二、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器(qi)采用(yong)單框芯式鐵芯結(jie)構,初(chu)級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯上(shang)(shang),高壓繞(rao)組在(zai)外,這(zhe)種同軸布置減少了(le)(le)漏磁(ci)通(tong),因而增大了(le)(le)繞(rao)組間的耦合。產品(pin)的外殼(ke)為(wei)圓柱灌(guan)式容器(qi)結(jie)構,能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上(shang)(shang)壓力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器做被試(shi)品的工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)使用接線原(yuan)理圖(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)5。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1應根(gen)據(ju)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額定容(rong)量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻作為限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻,管(guan)子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應具有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)阻液配(pei)制方法(fa):用蒸餾(liu)水(shui)加(jia)入(ru)適量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配(pei)制成各種(zhong)不同的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)間隙(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球(qiu)間隙(xi)整定(ding)值時(一般取(qu)(qu)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙(xi)放電(dian),對(dui)被試品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)(qu)。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)非常準確(que)的(de)(de),其原因是(shi)由于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所(suo)謂容(rong)升現(xian)象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)漏抗必然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所(suo)施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗人(ren)(ren)員應做(zuo)好分工,明確相互(hu)間(jian)聯系方法。并(bing)有專門人(ren)(ren)監護現(xian)場**及觀察試品(pin)狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清掃(sao)干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免(mian)損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗,一般都應先進行空升試驗。即不接試品時升壓至試驗電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調(diao)整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度(du)不能(neng)太快,并(bing)必須防(fang)止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不在(zai)零位(wei)時突(tu)然合閘。也(ye)不能(neng)突(tu)然切斷電(dian)源,一(yi)般應在(zai)調壓(ya)器降至零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電壓升至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓時,開始計時,到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速降(jiang)壓到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電壓以下時,才能(neng)拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過(guo)程中,如發現(xian)下列不正常(chang)情況時,應立(li)即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan)。停止試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)并查明原(yuan)因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒(shao)焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)品(pin)內有不正常(chang)的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測(ce)量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗(yan)變壓器在(zai)做被(bei)試品的直流耐(nai)壓或泄露試驗(yan)時接線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此(ci)試(shi)驗應先抽出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)電阻R1選擇在額(e)定輸出電壓(ya)時(shi)(shi),輸出端短(duan)路(lu)電流(liu)不超(chao)過高壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)。如電壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)電流(liu)為100mA時(shi)(shi)用于60kV的(de)試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)中(zhong),限流(liu)電阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電阻還應具有(you)足夠的(de)容量和沿面放電距(ju)離。

高壓濾(lv)波(bo)電(dian)容C1一(yi)般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容量(liang)很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗前應先(xian)檢查(cha)被試(shi)品(pin)是否停電,接地放(fang)電,一(yi)切對外連線是否擦干(gan)凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應(ying)(ying)復查無(wu)誤(wu)后(hou)才可加壓。應(ying)(ying)特別注意檢查高壓設備及引(yin)線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人員(yuan)的(de)**距(ju)離,被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)外殼是(shi)否可靠接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程(cheng)中所(suo)規(gui)定(ding)的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于(yu)大(da)電(dian)容(rong)量設(she)備應緩慢升壓(ya)(ya),防(fang)止被試品的(de)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞(huai)微(wei)(wei)安表。必(bi)要時應分級(ji)加壓(ya)(ya),分別讀取(qu)各級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)下微(wei)(wei)安表的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密(mi)切(qie)監視被(bei)試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍(shuo)等異常現象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本(ben)身(shen)充分放電。

1、按(an)照您(nin)所進行的試驗(yan)(yan)接好(hao)工作線路。試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)(wai)殼以及操作系統的外(wai)(wai)殼必須可靠接地。試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及測量(liang)繞組的F端必須可靠接地。

2、做(zuo)串(chuan)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan)(duan),測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端(duan)(duan)以及高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)均(jun)接本級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須通過(guo)絕(jue)緣支架(jia)接地。

3、接(jie)通電源(yuan)(yuan)前,操(cao)作(zuo)系統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位后方可(ke)接(jie)通電源(yuan)(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開(kai)始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪(lun)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)有(you):快速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即20s逐級(ji)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);慢速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即60s逐級(ji)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);極慢速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)供選用(yong)。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始按一定的升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速度(du)上(shang)升到(dao)您所(suo)需的額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以每秒2%額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的速度(du)升到(dao)您所(suo)需的額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表的指(zhi)示以及被試(shi)(shi)品的情(qing)況。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)如發現測量儀表的指(zhi)示及被試(shi)(shi)品情(qing)況異常,應(ying)立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后,應(ying)在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然(ran)后切斷(duan)電(dian)源。

6、本(ben)產品(pin)不得超過額定(ding)參數使用。除試(shi)驗必須外,決不允許全電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再(zai)升壓或耐壓試驗過程(cheng)中,如發現以下(xia)不正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan),停(ting)止(zhi)試驗并查(cha)明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(或數字(zi)跳動)很大(da)

⑵電流表直線上升

被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲音(yin)

8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)閥及壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥一次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li),應不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)后(hou)立即關閉(bi)閥門(men)),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應加SF6氣(qi)體(ti),以增加氣(qi)絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前(qian)后(hou)應測(ce)量被試設備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情(qing)況(kuang)。

10、當(dang)試驗變(bian)壓器長期不使用時(shi),應(ying)放置于通風、干燥、無陽(yang)光(guang)直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫度(du)下長期存放(fang)、使用(yong)、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途中不得重(zhong)力(li)沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)閥、壓(ya)力(li)表不得擅自松動(dong)。

14、使用本產品做高壓試(shi)驗時,出熟(shu)悉本說明書外(wai),還必須嚴(yan)格(ge)執行(xing)國(guo)家有關標準和操作規(gui)(gui)程。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備的(de)絕(jue)緣配合,高壓試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備預防(fang)性試(shi)驗規(gui)(gui)程》等。

五、WBTQSB-75KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變(bian)壓器容(rong)量Pn的(de)確(que)定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸(shu)出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)較(jiao)低時(shi),k值可取高一些(xie)。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)

被試設備的電(dian)容量Ct可(ke)由交流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的類型而定。
