二、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV交流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器采用(yong)單(dan)框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構,初(chu)級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種同軸布置減少了漏磁(ci)通,因而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外殼為(wei)圓(yuan)柱灌式容(rong)器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓(ya)(ya)力。其(qi)結構見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV交流耐壓發生器工作原理

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相(xiang)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯(lian)結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電源接(jie)入 (為本公司(si)生產的試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用設備,詳細資(zi)料請見其具體使用說(shuo)明書)系(xi)列操(cao)作箱(臺(tai)),經操(cao)作箱內(nei)自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級繞組,根據(ju)電磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的工作原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)回路中作半波整流(liu)(liu),以獲得(de)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。當用一短路桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆短接時,可獲得(de)工頻高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),作為(wei)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態;取消短路桿時,作為(wei)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態。

注(zhu):高壓尾必須可靠接地

工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)(ding)容量來選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常(chang)用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作為(wei)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管子長度可按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子粗細(xi)應具有足夠的熱容量(水阻液(ye)配制方法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾水加(jia)入適(shi)量硫酸銅(tong)配制成各種不同的阻值)。

球間隙(xi)(xi)及保護電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓超(chao)過球間隙(xi)(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一般取(qu)試驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間隙(xi)(xi)放電(dian),對被試品起(qi)到保護作(zuo)用。球間隙(xi)(xi)保護電(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中,低電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確的(de)(de)(de),其原因是由于(yu)(yu)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上必然(ran)(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容升,使試品(pin)上的(de)(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反(fan)映出來的(de)(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時,被(bei)試品(pin)上的(de)(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時,試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必然(ran)(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為(wei)了準確測(ce)量(liang)被(bei)試品(pin)上所(suo)施加(jia)的(de)(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應做好分工(gong),明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監護(hu)現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以(yi)免損壞(huai)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大(da)型試驗,一般都應(ying)先進行空升(sheng)試驗。即不接試品時升(sheng)壓至試驗電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調(diao)整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓速度不(bu)(bu)能太快,并必(bi)須防止突(tu)(tu)然加壓。例(li)如(ru)調壓器不(bu)(bu)在零(ling)(ling)位(wei)時突(tu)(tu)然合閘(zha)。也不(bu)(bu)能突(tu)(tu)然切(qie)斷電源(yuan),一(yi)般應在調壓器降至零(ling)(ling)位(wei)時拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電壓(ya)升至試驗電壓(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發現下列(lie)不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停(ting)止試驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動很大;②發現絕緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙(yan);③被試品(pin)內(nei)有(you)不(bu)正常(chang)的聲(sheng)音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后應(ying)測量絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)品的直(zhi)流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路(lu)桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露試驗中(zhong)(zhong)限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出端(duan)短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅堆的*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于(yu)60kV的試驗裝置中(zhong)(zhong),限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還(huan)應(ying)具有(you)足夠的容(rong)量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一(yi)般選(xuan)擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試(shi)品的電(dian)容(rong)量很大時(shi),C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄(xie)露(lu)試(shi)驗的操作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗(yan)前(qian)應(ying)先(xian)檢查被試品是否停電,接地放(fang)電,一切對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試驗(yan)電壓加(jia)到有人(ren)工作的部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置的接線后,應(ying)復查無誤后才可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特別注意檢查高壓設備及引線與地、與操作人員的**距(ju)離,被試品的外殼是否可(ke)靠接地,要(yao)按(an)**規程中(zhong)所規定的內容(rong)進行試驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大電(dian)容量(liang)設備應緩慢(man)升壓(ya)(ya),防止(zhi)被試品的充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表。必要時應分(fen)級(ji)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya),分(fen)別讀取各(ge)級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)下微安表的穩定讀數。

4)試驗過程中,應密(mi)切監視被試品、試驗裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常(chang)現象(xiang)應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電源后應將(jiang)被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本(ben)身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV交流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行的(de)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗接好(hao)工作線(xian)路。試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓器的(de)外殼(ke)以(yi)及(ji)操(cao)作系(xi)統的(de)外殼(ke)必(bi)須可(ke)靠接地。試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓器高(gao)壓繞組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾(wei))以(yi)及(ji)測量繞組的(de)F端必(bi)須可(ke)靠接地。

2、做(zuo)串(chuan)級試(shi)驗時,**級、第三級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端,測量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼。**級、第三級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須通過絕緣支架接地(di)。

3、接通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系(xi)統的調壓器必(bi)須調到零位后方可接通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan),合(he)閘(zha),開始升(sheng)壓。

4、從零(ling)(ling)開(kai)始(shi)(shi)均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有(you):快速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零(ling)(ling)開(kai)始(shi)(shi)按一定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在(zai)以每秒2%額(e)定(ding)(ding)試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意測量儀表的(de)(de)指示以及(ji)被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試驗(yan)(yan)過程中(zhong)如(ru)發現測量儀表的(de)(de)指示及(ji)被(bei)試品(pin)情(qing)況(kuang)異常,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源,查(cha)明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou)(hou),應在(zai)數秒內勻速的將調壓器(qi)返回至零位(wei),然后(hou)(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不允(yun)許(xu)全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗過程(cheng)中(zhong),如發現以下不正常情況時,應立(li)即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源,停止(zhi)試驗并查明原因。

被(bei)試品(pin)內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力閥(fa)(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力表,為長期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力后立即(ji)關閉閥(fa)(fa)門(men)),低(di)于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量(liang)被試設備(bei)的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試(shi)驗變壓器長期(qi)不使用時,應放置于通風、干(gan)燥(zao)、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高(gao)于(yu)45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬(ban)運(yun)途(tu)中不(bu)得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表(biao)不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓試驗時(shi),出熟悉本說明書外,還(huan)必須嚴格執行國家有關標準和操作規(gui)程。可(ke)參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配(pei)合,高(gao)壓試驗技術》;《電(dian)氣(qi)設備(bei)預防(fang)性試驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV交流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額(e)定輸出(chu)高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值可取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的頻(pin)率

被試設備的電容(rong)量Ct可由交流(liu)電橋測出(chu)。Ct的變化很大,

可(ke)由設備的類(lei)型而(er)定(ding)。
