二、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單相變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電源接入 (為本(ben)公司(si)生產的試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套(tao)專用(yong)設備,詳細(xi)資料請見(jian)其具體(ti)使用(yong)說(shuo)明書(shu))系列操作箱(xiang)(臺(tai)),經(jing)操作箱(xiang)內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附(fu))調節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初(chu)級繞組,根據電磁(ci)感應原理(li),在試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的高電壓(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗變壓器的(de)(de)額定容量來選擇。如高(gao)壓側額定輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓);高(gao)壓側額定輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓)。常用(yong)水電(dian)阻(zu)作(zuo)為限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子(zi)長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子(zi)粗細應(ying)具有足夠的(de)(de)熱(re)容量(水阻(zu)液(ye)配制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加(jia)入適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種(zhong)不同的(de)(de)阻(zu)值)。

球間(jian)(jian)隙及保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超過球間(jian)(jian)隙整定(ding)值時(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian)(dian),對被試品起(qi)到保(bao)護(hu)(hu)作用(yong)。球間(jian)(jian)隙保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))不是非(fei)常準確(que)的,其原(yuan)因(yin)是由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這個(ge)漏抗上(shang)(shang)必然存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)降或容(rong)升(sheng),使(shi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于或高(gao)于低壓(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反(fan)映(ying)出(chu)來的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的漏抗必然存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所(suo)施加的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓試(shi)驗操作注意事(shi)項

1)試驗(yan)人員(yuan)應做好(hao)分工,明確相互間聯(lian)系方(fang)法。并有(you)專門(men)人監(jian)護現(xian)場**及觀察試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試(shi)品應先(xian)清掃(sao)干凈,并(bing)**干燥(zao),以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來(lai)的誤(wu)差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大(da)型(xing)試驗,一般都應先(xian)進行空升試驗。即不接試品時升壓至試驗電壓,校(xiao)對(dui)各種表計,調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須防(fang)止突(tu)(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)在零(ling)位時(shi)突(tu)(tu)然合閘。也不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)(tu)然切斷電源,一般應在調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)降至零(ling)位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓以下(xia)時(shi),才能拉(la)開電(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試驗過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現下列不(bu)正常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源。停止試驗并查明(ming)原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒煙;③被(bei)試品(pin)內有不(bu)正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗前后應測量絕(jue)(jue)緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)(jue)緣情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓器在做被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)(shi)驗時接線原(yuan)理(li)圖如圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗(yan)應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄(xie)露試驗(yan)中限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)不(bu)超過(guo)高壓(ya)硅堆(dui)(dui)的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)(dui)的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗(yan)裝置中,限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的(de)容(rong)量和沿(yan)面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高壓濾波電容(rong)(rong)C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)(rong)量很(hen)大時(shi),C1可省(sheng)略不(bu)用。

泄露(lu)試驗的(de)操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢(jian)查被(bei)試(shi)品是否停電,接地放電,一切(qie)對外連線是否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)電壓加到(dao)有人工作的部位上(shang)去。

2)接好試驗裝置的接線后,應復查無誤后才可加壓(ya)。應特別注(zhu)意檢(jian)查高壓(ya)設備(bei)及引線與地、與操(cao)作(zuo)人(ren)員的**距(ju)離,被試品的外殼是否可靠接地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的內(nei)容進行試驗。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量設(she)備應緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防止被試品(pin)的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時(shi)應分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,應密切監(jian)視被試品(pin)、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦(dan)發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍(shuo)等異常現象(xiang)應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因(yin),詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電源(yuan)后應將(jiang)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)及試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充分(fen)放電。

四、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的外殼以(yi)及(ji)操作(zuo)系統(tong)的外殼必須可靠(kao)接(jie)地。試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器高壓繞組的X端(高壓尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量繞組的F端必須可靠(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,**級、第三級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)低壓繞組的(de)X端,測量繞組的(de)F端以及高(gao)壓繞組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾(wei))均接本(ben)級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)。**級、第三級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)必(bi)須(xu)通過絕緣支架(jia)接地。

3、接通電源前,操作系(xi)統的調壓(ya)器必(bi)須調到零位(wei)后方可接通電源,合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)(cong)零(ling)開始均(jun)勻(yun)旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有(you):快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)(cong)零(ling)開始按(an)一(yi)定的升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所(suo)需的額(e)(e)定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的75%后,在(zai)以(yi)(yi)每(mei)秒(miao)2%額(e)(e)定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所(suo)需的額(e)(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意(yi)測量儀表的指(zhi)示以(yi)(yi)及被(bei)試品的情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中或(huo)試驗過程中如發現測量儀表的指(zhi)示及被(bei)試品情況異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源(yuan),查明(ming)情況。

5、試(shi)驗完(wan)畢后,應在數秒內(nei)勻速的(de)將調壓器返回至零位,然后切(qie)斷(duan)電源。

6、本(ben)產品不得超(chao)過額定參數使用。除試(shi)驗必(bi)須外,決(jue)不允許全(quan)電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中,如發現以下不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因。

⑴電(dian)壓表指針(zhen)擺(bai)動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電流表直(zhi)線上升

被試品內有(you)不正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥及(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表,為長期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)(ya)力(li)后立即關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應加SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐(nai)壓(ya)實驗前后應測(ce)量被試設備的絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長期不使(shi)用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無(wu)陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不(bu)允許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不(bu)得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅(shan)自松(song)動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高壓試驗(yan)時(shi),出熟悉本(ben)說明書(shu)外,還必須嚴(yan)格執行(xing)國(guo)家有(you)關標準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸(shu)變設(she)備的絕緣配合,高壓試驗(yan)技術(shu)》;《電氣設(she)備預防性試驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量Pn的確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的(de)額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)高壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時(shi),k值(zhi)可取高一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源(yuan)的(de)頻(pin)(pin)率

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的變化很(hen)大(da),

可由設備的類型(xing)而定(ding)。
