一、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器概述

二、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓試驗(yan)變壓器采用單(dan)框(kuang)芯(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級繞組(zu)(zu)繞在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上(shang),高壓繞組(zu)(zu)在外,這種(zhong)同(tong)軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁通,因而增大(da)了繞組(zu)(zu)間的(de)(de)耦合。產品的(de)(de)外殼為圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力。其(qi)結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司生產的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專(zhuan)用設備,詳細資料請見其具體使用說明書(shu))系列(lie)操(cao)(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)(cao)作箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級(ji)繞組,根據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直流高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的工作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖(tu)(tu)見圖(tu)(tu)3,圖(tu)(tu)中高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套(tao)管中裝(zhuang)有高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接(jie)在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)回(hui)路(lu)中作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流,以獲得(de)直流高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿將高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆短接(jie)時(shi),可獲得(de)工頻高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為交(jiao)流輸出狀態;取(qu)消(xiao)短路(lu)桿時(shi),作(zuo)(zuo)為直流輸出狀態。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器做被試品(pin)的(de)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)使用接線原理圖見圖5。

注:高壓(ya)尾必須(xu)可靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)中限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)容量來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流在(zai)100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常(chang)用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作(zuo)為限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管(guan)(guan)子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)(guan)子粗細應具(ju)有足夠的(de)(de)熱(re)容量(水阻液配制方法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水加入適量硫酸銅配制成(cheng)各種不同的(de)(de)阻值)。

球間隙及保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過(guo)球間隙整定(ding)值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間隙放(fang)電(dian),對(dui)被試(shi)品起到(dao)保護作用。球間隙保護電(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是非(fei)常(chang)準確(que)的(de),其原因(yin)是由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低于或(huo)高于低壓(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映(ying)出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是所(suo)謂容升現象。感應(ying)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測量被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所(suo)施(shi)加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)器來測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應做好(hao)分(fen)工,明(ming)確相互(hu)間聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監護現場(chang)**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞(huai)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)(shi)驗帶(dai)來的(de)誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗(yan)(yan),一(yi)般都應先(xian)進(jin)行空升試驗(yan)(yan)。即不接(jie)試品時升壓至試驗(yan)(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各種(zhong)表計,調整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓速(su)度不(bu)(bu)能太(tai)快,并(bing)必須防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓。例如調壓器不(bu)(bu)在零位時突(tu)然(ran)合閘(zha)。也(ye)不(bu)(bu)能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般(ban)應在調壓器降(jiang)至零位時拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓升至(zhi)試驗電(dian)壓時(shi)(shi),開始計時(shi)(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓到(dao)1/3試驗電(dian)壓以下(xia)時(shi)(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗過程中(zhong),如(ru)發現下列不正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源。停止(zhi)試驗并查明原(yuan)因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動很大;②發現絕緣(yuan)燒(shao)焦(jiao)或(huo)冒煙(yan);③被試品內有不正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情(qing)況。

試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)在做被試品的直流耐壓或泄露試驗時接線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注(zhu):此試驗應先(xian)抽出(chu)短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)中限流電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出端短(duan)路電(dian)流不(bu)超過(guo)高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整流。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整流電(dian)流為100mA時用(yong)于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置中,限流電(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)容(rong)量和沿面放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾(lv)波(bo)電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電容量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及(ji)注意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)前應先檢查(cha)被試(shi)(shi)品是否停電,接(jie)地(di)放電,一切對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓加(jia)到有人工作(zuo)的部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試驗裝置的接線后,應復(fu)查(cha)無誤后才可加壓。應特別注(zhu)意檢查(cha)高(gao)壓設備及(ji)引線與地、與操作人員的**距(ju)離(li),被試品的外殼是(shi)否可靠接地,要按**規程中所規定的內容(rong)進行試驗。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大電(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防止被試品的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安表。必要時應分(fen)級加壓(ya),分(fen)別(bie)讀(du)取各級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下(xia)微安表的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗過(guo)程中(zhong),應密切監(jian)視被試品、試驗裝置(zhi)、微(wei)安表,一旦(dan)發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢(bi),降壓,切(qie)斷電源后應將被試品(pin)及試驗裝置本身充(chong)分(fen)放電。

四、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)(jie)好工作線路。試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)外殼以及操(cao)作系(xi)統的(de)外殼必須可靠接(jie)(jie)地。試驗(yan)變壓器高壓繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓尾(wei))以及測量(liang)繞組(zu)的(de)F端必須可靠接(jie)(jie)地。

2、做串(chuan)級試(shi)驗時,**級、第三(san)級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的(de)低壓繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan),測(ce)量繞(rao)組的(de)F端(duan)以及高壓繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾)均接本級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的(de)外殼。**級、第三(san)級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的(de)外殼必須(xu)通(tong)過絕緣支架接地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操(cao)作(zuo)系統(tong)的調(diao)壓(ya)器必(bi)須調(diao)到(dao)零位后方可接(jie)通電源,合閘(zha),開始升(sheng)壓(ya)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零(ling)位,然后(hou)切斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品(pin)不得超(chao)過額定參(can)數使用。除(chu)試驗必須外,決不允許全電(dian)壓(ya)通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中,如(ru)發現以下不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即(ji)降壓,切(qie)斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因。

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力閥(fa)及壓(ya)力表(biao),為長期關閉狀態。每(mei)6個月開(kai)閥(fa)一(yi)次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力,應(ying)不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力后立即關閉閥(fa)門(men)),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)氣絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量(liang)被(bei)試設(she)備的絕(jue)(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)(jue)緣情(qing)況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器(qi)長期不使用時,應(ying)放置(zhi)于通(tong)風、干燥、無(wu)陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高(gao)于45℃的溫(wen)度(du)下長期存(cun)放(fang)、使(shi)用、放(fang)氣(qi)。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力(li)沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有(you)關標準和(he)操作規程(cheng)(cheng)。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變(bian)設備的絕緣(yuan)配(pei)合,高壓(ya)試驗(yan)技(ji)術》;《電氣設備預防性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)(cheng)》等(deng)。

標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容(rong)量Pn的確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱(cheng)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的額定(ding)輸出高壓的有效值(zhi)(kV)

k&nbsp;——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)較低時,k值可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻率(lv)

被試設備的(de)電容量(liang)Ct可由(you)交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很大(da),
