YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器采用(yong)單框(kuang)芯式鐵芯結(jie)構(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外(wai),這(zhe)種同軸布置減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)(wei)單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為(wei)(wei)380V)電(dian)源接(jie)入 (為(wei)(wei)本公司生產的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用設備,詳細資料請(qing)見其具體使用說明書)系列操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)箱(xiang)內(nei)自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外(wai)附(fu))調節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞(rao)組(zu),根據(ju)電(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲(huo)得試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)所需的(de)高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

注(zhu):高壓尾(wei)必須可靠接(jie)地

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額定容量(liang)來選擇。如(ru)高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常(chang)用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)阻作(zuo)為限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻,管(guan)子(zi)(zi)長度(du)可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管(guan)子(zi)(zi)粗細應具有足(zu)夠的(de)熱容量(liang)(水阻液(ye)配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適(shi)量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅(tong)配(pei)制成各種(zhong)不同(tong)的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電阻(zu)(zu):當電壓超過球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)整定(ding)值時(一般取試(shi)驗電壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)放(fang)電,對被試(shi)品起(qi)到(dao)保(bao)護(hu)作用(yong)。球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電阻(zu)(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓)選取。

在工頻(pin)(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確的(de),其原(yuan)因是由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在著漏(lou)抗,在這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或(huo)高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反(fan)映(ying)出(chu)來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所謂(wei)容(rong)升現(xian)象。感(gan)應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏(lou)抗必然(ran)存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了(le)準確測量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作注(zhu)意事項(xiang)

1)試驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間(jian)聯系方(fang)法(fa)。并有專門人監護現(xian)場**及觀察試品(pin)狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應先清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并(bing)**干(gan)燥,以免損(sun)壞被試(shi)品(pin)和(he)試(shi)驗帶(dai)來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗,一般都應先(xian)進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗。即不(bu)接試(shi)品時(shi)升(sheng)壓至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓,校對(dui)各(ge)種(zhong)表計,調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升(sheng)壓速度不(bu)能(neng)太快(kuai),并(bing)必須防(fang)止(zhi)突然加壓。例如調(diao)壓器(qi)不(bu)在(zai)零位(wei)時突然合閘(zha)。也不(bu)能(neng)突然切斷電源,一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓器(qi)降(jiang)至零位(wei)時拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至(zhi)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電(dian)壓(ya)以(yi)下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗過(guo)程中,如發現下列不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源。停止試驗并查(cha)明原(yuan)因:①電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很(hen)大;②發現絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試品內有不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后應測量(liang)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗變壓器(qi)在做被試品的(de)直流耐壓或泄露試驗時接線原理(li)圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽(chou)出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)不超過高壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具(ju)有(you)足夠的容(rong)量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓(ya)濾(lv)波電(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電(dian)容量(liang)很大時,C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗(yan)前應先(xian)檢查被試品是否(fou)停電,接(jie)地放電,一切對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試驗(yan)電壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接線后,應復查無誤后才可加(jia)壓。應特別注意檢查高壓設備及引線與地、與操作(zuo)人員的(de)**距離(li),被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是(shi)否可靠接地,要按**規程(cheng)中所規定的(de)內容進行(xing)試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電容(rong)量設(she)備應(ying)緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防止被試品的充(chong)電電流燒壞(huai)微安表。必要時應(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別讀(du)(du)取各級電壓(ya)下微安表的穩定讀(du)(du)數。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,應密切(qie)監視被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置、微安表(biao),一旦發生擊(ji)穿、閃(shan)爍(shuo)等異常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明(ming)原因,詳細記錄。

四、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進(jin)行的試(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)好工作線路(lu)。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的外(wai)殼(ke)以(yi)及操作系(xi)統的外(wai)殼(ke)必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)以(yi)及測量(liang)繞組(zu)的F端必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)低壓繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端,測量(liang)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端以及高壓繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高壓尾)均(jun)接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須通過絕緣支(zhi)架(jia)接(jie)地。

3、接通電源前(qian),操(cao)作系(xi)統(tong)的調(diao)壓器(qi)必(bi)須(xu)調(diao)到零(ling)位后方可接通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開始(shi)(shi)均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);慢(man)速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);極慢(man)速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)供選用(yong)。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)(shi)按一(yi)定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需的(de)額定試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額定試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需的(de)額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密(mi)切注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及(ji)被(bei)(bei)試品的(de)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)或試驗(yan)過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)如(ru)發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)指(zhi)示及(ji)被(bei)(bei)試品情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應(ying)在數秒內(nei)勻速的(de)將調壓器返回至零位(wei),然后(hou)切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不(bu)(bu)得超(chao)過額定參(can)數(shu)使(shi)用(yong)。除試驗必(bi)須外,決(jue)不(bu)(bu)允(yun)許全電(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或(huo)耐壓試驗過(guo)程中,如發現以下不正常情況時,應立(li)即(ji)降壓,切斷電源(yuan),停(ting)止試驗并查明原因(yin)。

⑴電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(或(huo)數(shu)字跳(tiao)動)很大

⑵電流表直線(xian)上升

被試品內(nei)有不(bu)正常的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)力閥及(ji)壓(ya)力表,為長(chang)期關閉狀態。每(mei)6個(ge)月開閥一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓(ya)力,應(ying)(ying)不小于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力后立即(ji)關閉閥門),低于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)(ying)加SF6氣體,以(yi)增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗(yan)前后應測(ce)量被試(shi)設備的(de)絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器長期不使(shi)用(yong)時,應(ying)放置(zhi)于(yu)通風(feng)、干燥、無陽(yang)光直射的(de)地(di)方。

11、該(gai)產(chan)品不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自(zi)松(song)動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓試(shi)驗時(shi),出(chu)熟悉本說(shuo)明(ming)書(shu)外,還必(bi)須嚴格執(zhi)行國家有關(guan)標準和操作規(gui)程。可參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變(bian)設(she)備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)配合,高(gao)壓試(shi)驗技術(shu)》;《電氣設(she)備預防(fang)性試(shi)驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標(biao)稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸(shu)出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值(zhi)可取高一些(xie)。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的頻率

被(bei)試設備的電容量(liang)Ct可由交流電橋測出(chu)。Ct的變化很(hen)大(da),

可(ke)由設備的(de)類型(xing)而(er)定。
