YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)采(cai)用單框(kuang)芯式鐵芯結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵芯上(shang),高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組在(zai)外,這種同軸布置(zhi)減少了漏磁通,因而增(zeng)大了繞(rao)(rao)組間的耦合。產品的外殼為(wei)圓柱灌式容器(qi)結(jie)構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力(li)。其結(jie)構見(jian)圖1:

單臺YDQ系列交直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管(guan)中裝(zhuang)有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路中作(zuo)半波整流(liu)(liu),以獲(huo)得直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。當用一(yi)短路桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短接(jie)時,可獲(huo)得工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)出狀態;取消短路桿時,作(zuo)為(wei)直流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)出狀態。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1應根(gen)據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的額(e)定(ding)容量(liang)來選擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻(zu)作(zuo)為限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu),管子長度(du)可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細(xi)應具(ju)有足夠的熱容量(liang)(水阻(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾(liu)水加入適(shi)量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配制成各(ge)種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護電阻(zu):當(dang)電壓(ya)(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電,對被試(shi)品起到保(bao)護作用(yong)。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護電阻(zu)可(ke)按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)(chang)準(zhun)確(que)(que)的(de)(de)(de),其原因是由于(yu)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著漏(lou)(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)個漏(lou)(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)(shang)反(fan)映出來的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時,被試品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容升(sheng)現象。感(gan)應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時,試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)(lou)抗(kang)必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準(zhun)確(que)(que)測(ce)量被試品上(shang)(shang)(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)(chang)在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗操(cao)作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做好分工(gong),明確相(xiang)互間(jian)聯系方法。并有(you)專門人監護(hu)現場**及觀(guan)察試品(pin)狀態(tai)。

2)被試品應先清掃(sao)干凈,并**干燥,以免(mian)損壞被試品和試驗帶來的(de)誤(wu)差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先進行空升試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。即(ji)不接(jie)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)時升壓(ya)至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對(dui)各種表計,調(diao)整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)速(su)度不(bu)能太快,并(bing)必須防止(zhi)突(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。例如(ru)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器不(bu)在(zai)零(ling)位時(shi)突(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一(yi)般應(ying)在(zai)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器降至零(ling)位時(shi)拉(la)閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya)時(shi)(shi)(shi),開始計(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)以(yi)下時(shi)(shi)(shi),才能(neng)拉(la)開電源。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中,如發現下(xia)列不(bu)正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan)。停止試驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因:①電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表指針擺動很(hen)大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有不(bu)正常(chang)的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)前(qian)后(hou)應測量絕(jue)(jue)緣電阻,檢(jian)查(cha)絕(jue)(jue)緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額(e)定輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出(chu)(chu)端短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應(ying)具(ju)有足夠的(de)容量和沿(yan)面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容量很大(da)時,C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄露(lu)試驗的操作(zuo)及注意事項

1)試驗前應先(xian)檢查被試品是否停(ting)電,接(jie)地放電,一(yi)切對外連線(xian)是否擦干(gan)凈。要嚴防將試驗電壓加到有(you)人工作的(de)部位上去。

2)接好試驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的接線(xian)(xian)后,應復(fu)查(cha)無誤后才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應特(te)別注意(yi)檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設備及引線(xian)(xian)與地、與操作人員的**距離,被試品的外殼是否可(ke)靠接地,要按(an)**規程中所(suo)規定(ding)的內(nei)容進行試驗。

3)對于大(da)電容量(liang)設備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防(fang)止(zhi)被試品的(de)充電電流燒(shao)壞(huai)微安(an)表。必(bi)要時(shi)應(ying)分級(ji)加(jia)壓(ya),分別讀(du)取各級(ji)電壓(ya)下微安(an)表的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗過程中,應密切(qie)監視被試品、試驗裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常(chang)現象應立(li)即降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明原因,詳細(xi)記(ji)錄。

5)試驗完(wan)畢(bi),降壓,切(qie)斷電源后應將被試品及試驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)(jie)好工作(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)外殼(ke)以及操作(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)外殼(ke)必(bi)(bi)須(xu)可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)以及測量(liang)繞組的(de)(de)(de)F端必(bi)(bi)須(xu)可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)。

2、做串級試(shi)驗時(shi),**級、第三級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(duan),測量繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)(duan)以(yi)及高壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)均(jun)接本級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼。**級、第三級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼必(bi)須通過(guo)絕緣支(zhi)架接地。

3、接(jie)(jie)通電源前,操作系統的調壓器必須調到零位(wei)后方可接(jie)(jie)通電源,合閘,開(kai)始升壓。

4、從零(ling)開始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開始按一定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額定(ding)(ding)(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切注(zhu)意測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示(shi)以及被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中(zhong)或試(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程中(zhong)如(ru)發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示(shi)及被試(shi)(shi)品情(qing)況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源,查(cha)明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應在(zai)數(shu)秒內勻速的將(jiang)調(diao)壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品(pin)不得超(chao)過額(e)定參數使用(yong)。除試驗必須外,決不允許全(quan)電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現以下不正常情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源,停(ting)止試驗(yan)(yan)并查明(ming)原(yuan)因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(或(huo)數(shu)字(zi)跳動)很大

⑵電流表直線上升

被(bei)試品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉(bi)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。每6個月(yue)開(kai)閥一次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力(li)(li),應不(bu)小于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力(li)(li)后立(li)即關(guan)閉(bi)閥門),低于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體,以增(zeng)加氣(qi)絕(jue)緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗前后應測量被試設備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓器(qi)長期不使用時,應放置于通(tong)風、干燥(zao)、無陽(yang)光(guang)直射的(de)地方。

11、該產(chan)品不允許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長(chang)期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途中(zhong)不(bu)得重力(li)沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固(gu)件及壓力閥(fa)、壓力表不(bu)得擅自松動。

14、使用(yong)本產品(pin)做(zuo)高壓試驗時,出(chu)熟悉(xi)本說(shuo)明書外(wai),還(huan)必須嚴(yan)格執行(xing)國(guo)家有關標(biao)準(zhun)和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設(she)(she)備的絕(jue)緣配合,高壓試驗技術》;《電氣設(she)(she)備預(yu)防(fang)性試驗規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-30KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量Pn的確(que)定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器的(de)額定(ding)輸(shu)出高壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓較低時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率(lv)

被試設(she)備的電(dian)(dian)容量Ct可由交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)橋測出。Ct的變化很大(da),

可由設備的(de)類型而定(ding)。
