警告:本儀器(qi)屬于帶電工作(zuo)設備,為了(le)您的保障,請遵守(shou)國(guo)家(jia)可(ke)靠生產的相(xiang)關規定,嚴格按(an)電力計量裝置(zhi)現場校驗(yan)操作(zuo)規程操作(zuo)。

正確連(lian)接供電電源(注意:電源范圍為 AC87V~265V);

操(cao)作前請先閱讀本說(shuo)明書正確設(she)置測(ce)量參數;

不(bu)能將(jiang)脈沖線的夾子夾到電能表(biao)的電壓端子,否則(ze)會損壞儀器;

不能(neng)將電壓端子(zi)線插到電流端子(zi)口(kou)上,否(fou)則會損(sun)壞儀器;

不能將(jiang)電流端子線插到電壓(ya)端子口上,否則會損壞儀(yi)器;

正(zheng)確選擇電流量程,電流量程一般不要超過額(e)定值的 220%

每(mei)只(zhi)鉗表分(fen)正負端:“+”端(duan)表示電流進、“-”端表(biao)示電流出;

不(bu)同相儀(yi)器的鉗表不(bu)要(yao)互換(huan)使用,否則(ze)會(hui)影響測(ce)量精度;

由(you)于(yu)內置電(dian)源,能從電(dian)壓端子(zi)上供(gong)(gong)電(dian),校驗(yan)臺上使(shi)用(yong)本儀器,請選擇儀器的電(dian)池或外接電(dian)源供(gong)(gong)電(dian),以免影響(xiang)校驗(yan)臺電(dian)壓輸(shu)出;

該儀(yi)(yi)器屬于精密儀(yi)(yi)器,請小(xiao)心輕放;

鉗表的嵌口應(ying)保(bao)持(chi)清潔,因為(wei)油污和(he)灰垢會影(ying)響測(ce)量精度;

嚴禁使(shi)用腐蝕性(xing)有機溶(rong)液擦拭儀器;

儀器使用(yong)中嚴格(ge)按照操作(zuo)流(liu)程進行(xing)

開(kai)啟儀器(qi)電源→接儀器(qi)端(duan)測(ce)(ce)試線→接電能(neng)表(biao)端(duan)測(ce)(ce)試線及鉗表(biao)→設(she)置(zhi)校驗參數→校驗→拆除電能(neng)表(biao)端(duan)測(ce)(ce)試線→關閉(bi)儀器(qi)→拆除儀器(qi)端(duan)測(ce)(ce)試線。

注:鉗(qian)表“+”為電流流進方向“-”為電流流出方向。

2.5  接(jie)線

校驗單相(xiang)電能(neng)表接線方法:

現(xian)場帶負荷

儀器測電能表“火”線接(jie)到儀器+端口, “零(ling)”線接到儀器-端口;鉗表線接到(dao)儀(yi)器“鉗表1”或“鉗表(biao)2” 端口(kou);脈(mo)(mo)沖輸入裝置接(jie)到儀(yi)器“脈(mo)(mo)沖”端口(kou)。

1、 當(dang)儀器(qi)從火線的進(jin)線口取電壓時,鉗表應接到(dao)火線出線上,否(fou)則會(hui)影響校驗誤差準(zhun)確度;

2、 當儀器從火(huo)線(xian)的出線(xian)口(kou)取(qu)電壓時,鉗表應接(jie)到火(huo)線(xian)進線(xian)上,否則(ze)會(hui)影(ying)響校驗(yan)誤差準確度。

常(chang) 數:指被測電能(neng)表的常數;

N指(zhi)來多少(shao)次脈(mo)沖儀(yi)器(qi)計算(suan)一次誤差。具體到(dao)機(ji)械式電能表,就是來多少(shao)次黑標計算(suan)一次誤差(值得注(zhu)意的是在手動(dong)方(fang)式(shi)下(xia),來多少次(ci)黑標(biao)按一下(xia)手動(dong)開關);

光電(手(shou)動)脈(mo)沖(chong)采樣方(fang)式(shi);(注:光電頭和脈(mo)沖(chong)線都是用(yong)光電采樣模式(shi))

輸(shu) 入:指的是(shi)電流采(cai)樣方式(需輸(shu)入(ru)變比數值,如果(guo)是(shi)直通表變比值為1:1,其他情況依據現場TA變比輸(shu)入(ru));

變(bian)比:互(hu)感器(qi)銘牌所標稱的值。

誤差(cha):電(dian)能表現場(chang)校驗產(chan)生的(de)誤(wu)差(cha)參(can)數(shu)。儀器根據輸入的(de)電(dian)能表產(chan)生和采集到的(de)電(dian)能表參(can)數(shu)經(jing)過高精準計算處(chu)理的(de)電(dian)能表的(de)計量計算的(de)電(dian)量值和實(shi)際(ji)電(dian)量比值誤(wu)差(cha)值)顯示電(dian)表三個連續誤(wu)差(cha)。

電流輸出(chu)及功(gong)率因數:在(zai)無負荷情況下校表,儀器(qi)可輸出模(mo)擬負載;模(mo)擬負載數值(zhi)可進行設(she)置選(xuan)擇。

電工(gong)參數區:

顯示全部電工(gong)參數,有如下幾(ji)種(zhong):

U(V)、I(A)、φ(夾角)、F(頻率)、P(W)、Q(Var)、COSФ

U(現場(chang)電壓數值)         I(現場(chang)電流(liu)數值)        φ(移相角度)          P(有功(gong)數值)

Q(無功數值)             COSФ(功率因數)        F(頻率(lv))

供電模式標(biao)識:供(gong)電模式有電壓端子供(gong)電、電池(chi)供(gong)電、適(shi)配(pei)器供(gong)電三種;

電(dian)池狀態(tai)標識:電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)狀態標識為(wei)綠色(se)時電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)已充(chong)滿電(dian)(dian),為(wei)紅色(se)時表示電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)量不足,為(wei)白色(se)時表示正在使用電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)。

輸入(ru)法標識(shi):輸入法標識(shi)為“12 ”表(biao)示數字輸入,為“AB”表示拼音大寫字符輸入,為(wei)“ab”表(biao)示拼音小寫字符(fu)輸入,為“漢”表(biao)示漢字輸入。

在自(zi)動(dong)選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模式(shi)(shi)中有三(san)種供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方式(shi)(shi)分(fen)別為適配(pei)(pei)器(qi)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓端(duan)(duan)子(zi)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),自(zi)動(dong)選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模式(shi)(shi)時,儀器(qi)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模式(shi)(shi)的(de)優先級為適配(pei)(pei)器(qi)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓端(duan)(duan)子(zi)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian);儀器(qi)手動(dong)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模式(shi)(shi)時,可以使用【F4】鍵(jian)強制選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)端(duan)(duan)子(zi)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。

電池供(gong)電

儀(yi)器在(zai)用手動(dong)選(xuan)擇電池(chi)供電時,儀(yi)器屏幕右(you)下角電池(chi)狀態標(biao)識為紅(hong)色(se)電池(chi)圖標(biao)(如圖(tu):)按【F4】即可(ke)切換為端子供(gong)電。

自動選擇(ze)供電模式時(shi),儀器(qi)屏幕右下(xia)角電池(chi)(chi)狀態標(biao)識(shi)為黃色電池(chi)(chi)圖標(biao)。

端子供電

手動選擇供(gong)電模式:

儀(yi)器(qi)在手(shou)動選擇供(gong)電模式下(xia),儀(yi)器(qi)儀(yi)器(qi)屏幕右(you)下(xia)角(jiao)供(gong)電模式標(biao)(biao)識為紅色向(xiang)上的小插(cha)頭圖(tu)標(biao)(biao)(如(ru)圖(tu):)按【F4】即可切換(huan)為電池供電。

自(zi)動選擇(ze)供電模式(shi):

儀(yi)器在自動選(xuan)(xuan)擇供(gong)電模(mo)式(shi)下,在沒有(you)適配器供(gong)電的情況下,儀(yi)器自動選(xuan)(xuan)擇在線端子供(gong)電,供(gong)電模(mo)式(shi)標識(shi)顯示為向上黃色(se)小插頭圖(tu)標,如上圖(tu)所(suo)示。

適(shi)配(pei)器(qi)供電

手動選擇(ze)供電模式(shi):

儀器(qi)在(zai)手動選擇(ze)供電(dian)模式下(xia),接上適(shi)配器(qi)時(shi)適(shi)配器(qi)就會給電(dian)池充電(dian)。

自動(dong)選擇(ze)供電模式:

儀器在(zai)自動(dong)選擇(ze)供電(dian)模式下,插上(shang)適(shi)配器這(zhe)時儀器就會自動(dong)選擇(ze)從適(shi)配器供電(dian)工作。

2.10 充(chong)電

給(gei)儀(yi)(yi)器充電(dian)有三種(zhong)方式分別為電(dian)壓端子充電(dian)線給(gei)儀(yi)(yi)器電(dian)池充電(dian),校驗(yan)現場電(dian)壓給(gei)儀(yi)(yi)器電(dian)池充電(dian)還有一種(zhong)是通過適配器給(gei)儀(yi)(yi)器電(dian)池充電(dian);

儀(yi)器電(dian)池充電(dian),大約需8小時能(neng)給電(dian)池充滿電(dian);滿電(dian)池狀態大約(yue)能(neng)維(wei)持(chi)儀器(qi)4小時無間斷工作。

端子充(chong)電線

1、電壓端子充電線的(de)紅(hong)色端接(jie)到U端口,黑(hei)線接到(dao)儀器U端口;

2、在開啟儀器按(an)【系統】鍵,再按(an)【4】進入充(chong)電(dian)管理界面;

3、端子充(chong)電(dian)(dian)線接(jie)上電(dian)(dian)源,儀器充(chong)電(dian)(dian)管(guan)理界面就會顯示電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流數(shu)值。

校驗現場充電

1、在現場校驗界(jie)面按【F4】鍵,界面會提(ti)示“由(you)電池供電模式(shi)換……

2、當屏幕儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)屏右(you)下(xia)角供電(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)式標(biao)(biao)識(shi)為紅色小插頭圖標(biao)(biao)時,儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)使用(yong)校驗現(xian)場電(dian)(dian)(dian)源供電(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)式并為儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian)。

注:在室內校驗臺上使用儀器時,請選擇供電方式為電池或適配器供電,通過電壓端子供電會影響校驗臺的電壓輸出精度或諧波。

2.11  液(ye)晶(jing)屏對比度(du)的調(diao)整(zheng)

由于液晶(jing)屏本身的(de)技術特性,其(qi)對比(bi)(bi)度(du)(du)會隨(sui)環境(jing)溫度(du)(du)改(gai)變(bian)而變(bian)化(hua)。為適應(ying)不同的(de)工(gong)作環境(jing)溫度(du)(du),儀器設(she)置(zhi)了液晶(jing)屏對比(bi)(bi)度(du)(du)調(diao)節功能;可以調(diao)整屏幕(mu)對比(bi)(bi)度(du)(du)選(xuan)擇*適合工(gong)作環境(jing)的(de)*佳(jia)顯(xian)示效果,按【↑】屏幕(mu)亮(liang)度(du)(du)增大,【↓】屏幕(mu)亮(liang)度(du)(du)降低(di)。在使(shi)用(yong)電池供(gong)電時,降低(di)顯(xian)示亮(liang)度(du)(du)會延長電池供(gong)電時間(jian)。

2.12  字符輸入、刪除

輸入字符

進入(ru)設置(zhi)狀態(tai),把光標移到(dao)所需輸入(ru)字符處,按(an)(an)“切(qie)換(huan)(huan)”鍵切(qie)換(huan)(huan)輸入(ru)模式,再按(an)(an)“切(qie)換(huan)(huan)”儀器屏幕右下角出現圖標為(wei)漢字輸入(ru)模(mo)式,出現圖標為小寫字母輸(shu)入模(mo)式,出現圖(tu)標為大(da)寫字母輸入(ru)模式,出現圖標為(wei)阿拉伯數字輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)模式。在系(xi)統(tong)管(guan)理(li)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)速(su)度項中有(you)字符輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)速(su)度設置功(gong)能(neng)(詳見系(xi)統(tong)管(guan)理(li)中輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)速(su)度設置說明(ming))。

例(li):在用戶信息用戶名輸入“飛(fei)達”

把光標(biao)移(yi)到用(yong)戶信息項(xiang)的(de)用(yong)戶名設置項(xiang)上,按【切換】鍵,看(kan)到儀器(qi)屏幕右下(xia)角出現小圖標即是漢字輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)模式,漢字輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)是使(shi)用(yong)手機(ji)常(chang)用(yong)的T9漢字輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)法(fa)。

使用鍵盤輸(shu)入“fei” 器屏(ping)幕(mu)右(you)下角出現

通過(guo)“←、→”鍵(jian)移(yi)動光標(biao)到(dao)“飛”字上按【確認】鍵(jian)

輸入“da”

通過“←、→”鍵移動光標到“達”字上(shang)按【確認】鍵

注:當前(qian)頁(ye)找不到自己需要的漢字可以(yi)通過按“↑、↓”進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)翻(fan)頁進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)查找。儀器中(zhong)的(de)漢字庫可(ke)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)升級(詳見系統管理U盤管理說明)

字符刪除

刪(shan)除所(suo)輸入的字符(fu),把光標移到(dao)所(suo)需(xu)要刪(shan)除字符(fu)處,按(an)【F4】鍵進行刪除。

例如:把保存校驗數據(ju)中用戶信息中的校驗員“飛達”兩(liang)個(ge)漢字刪(shan)除

通過【←↑→↓】把光標移到“飛達”后,按【F4】鍵刪除。在這種狀態(tai)下按一下【F4】 鍵即(ji)刪除一個(ge)文字(zi)。
