YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用(yong)單框芯(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)結構(gou)(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)在外,這種同軸布置(zhi)減少(shao)了漏(lou)磁通,因而(er)增大了繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)間的耦合(he)。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式容器結構(gou)(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓(ya)力。其結構(gou)(gou)見圖1:

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根(gen)據試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的額(e)定容(rong)(rong)量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)(yong)水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗細(xi)應具有(you)足夠的熱(re)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(水阻(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)(yong)蒸(zheng)餾水加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種不同(tong)的阻(zu)值)。

球間隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu):當(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓超過(guo)球間隙(xi)整定(ding)值時(一般(ban)取試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球間隙(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起(qi)到保(bao)護(hu)作用(yong)。球間隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確的(de),其(qi)原因是由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升,使試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)反(fan)映出(chu)來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)升現象(xiang)。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏抗(kang)必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好(hao)分工,明確相互間(jian)聯系方(fang)法。并(bing)有專門人監護(hu)現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試品應先清(qing)掃干凈(jing),并**干燥,以免(mian)損壞(huai)被試品和試驗帶(dai)來的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一(yi)般都應先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗。即不(bu)接試(shi)品時(shi)升(sheng)壓至試(shi)驗電壓,校對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度(du)不能(neng)(neng)太(tai)快,并必須防止突(tu)(tu)然加(jia)壓。例如調壓器不在零(ling)位(wei)時(shi)突(tu)(tu)然合閘。也不能(neng)(neng)突(tu)(tu)然切斷電源,一般應在調壓器降至零(ling)位(wei)時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始計(ji)時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如(ru)發(fa)現(xian)下列不正常情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源。停止試驗并查明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒焦(jiao)或冒煙(yan);③被試品內有(you)不正常的(de)聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣情(qing)況。

試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或(huo)泄露(lu)試(shi)驗時(shi)接(jie)線原理圖(tu)(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)(tu)6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先(xian)抽出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過(guo)高壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于(yu)60kV的(de)試驗裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高(gao)壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電容(rong)量(liang)很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗前(qian)應(ying)先檢查被試品是否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對外連(lian)線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位(wei)上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗(yan)裝置的接(jie)線(xian)后(hou),應復查(cha)無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應特別(bie)注意檢查(cha)高(gao)壓(ya)設(she)備(bei)及引線(xian)與地、與操作(zuo)人員的**距離,被試品的外殼是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)(dian)容量(liang)設備應緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防止被試品的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流燒(shao)壞微(wei)安表(biao)。必要時(shi)應分級加(jia)壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表(biao)的穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程中,應(ying)密(mi)切(qie)監視被(bei)試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異常(chang)現(xian)象(xiang)應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電源(yuan),并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電源后應將(jiang)被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身(shen)充(chong)分放電。

四、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)(jie)好(hao)工作線路。試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)外(wai)殼以(yi)及操作系統的(de)外(wai)殼必須可靠接(jie)(jie)地(di)。試驗(yan)變壓器高壓繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高壓尾)以(yi)及測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端必須可靠接(jie)(jie)地(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)F端以(yi)及高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均(jun)接(jie)本級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源前(qian),操(cao)作系統的調壓(ya)器必(bi)須調到零位后方可接通電(dian)源,合閘,開始升(sheng)壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零開(kai)始均勻旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有(you):快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)20s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)60s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開(kai)始按(an)一定(ding)(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒(miao)2%額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測(ce)量(liang)儀表的(de)指示以(yi)及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過(guo)程中如發現測(ce)量(liang)儀表的(de)指示及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)情況(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試(shi)驗完畢(bi)后,應在數秒內(nei)勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品(pin)不得超過額定參數使用。除試(shi)驗必(bi)須外,決不允許全(quan)電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現(xian)以下不(bu)正常情況時,應立(li)即降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan),停止(zhi)試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原(yuan)因。

⑴電壓(ya)表指針擺動(或(huo)數字跳動)很大

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表,為(wei)長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li),應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應測量被試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應(ying)放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在高于(yu)45℃的溫度下長期存(cun)放、使用(yong)、放氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途(tu)中不得(de)重(zhong)力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固(gu)件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不(bu)得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用本(ben)(ben)產品(pin)做高(gao)壓試驗(yan)時,出熟悉(xi)本(ben)(ben)說明書(shu)外,還必須嚴格執行(xing)國家(jia)有關(guan)標準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配(pei)合,高(gao)壓試驗(yan)技(ji)術》;《電氣設備(bei)預(yu)防性試驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定(ding)公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)率

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交流(liu)電橋測出。Ct的變化很(hen)大,

可由設備(bei)的類型而定。
