二、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器(qi)采用單(dan)框(kuang)芯式(shi)鐵芯結(jie)構(gou)(gou),初級繞組(zu)(zu)繞在鐵芯上(shang)(shang),高壓繞組(zu)(zu)在外,這種同軸布(bu)置減少了漏磁(ci)通,因而增大了繞組(zu)(zu)間的(de)耦合。產(chan)品的(de)外殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容(rong)器(qi)結(jie)構(gou)(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)(shang)壓力。其結(jie)構(gou)(gou)見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器工作原理

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器為單相變壓(ya)器,聯結組標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電源(yuan)接入(ru) (為本公司(si)生產的試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器配套(tao)專用設備,詳細資料請(qing)見其具(ju)體使用說(shuo)明書(shu))系(xi)列操作箱(臺(tai)),經操作箱內自偶調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器(50kVA以上(shang)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器外附(fu))調(diao)(diao)節至(zhi)(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至(zhi)(zhi)YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的初級繞(rao)組,根據電磁感應原理,在(zai)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得(de)試(shi)(shi)驗所需的高(gao)電壓(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的工作原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)壓(ya)套管(guan)中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)回路中作半波整(zheng)流(liu),以獲得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當用一短(duan)路桿(gan)將高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短(duan)接時,可獲得工頻高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作為交(jiao)流(liu)輸(shu)出狀態;取消(xiao)短(duan)路桿(gan)時,作為直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)出狀態。

試驗(yan)變壓器高(gao)壓套管中的(de)高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆未畫出,其原(yuan)理(li)與(yu)上(shang)圖相同(tong)。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額定容量來(lai)選(xuan)擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作(zuo)為限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠(gou)的(de)熱容量(水(shui)阻液配制方法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水(shui)加入適量硫酸銅(tong)配制成各種不同的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙及保護(hu)(hu)電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓超過球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙整定值時(一(yi)般取試驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙放電(dian),對被試品起(qi)到保護(hu)(hu)作用。球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙保護(hu)(hu)電(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓)選取。

在工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確的,其原(yuan)因是由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在著(zhu)漏抗,在這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升,使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反映出來(lai)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂(wei)容升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的漏抗必然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施加的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)人員應做(zuo)好分(fen)工(gong),明(ming)確相互間聯系方法(fa)。并有專門人監護(hu)現場**及觀察(cha)試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免(mian)損(sun)壞被試品和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一(yi)般都(dou)應先進(jin)行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時(shi)升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校(xiao)對各種表計,調(diao)整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速度(du)不能(neng)太快,并必須防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不在零(ling)位(wei)時突(tu)然(ran)合閘(zha)。也(ye)不能(neng)突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源(yuan),一般(ban)應(ying)在調壓(ya)器降至零(ling)位(wei)時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓升(sheng)至試驗電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi)(shi),開(kai)始(shi)計時(shi)(shi),到1min后(hou),迅速降壓到1/3試驗電(dian)(dian)壓以下(xia)時(shi)(shi),才能拉開(kai)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過程中,如發現下列不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan)。停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原(yuan)因:①電(dian)壓表指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣(yuan)燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試品內有(you)不正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應(ying)測量絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)在做被試(shi)品(pin)的直流耐壓或泄露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)接線原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗(yan)應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試驗(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在(zai)額定輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)不(bu)超(chao)過高壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時用(yong)于60kV的(de)試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置中,限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻還應具有足夠的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品(pin)的(de)電容量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的(de)操(cao)作及注(zhu)意(yi)事項

1)試驗(yan)前應先檢查被(bei)試品是(shi)否(fou)(fou)停電(dian),接地(di)放電(dian),一(yi)切對外連(lian)線是(shi)否(fou)(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將(jiang)試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)加(jia)到有人工作的部(bu)位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗(yan)裝置的(de)(de)接(jie)線后,應復查無(wu)誤后才(cai)可加壓。應特別注意檢查高壓設備(bei)及引線與地、與操作(zuo)人員的(de)(de)**距離,被試品的(de)(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)地,要按**規程中所規定的(de)(de)內容進(jin)行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大(da)電容(rong)量設備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品的充(chong)電電流燒壞微安表(biao)。必要時應分級加(jia)壓(ya),分別讀(du)取各級電壓(ya)下微安表(biao)的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,應密切監視被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表(biao),一(yi)旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細(xi)記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓(ya),切斷電源后應(ying)將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器注意事項

1、按(an)照(zhao)您所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)(jie)好(hao)工作(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼以(yi)及(ji)操作(zuo)系統(tong)的(de)外(wai)殼必須可靠接(jie)(jie)地。試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量繞組的(de)F端必須可靠接(jie)(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串級試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級、第三(san)級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)X端,測量繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)F端以(yi)及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均(jun)接本級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)。**級、第三(san)級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須通過絕(jue)緣支架接地。

3、接通電源(yuan)(yuan)前(qian),操作(zuo)系統(tong)的調(diao)壓器必須(xu)調(diao)到零(ling)位(wei)后(hou)方(fang)可接通電源(yuan)(yuan),合(he)閘,開始升(sheng)壓。

5、試(shi)驗(yan)完畢(bi)后(hou),應(ying)在數秒(miao)內勻速的(de)將調壓器返回至零位(wei),然后(hou)切斷(duan)電源(yuan)。

6、本(ben)產(chan)品不得超過額定參數使用。除試驗(yan)必須外,決不允許全電壓(ya)通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗過程中,如發(fa)現以下(xia)不正常情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立(li)即降壓,切斷電源,停止試驗并查明原因(yin)。

8、圖1中第(di)9項(xiang)系壓力閥及壓力表(biao),為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開(kai)閥一次,以檢查SF6壓力,應不(bu)小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓力后立即關(guan)閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗(yan)前后應測量(liang)被試設備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器長期不(bu)使用(yong)時(shi),應放置于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直(zhi)射的地方。

11、該(gai)產(chan)品不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫(wen)度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途(tu)中(zhong)不得(de)重(zhong)力沖(chong)擊。

13、產(chan)品(pin)緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動(dong)。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本說明書(shu)外,還必須嚴格執行國家有(you)關標準(zhun)和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)的(de)絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試驗規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定(ding)輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓較(jiao)低時,k值(zhi)可取(qu)高一(yi)些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的(de)頻率(lv)

被試設備的(de)電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很(hen)大,

可由設備的(de)類型而定。
