二、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單框(kuang)芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構,初級繞組繞在(zai)(zai)鐵芯(xin)上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)繞組在(zai)(zai)外,這種(zhong)同軸布置減少了(le)(le)漏(lou)磁通,因而增大(da)了(le)(le)繞組間的耦合。產品的外殼為圓柱(zhu)灌(guan)式容器結(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

單(dan)臺(tai)YDQ系列(lie)交直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的工(gong)作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套(tao)管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui),串接在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中作(zuo)半(ban)波(bo)整(zheng)流(liu),以獲(huo)得(de)直流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當(dang)用一(yi)短路(lu)桿(gan)將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)短接時(shi),可獲(huo)得(de)工(gong)頻(pin)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為交流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態;取(qu)消短路(lu)桿(gan)時(shi),作(zuo)為直流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態。

注:高壓尾(wei)必(bi)須可靠接地

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)阻R1應(ying)根(gen)據(ju)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定容量(liang)來(lai)選擇。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸出電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)阻作為限流(liu)電(dian)阻,管(guan)子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管(guan)子粗細應(ying)具有足夠(gou)的(de)熱容量(liang)(水阻液(ye)配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水加入適量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配(pei)制成各(ge)種不同的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙及保(bao)護電阻:當電壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙整定值(zhi)時(一(yi)般取試(shi)(shi)驗電壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙放電,對(dui)被試(shi)(shi)品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙保(bao)護電阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電壓)選(xuan)取。

在工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確(que)的(de)(de),其原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在著(zhu)漏(lou)(lou)抗,在這個漏(lou)(lou)抗上必(bi)然(ran)存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)品上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出(chu)來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)品上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂(wei)容(rong)(rong)升現象(xiang)。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏(lou)(lou)抗必(bi)然(ran)存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)品上所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此(ci)常在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻容(rong)(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操(cao)作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)人(ren)員應做好分工(gong),明確(que)相互間聯系方法(fa)。并(bing)有(you)專門人(ren)監護現場(chang)**及觀察試(shi)品狀態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品應先清掃干(gan)(gan)凈,并**干(gan)(gan)燥,以免損壞被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品和試(shi)(shi)驗帶來的誤(wu)差(cha)。

3)對于大(da)型試驗(yan),一般都應先進(jin)行空升(sheng)試驗(yan)。即不接試品時升(sheng)壓至試驗(yan)電壓,校對各(ge)種表計,調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不能太(tai)快,并必須(xu)防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器(qi)不在(zai)零位(wei)時(shi)突(tu)然合閘。也不能突(tu)然切斷電源(yuan),一(yi)般應在(zai)調壓(ya)器(qi)降(jiang)至零位(wei)時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電壓升至試驗電壓時(shi),開(kai)始(shi)計時(shi),到1min后,迅速(su)降(jiang)壓到1/3試驗電壓以下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電源。

6)在(zai)升壓或(huo)耐壓試(shi)(shi)驗過程中,如發現下列(lie)不(bu)正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源。停止試(shi)(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因:①電壓表指針擺動很大(da);②發現絕(jue)緣燒焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內有不(bu)正常(chang)的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后應測量(liang)絕緣電阻(zu),檢(jian)查(cha)絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在做被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)直流耐壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此試驗(yan)應先(xian)抽(chou)出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流不超過高壓硅堆的(de)(de)(de)*大(da)整流。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的(de)(de)(de)*大(da)整流電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為(wei)100mA時用(yong)于60kV的(de)(de)(de)試驗裝(zhuang)置中(zhong),限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)(de)(de)容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾(lv)波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電(dian)容(rong)量很大(da)時(shi),C1可省(sheng)略(lve)不用(yong)。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作及注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)前應(ying)先檢查被試(shi)品(pin)是否(fou)停(ting)電,接地放電,一(yi)切(qie)對外連線(xian)是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓加(jia)到(dao)有(you)人工(gong)作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的接(jie)線后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可加壓(ya)。應特別注意(yi)檢查高(gao)壓(ya)設備及引線與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操作人員的**距離,被試品(pin)的外殼(ke)是否可靠(kao)接(jie)地(di),要按**規程中(zhong)所規定的內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止被試(shi)品的充電電流燒壞微安表(biao)。必要時應分級加壓,分別讀取各級電壓下微安表(biao)的穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),應密切(qie)監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦(dan)發(fa)生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan),并(bing)查明原(yuan)因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan)后應(ying)將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本(ben)身充分放電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)好工(gong)作線路。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼以及(ji)操(cao)作系統的(de)外(wai)殼必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試(shi)驗變壓器的(de)低壓繞組的(de)X端,測量繞組的(de)F端以及高壓繞組的(de)X端(高壓尾)均接本級(ji)試(shi)驗變壓器的(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試(shi)驗變壓器的(de)外殼(ke)必須(xu)通過(guo)絕(jue)緣支(zhi)架接地(di)。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作系統的(de)調壓器必須(xu)調到零位后方(fang)可接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開始均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和(he)速(su)(su)度上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示(shi)以(yi)及被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)(cheng)中或試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)(cheng)中如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示(shi)及被(bei)試(shi)品情況異常,應立(li)即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電源,查(cha)明情況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內(nei)勻速的將調(diao)壓器返回至(zhi)零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)(bu)得(de)超過額定參數使用。除試(shi)驗(yan)必須外,決(jue)不(bu)(bu)允(yun)許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升壓(ya)(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發現以下不正常情況(kuang)時,應立(li)即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源,停(ting)止試(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(dong)(或(huo)數(shu)字跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流(liu)表直(zhi)線上(shang)升(sheng)

被試品(pin)內(nei)有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)力(li)表,為長(chang)期關閉狀(zhuang)態。每6個月開(kai)閥(fa)一(yi)次,以(yi)檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力(li)后立即(ji)關閉閥(fa)門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體(ti),以(yi)增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后(hou)應測量被試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)長期不使用(yong)時(shi),應(ying)放(fang)置(zhi)于通風、干燥、無(wu)陽光直射的地方(fang)。

11、該產(chan)品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長(chang)期(qi)存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得(de)擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)時,出熟悉(xi)本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關標準和操作規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設(she)備的(de)絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)技術》;《電(dian)氣設(she)備預防性試驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量(liang)Pn的(de)確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容(rong)量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器的額定輸出(chu)高(gao)壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)(biao)稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)(biao)稱電(dian)壓較低時(shi),k值可取高(gao)一些(xie)。

Ct——被(bei)試(shi)品的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電(dian)源的頻率(lv)
