二、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓試驗變壓器采(cai)用(yong)單框芯式(shi)鐵(tie)芯結構,初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上,高(gao)壓繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這(zhe)種同軸布置減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合(he)。產品的外殼為(wei)圓柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器結構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結構見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單(dan)相變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯(lian)結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產的(de)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用設(she)備,詳(xiang)細資料(liao)請見其具體使用說明書)系列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級繞(rao)組,根據(ju)電磁感應原(yuan)理,在試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得(de)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)高電壓(ya)(ya)。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器做被試品的工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)使用(yong)接線原(yuan)理(li)圖見圖5。

注:高壓(ya)尾必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據(ju)試驗(yan)變壓器的額定(ding)容量(liang)來選擇。如高壓側額定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓);高壓側額定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取(qu)(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)。常用水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子長(chang)度(du)可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮(lv),管(guan)子粗細應具有足(zu)夠的熱容量(liang)(水(shui)(shui)阻(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)(shui)加(jia)入適量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配制成各種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙(xi)及保護(hu)電阻:當電壓超過球間(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一般取試驗(yan)電壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)放電,對被試品(pin)起(qi)到保護(hu)作用(yong)。球間(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)電阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓)選(xuan)取。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常(chang)(chang)準(zhun)確的(de),其(qi)原(yuan)因是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)這個(ge)漏抗上必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映(ying)出(chu)來的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂(wei)容(rong)升現象。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所施加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)(chang)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分(fen)工,明確相(xiang)互間聯系方法。并有專門人監護(hu)現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)應先(xian)清(qing)掃干凈,并**干燥,以(yi)免損壞(huai)被(bei)試品(pin)和試驗帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對(dui)(dui)于大型試驗,一般(ban)都應先進行空升(sheng)試驗。即不接試品時升(sheng)壓至(zhi)試驗電(dian)壓,校對(dui)(dui)各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓速(su)度不(bu)能太快,并必須防止突然(ran)(ran)加壓。例如調(diao)壓器不(bu)在(zai)零位時突然(ran)(ran)合閘(zha)。也不(bu)能突然(ran)(ran)切斷電(dian)源,一般應(ying)在(zai)調(diao)壓器降至(zhi)零位時拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓升至試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓時,開始計時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓以下(xia)時,才能拉開電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中,如發現(xian)下列不(bu)正常情況時,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明(ming)原(yuan)因:①電壓(ya)表指(zhi)針(zhen)擺動很大(da);②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒煙(yan);③被試品內有不(bu)正常的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后(hou)應測(ce)量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試驗(yan)變壓器在做被(bei)試品的直流(liu)耐壓或泄(xie)露試驗(yan)時(shi)接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)壓時,輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)流不超過高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)(de)*大整流。如電(dian)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)(de)*大整流電(dian)流為100mA時用于(yu)60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)驗裝置中,限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)(de)容量和(he)沿面放(fang)電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容C1一般(ban)選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品(pin)的電容量(liang)很大(da)時,C1可(ke)省略(lve)不用。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)的操作及注意事(shi)項

1)試驗前應先檢(jian)查被試品是(shi)否(fou)停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切(qie)對外連線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將試驗電(dian)壓加到(dao)有人工作的部位上(shang)去。

2)接好試驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)接線(xian)后(hou)(hou),應復(fu)查無(wu)誤后(hou)(hou)才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查高壓(ya)設備(bei)及引線(xian)與地(di)、與操(cao)作人員的(de)**距離,被試品的(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠(kao)接地(di),要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定(ding)的(de)內容進(jin)行試驗。

3)對于大電容量設(she)備應緩慢(man)升壓,防止被試(shi)品的(de)(de)充(chong)電電流燒(shao)壞微安表(biao)。必要時應分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別讀(du)取各級電壓下微安表(biao)的(de)(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密切監視被試品、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表(biao),一旦發生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等(deng)異常(chang)現(xian)象應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電源,并查(cha)明原因(yin),詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將(jiang)被試(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)驗裝置本身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行的(de)試(shi)驗接(jie)好工(gong)作(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)(ke)以及(ji)操作(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)外殼(ke)(ke)必須可靠接(jie)地。試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)必須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的低壓繞(rao)(rao)組的X端,測量繞(rao)(rao)組的F端以及高(gao)壓繞(rao)(rao)組的X端(高(gao)壓尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的外殼必須通過絕緣支架接地。

3、接(jie)通(tong)(tong)電源前,操作系統(tong)的調壓器必須調到零位后(hou)方可接(jie)通(tong)(tong)電源,合閘,開始升壓。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應在數秒內勻速的(de)將(jiang)調壓器(qi)返回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品(pin)不(bu)得超過額定參(can)數使用(yong)。除試驗(yan)必須外,決不(bu)允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現(xian)以下不(bu)正(zheng)常情況(kuang)時,應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因。

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內(nei)有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項(xiang)系(xi)壓(ya)力閥及壓(ya)力表(biao),為長期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以(yi)檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力,應不小于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力后立(li)即關閉閥門),低于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa時(shi)應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增(zeng)加(jia)氣(qi)絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應(ying)測(ce)量被試(shi)設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情(qing)況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期不(bu)使用時,應(ying)放置于通風、干(gan)燥、無(wu)陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高(gao)于(yu)45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重力沖(chong)擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及(ji)壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產品做高壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格(ge)執(zhi)行國家有(you)關標準(zhun)和操作(zuo)規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配合,高壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)技術》;《電(dian)氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)規程(cheng)》等(deng)。

五、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量Pn的確(que)定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額(e)定輸出高(gao)壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)較低時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)(pin)率

被試設備的電(dian)(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)(dian)橋測出。Ct的變化很(hen)大,

可(ke)由設(she)備的類(lei)型而定。
