隨著新能(neng)源(yuan)持續接入(ru),西(xi)北(bei)電(dian)網(wang)高占比新能(neng)源(yuan)特征愈(yu)發(fa)明顯,新能(neng)源(yuan)涉(she)網(wang)性能(neng)對西(xi)北(bei)電(dian)網(wang)可靠穩定運行(xing)和新能(neng)源(yuan)高效利用(yong)產生重要影響。目前,西(xi)北(bei)電(dian)網(wang)新能(neng)源(yuan)裝機已超過1億千瓦,形成青海(hai)海(hai)西(xi)、海(hai)南和甘肅河西(xi)、新(xin)疆哈密等多個大型新(xin)能(neng)源基地,通過重要外送斷面送出新(xin)能(neng)源電力(li)。而與常規發電機組(zu)相比,新(xin)能(neng)源機組(zu)不具備暫態故(gu)障過程中的(de)電壓支撐(cheng)能(neng)力(li),且(qie)新(xin)能(neng)源近(jin)區(qu)往往缺少常規發電機組(zu)支撐(cheng),斷面輸(shu)送能(neng)力(li)受到一定程度限制。
為解決這一問題,國網(wang)西北分部組織開展新能源暫態性能的規范和優化研究,申報了(le)公司指南項目“送/受(shou)端直流近區大規(gui)模光伏發電(dian)的控制策(ce)略(lve)優(you)化技術(shu)”,開展新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)暫(zan)態(tai)支(zhi)(zhi)撐性(xing)能(neng)優化提升的(de)(de)探索與實踐。項目相關成果已通過(guo)專(zhuan)家論證,并(bing)在(zai)青海海西電(dian)網完成應用示范(fan)。新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)暫(zan)態(tai)性(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)優化,有效提升了新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)機組在(zai)故障過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)的(de)(de)主(zhu)動(dong)支(zhi)(zhi)撐能(neng)力,改善了地區電(dian)網穩(wen)定性(xing),提高了新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)力外送水平。

第4章 充電機安裝要(yao)求(WBXC蓄(xu)電池放電裝(zhuang)置服務快捷(jie)深受廣大客戶好評)
充(chong)電機(ji)使用場所布(bu)置要求
本(ben)機應放置在通(tong)風(feng)干燥的地方,避(bi)開高溫(wen)、灰塵及腐蝕性(xing)氣體(ti)。
確認本(ben)機(ji)的額(e)定輸入(ru)電壓與所用的電網電壓是(shi)否一致。
為確保(bao)(bao)本機(ji)正常工作,要保(bao)(bao)持充(chong)電場所空氣通暢。本機(ji)周圍至(zhi)少(shao)保(bao)(bao)持30cm的空間,并要(yao)經(jing)常檢查充電場所通風口(kou)有無堵塞(sai)。
充電(dian)機(ji)和蓄電(dian)池(chi)的(de)放置(zhi)(zhi)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),如下(xia)圖所(suo)示:
圖中:
a——電動車輛(liang)A、B周圍必備空間*少0.6米;
b——被充蓄電(dian)池(chi)和充電(dian)機間的*小距(ju)離(li)1米;
c——充電機到易燃(ran)品的距離不得小于2.5米(mi);
d——充電機(ji)到易爆品的距離不得小(xiao)于5米;
e——充(chong)電房(fang)的室(shi)內高度(取(qu)決于(yu)車輛(liang))不得(de)低于(yu)2米。
充電機(ji)輸入(ru)、輸出線的連接
(1) 連接前(qian)首先確認充電(dian)(dian)機額定(ding)輸入(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)與(yu)輸入(ru)的(de)電(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)是(shi)否一致(zhi)。
(2) 對(dui)于輸入(ru)電源為(wei)三相(xiang)的WBXC系列充電(dian)機,進(jin)線(xian)端(duan) (熔斷(duan)器下樁頭)接電(dian)網三相輸(shu)電(dian)線(xian)(火線(xian)),安裝板上的接地端(duan)通過(guo)黃(huang)綠(lv)雙色(se)線(xian)接電(dian)網地線(xian)。
對于輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)源為二相的WBXC系(xi)列充電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(立式),進線(xian)(xian)端(duan)(熔斷器下(xia)樁頭(tou))接電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)二相輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(火線(xian)(xian)),安裝板(ban)上的接地端(duan)通過黃綠雙色線(xian)(xian)接電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)地線(xian)(xian)。詳(xiang)見下(xia)圖所示:
對于輸入電源為單相(xiang)的WBXC系列充電機(臺(tai)式),輸(shu)入、輸(shu)出(chu)線出(chu)廠時已連接(jie),無需客(ke)戶(hu)手動連接(jie)。
(3) 充電(dian)機(ji)通過電(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)纜與(yu)電(dian)網連接。為(wei)確保可靠,充電(dian)機(ji)輸入電(dian)源(yuan)前端要求安裝動力型斷路(lu)器,斷路(lu)器的容量大約為(wei)額定(ding)輸入電(dian)流(liu)的2倍。
