)得重力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表(biao)不(bu)得擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用本(ben)產(chan)品做高(gao)壓試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本(ben)說明(ming)書外,還必須嚴(yan)格執行國(guo)家有關標準和操作規程(cheng)。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設(she)備的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓試驗(yan)技術(shu)》;《電氣設(she)備預防性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-100KVA/100KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器容量Pn的(de)確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有(you)效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的(de)頻(pin)率

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由(you)設(she)備(bei)的類型而定。
