一、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器概(gai)述

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器是根據(ju)《試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器》標準(zhun),在油浸(jin)式(shi)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)基礎(chu)上而設(she)計生產的(de)。SF6氣(qi)體(ti)具有良好的(de)電(dian)氣(qi)絕緣性(xing)能(neng)(neng)及優異的(de)滅弧性(xing)能(neng)(neng),其耐(nai)壓(ya)強度(du)為同一(yi)(yi)壓(ya)力下氮氣(qi)的(de)2.5倍(bei)(bei),擊穿(chuan)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)空氣(qi)的(de)2.5倍(bei)(bei)。在0.25MPa下與(yu)油的(de)擊穿(chuan)電(dian)壓(ya)相(xiang)等,在0.45MPa壓(ya)力下是油的(de)擊穿(chuan)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)2倍(bei)(bei),是一(yi)(yi)種優于油的(de)新一(yi)(yi)代超高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)絕緣介質材(cai)料。該(gai)產品(pin)技術要求完(wan)全符(fu)合《ZBK-41006-89》標準(zhun),它是油浸(jin)式(shi)輕(qing)型(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)換代產品(pin)。該(gai)產品(pin)具有體(ti)積小(xiao)、重量輕(qing)、不受氣(qi)候變化(hua)影(ying)響、電(dian)暈小(xiao)、現場搬運無(wu)需靜止可使用,使用壽(shou)命長、免維修等特點。適用于電(dian)力系統、工礦(kuang)企業(ye)、科研部門(men)等對各(ge)種高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備、電(dian)氣(qi)元件、絕緣材(cai)料進行工頻或直流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)下的(de)絕緣強度(du)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。

二、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構,初級繞組(zu)繞在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)在外,這種同軸布置(zhi)減少(shao)了漏磁通,因而增大了繞組(zu)間(jian)的耦合(he)。產品(pin)的外殼(ke)為圓柱灌(guan)式容器(qi)(qi)結(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司(si)生產的試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專(zhuan)用(yong)設備(bei),詳細(xi)資料請見其具體使用(yong)說明書)系(xi)列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自(zi)偶調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調(diao)(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級繞(rao)組(zu),根據(ju)電(dian)磁感應原理,在試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲得(de)試驗(yan)(yan)所需(xu)的高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直流(liu)(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓試驗變壓器的工作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)壓套(tao)管中裝有高(gao)(gao)壓硅(gui)堆(dui),串接在高(gao)(gao)壓回(hui)路中作(zuo)半波(bo)整流(liu)(liu)(liu),以獲得(de)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓。當(dang)用一短(duan)路桿將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)短(duan)接時(shi),可(ke)獲得(de)工頻高(gao)(gao)電壓,作(zuo)為交流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀態(tai);取消短(duan)路桿時(shi),作(zuo)為直流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀態(tai)。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中限流電阻R1應根據試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的額(e)定容(rong)量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸出電流在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸出電流為1A以(yi)上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常(chang)用水電阻作(zuo)為限流電阻,管(guan)子(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子(zi)粗細(xi)應具有(you)足夠的熱容(rong)量(liang)(水阻液配制(zhi)方(fang)法:用蒸餾水加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同的阻值)。

球間(jian)(jian)隙及保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超(chao)過球間(jian)(jian)隙整定值時(一般取試(shi)驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian),對被試(shi)品起到(dao)保護作用。球間(jian)(jian)隙保護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常準(zhun)確(que)(que)的(de)(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)由(you)于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)著漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang),在(zai)這(zhe)個漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)上必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng),使試(shi)品上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)品上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂(wei)容升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確(que)(que)測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)品上所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此(ci)常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓試驗操作注意事(shi)項

1)試驗(yan)人員(yuan)應(ying)做好分工,明確相互(hu)間聯(lian)系方法。并有專(zhuan)門人監護現場**及(ji)觀(guan)察試品狀態。

2)被試品(pin)應先(xian)清(qing)掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損壞被試品(pin)和試驗帶來(lai)的誤(wu)差。

3)對于大型試驗,一般都(dou)應先進行空升試驗。即不(bu)接試品時升壓至試驗電壓,校(xiao)對各種表計(ji),調整球(qiu)間隙(xi)。

4)升壓速(su)度(du)不能太快(kuai),并必須防止突然加壓。例如調(diao)壓器不在(zai)零位時突然合閘。也不能突然切斷電源,一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓器降(jiang)至零位時拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)(ya)升(sheng)至試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后(hou),迅速(su)降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)以下(xia)時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗過程中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列(lie)不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停(ting)止試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表指針擺(bai)動(dong)很大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙(yan);③被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品內有不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應(ying)測量絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

試驗(yan)(yan)變壓器在做被(bei)試品的直(zhi)流耐壓或泄露試驗(yan)(yan)時接線原(yuan)理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出(chu)短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸出端短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超(chao)過高壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還應(ying)具(ju)有(you)足夠的容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作(zuo)及注意事(shi)項

1)試驗前(qian)應先檢查被(bei)試品是(shi)否(fou)停電,接地放(fang)電,一切對外連(lian)線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)擦干(gan)凈(jing)。要(yao)嚴(yan)防將試驗電壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗(yan)裝置的接(jie)線后,應(ying)復查無誤(wu)后才可加壓(ya)。應(ying)特別注意檢(jian)查高壓(ya)設備及引線與地、與操作(zuo)人員(yuan)的**距(ju)離,被試(shi)品的外殼是否可靠接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程中所(suo)規(gui)定的內容進(jin)行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)容量(liang)設(she)備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防(fang)止(zhi)被(bei)試品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞微安(an)表(biao)。必(bi)要(yao)時應(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別(bie)讀取(qu)各(ge)級電(dian)壓(ya)下微安(an)表(biao)的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中,應密切(qie)監視被試品、試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)、微安表(biao),一旦(dan)發生擊穿、閃爍(shuo)等(deng)異(yi)常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源(yuan),并查明(ming)原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan)后應將被試品及試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)本身充分放電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進行的(de)(de)試驗(yan)接好工作線路(lu)。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼以(yi)及操(cao)作系統的(de)(de)外殼必須可靠接地(di)。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)以(yi)及測量繞組的(de)(de)F端必須可靠接地(di)。

2、做串級試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級、第三級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan),測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)(duan)以及高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)。**級、第三級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)必須通過絕緣支架接地(di)。

3、接(jie)通(tong)(tong)電源前,操作系統的調(diao)壓(ya)器必須調(diao)到零位后方可接(jie)通(tong)(tong)電源,合閘,開始(shi)升(sheng)壓(ya)。

4、從零開始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有(you):快(kuai)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后(hou),在(zai)以(yi)每秒2%額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切注意測(ce)量儀表的(de)(de)指(zhi)(zhi)示以(yi)及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong)如發(fa)現測(ce)量儀表的(de)(de)指(zhi)(zhi)示及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況異常(chang),應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明(ming)情(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后(hou)切斷電(dian)源。

6、本(ben)產品不得(de)超過額定參數使用(yong)。除試驗必須外,決不允許全電(dian)(dian)壓通電(dian)(dian)或斷電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)過程中,如發現以下不正(zheng)常情(qing)況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源,停止(zhi)試驗(yan)(yan)并(bing)查明(ming)原(yuan)因。

⑴電壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺(bai)動(dong)(或數字(zi)跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流(liu)表直線上(shang)升

被試品內(nei)有不(bu)正常的聲音(yin)

8、圖1中第9項系壓力閥(fa)(fa)及壓力表,為長期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以檢查SF6壓力,應(ying)不(bu)小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查壓力后立即關閉閥(fa)(fa)門),低(di)于0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應(ying)測量被試(shi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通風、干(gan)燥(zao)、無陽(yang)光直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬(ban)運(yun)途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)閥(fa)、壓力(li)表(biao)不(bu)得擅自松動(dong)。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必須(xu)嚴格執(zhi)行(xing)國家有關標準(zhun)和操作規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設(she)備的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電(dian)氣設(she)備預防性試(shi)驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器的額定輸出高壓的有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)較低時,k值可取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)電容(rong)量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率(lv)

被試設備的電(dian)容(rong)量(liang)Ct可(ke)由交流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的類型而定(ding)。
