二、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯式鐵(tie)芯結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上,高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)在外,這種同軸布置減(jian)少了漏(lou)磁通(tong),因而增大(da)了繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)間的耦(ou)合。產(chan)品(pin)的外殼為圓(yuan)柱(zhu)灌式容器(qi)結(jie)構,能(neng)耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置工作原理

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電源接入 (為本公司生產的試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)配(pei)套專用設備(bei),詳細資料請(qing)見(jian)其具體(ti)使(shi)用說明書)系列(lie)操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞(rao)組,根據電磁感應原理,在試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得(de)試驗所需(xu)的高電壓(ya)。

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器做被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗使用接線原理(li)圖(tu)(tu)見圖(tu)(tu)5。

注:高壓尾必(bi)須(xu)可(ke)靠(kao)接地

工頻耐壓試驗中(zhong)限流電(dian)阻R1應根(gen)據試驗變壓器的額定容量(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如(ru)高(gao)壓側額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓);高(gao)壓側額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓)。常用水(shui)(shui)電(dian)阻作為限流電(dian)阻,管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(liang)(水(shui)(shui)阻液(ye)配(pei)制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水(shui)(shui)加入適(shi)量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配(pei)制(zhi)成各種不(bu)同(tong)的阻值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙及保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙整定(ding)值時(一(yi)般取試驗電(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙放電(dian),對被(bei)試品起(qi)到保(bao)護(hu)(hu)作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓)選(xuan)取。

在工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)(chang)準(zhun)確的(de),其原因是由于(yu)(yu)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器存在著(zhu)漏抗,在這(zhe)個漏抗上必(bi)然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升(sheng),使試品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表上反映出(chu)(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時,被試品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是所(suo)謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時,試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏抗必(bi)然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為(wei)了準(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試品上所(suo)施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)(chang)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操(cao)作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應做(zuo)好(hao)分工,明確相互間(jian)聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監護現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品應(ying)先(xian)清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品和試(shi)(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗,一般都應先進行空(kong)升(sheng)試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓至試(shi)驗電壓,校對(dui)各(ge)種表(biao)計,調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)速度不能太快,并必須防止(zhi)突然加壓(ya)(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)(ya)器不在(zai)零(ling)位(wei)時突然合閘(zha)。也(ye)不能突然切(qie)斷電源,一般應在(zai)調壓(ya)(ya)器降(jiang)至零(ling)位(wei)時拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,開始計(ji)時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以下(xia)時,才能拉開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現下列不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源。停(ting)止試(shi)驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內(nei)有(you)不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)的(de)聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗前后應測(ce)量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試驗變壓器(qi)在做被試品的(de)直流耐壓或泄(xie)露試驗時接線(xian)原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此試(shi)驗應先(xian)抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸出電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端(duan)短路(lu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過高壓(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)(de)試驗裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有(you)足(zu)夠的(de)(de)容量和(he)沿面放(fang)電(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容量很大(da)時,C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的操作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗前(qian)應(ying)先檢查被試(shi)品是否停電,接地放電,一切對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電壓加到有(you)人工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線后,應復查無誤后才可加壓。應特別(bie)注意檢查高(gao)壓設備及引線與地、與操作人員(yuan)的(de)**距離,被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可靠(kao)接(jie)地,要(yao)按**規(gui)程(cheng)中所規(gui)定的(de)內容進行(xing)試(shi)驗。

3)對于大(da)電容量設備應緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防(fang)止被試品的充電電流燒壞微(wei)安表。必(bi)要時應分(fen)級加壓(ya),分(fen)別讀(du)取各(ge)級電壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的穩定(ding)讀(du)數(shu)。

4)試驗過程中,應密切監視被試品(pin)、試驗裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃(shan)爍等異(yi)常現(xian)象(xiang)應立(li)即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,并查明(ming)原因,詳(xiang)細(xi)記(ji)錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品(pin)及試驗裝置本身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按(an)照(zhao)您所進行的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗接(jie)好工作線路。試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以(yi)(yi)及(ji)操(cao)作系(xi)統的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地(di)。試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器高(gao)壓繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾(wei))以(yi)(yi)及(ji)測量(liang)繞組的(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)低壓繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan),測(ce)量繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及高壓繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾)均接本級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須通過(guo)絕緣支架接地(di)。

3、接通電源前,操作系統(tong)的調壓器必須調到零位后(hou)方可接通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零(ling)開始均(jun)勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有(you):快(kuai)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極(ji)慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開始按一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額定(ding)試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額定(ding)試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)指示以及(ji)被試品的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試驗(yan)(yan)過程中如(ru)發現測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)指示及(ji)被試品情(qing)況(kuang)異常(chang),應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后,應(ying)在數秒(miao)內勻速的(de)將(jiang)調壓器(qi)返回至零位(wei),然后切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額定參數使用。除試(shi)驗必須外,決不(bu)允許(xu)全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗過程中,如發現以下(xia)不(bu)正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷電源,停止試驗并(bing)查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(或數字(zi)跳動)很大

⑵電流(liu)表直線(xian)上升(sheng)

被試品內有(you)不正常(chang)的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)力(li)表(biao),為長期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開(kai)閥(fa)一(yi)次(ci),以檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應(ying)不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后立(li)即關閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣(qi)體,以增加氣(qi)絕(jue)緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗前后應測量(liang)被試(shi)設(she)備(bei)的絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢查絕(jue)緣情(qing)況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用時(shi),應放(fang)置于通(tong)風、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度(du)下長期(qi)存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中(zhong)不(bu)得重力(li)沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不(bu)得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓試驗時,出熟悉本說明(ming)書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有(you)關標準和操(cao)作規程(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸(shu)變(bian)設備的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓試驗技術》;《電氣設備預防性試驗規程(cheng)》等(deng)。

標稱(cheng)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額(e)定輸出高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低(di)時(shi),k值(zhi)可(ke)取高一(yi)些(xie)。

Ct——被試(shi)品(pin)的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗(yan)電源(yuan)的頻率

被試設(she)備的(de)電(dian)容量Ct可由交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)橋(qiao)測出(chu)。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可由設備的類(lei)型而定。
