用途
蓄電池活化儀(以下簡稱活化儀),是一款多功能(neng)型蓄電池維(wei)護(hu)維(wei)修檢測(ce)的設(she)備,是對蓄電池進(jin)行日(ri)常維(wei)護(hu)不可缺(que)少(shao)的好幫手(shou)。設(she)備體積小,方(fang)便移動操作。在電力、金(jin)融、通信、汽車(che)、地鐵、大型工廠等行業有著廣泛的應(ying)用。
每年電(dian)池(chi)早期衰退導(dao)致(zhi)的(de)(de)性(xing)能下降和劣(lie)化,使得大批量的(de)(de)電(dian)池(chi)報(bao)廢,帶來(lai)很大的(de)(de)經(jing)濟損失,同時也帶來(lai)了嚴重的(de)(de)環(huan)境污染(ran)。因(yin)此電(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)修復與活化和電(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)再利用一(yi)直是一(yi)個熱點話題,尤其(qi)近(jin)年受到(dao)了國(guo)家相(xiang)關部門的(de)(de)高度重視。
眾所周(zhou)知,在各行各業(ye)里(li),對于電(dian)源保障要求(qiu)較高(gao)的系統,都配有(you)后備電(dian)源、UPS等(deng),而(er)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)就(jiu)是其(qi)中核心部(bu)分。這些蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)有(you)很大(da)(da)(da)一部(bu)分是成(cheng)組使(shi)用,任何單節電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)老化(hua)(hua)落后,都會嚴重(zhong)影響到整組電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)性能,并很快會使(shi)得整組電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)中其(qi)他(ta)單體(ti)變壞(huai),進而(er)引起整組電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)提前退出運行(xing)。就(jiu)是作(zuo)為單體(ti)使(shi)用的(de)(de)(de)汽(qi)車電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),大(da)(da)(da)部(bu)分僅僅因為不能正常啟(qi)動汽(qi)車就(jiu)全部(bu)被報(bao)廢。實際上,對于(yu)落后或者變壞(huai)的(de)(de)(de)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)進行(xing)活化(hua)(hua)處理后,大(da)(da)(da)部(bu)分都可以有(you)效(xiao)地(di)重(zhong)新激(ji)活電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),延長使(shi)用壽命,在蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)日常維護中有(you)著很好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)現實意義。
活化儀不(bu)僅有對蓄電池進(jin)行的可編程充電/放電(dian)(dian)循環激活(huo)作用外,還(huan)有以下(xia)幾種獨立的使(shi)用方式:電(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)池活(huo)化(hua)、電(dian)(dian)池內阻測試、電(dian)(dian)池性(xing)能測試。所有充放電(dian)(dian)都是可(ke)編程(cheng)的,同時帶有電(dian)(dian)池極性(xing)柱溫度監測,過熱自動停止操作。充電(dian)(dian)自動按照三段式過程(cheng)充電(dian)(dian)。這些(xie)功能完全滿足了日常對于蓄電(dian)(dian)池維護的主(zhu)要需求(qiu)。

電池充(chong)電
可編(bian)程(cheng)對單體電(dian)(dian)池進行(xing)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),編(bian)程(cheng)內容包括:電(dian)(dian)池編(bian)號,電(dian)(dian)池類型選擇,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時間,限(xian)壓;
充(chong)電方(fang)式:自動對蓄電池按(an)照編程值進(jin)行三段式充(chong)電:恒流—恒壓—浮充(chong);
當滿足充電(dian)時(shi)間或是(shi)充電(dian)完(wan)成都會(hui)停止(zhi)充電(dian),顯(xian)示充電(dian)完(wan)畢。
恒(heng)流(liu)充電(dian)時,電(dian)流(liu)以(yi)0.1C進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)(chong)電,當(dang)電壓超過限壓時轉化為(wei)恒壓充(chong)(chong)電,當(dang)電流小(xiao)于0.005C時轉化為浮充,曲線圖如下圖所示:

連接
設備上的(de)電流回路(紅、黑大夾(jia)(jia)具(ju))與電池(chi)正(zheng)負極(ji)正(zheng)確連(lian)接。先接負極(ji)(黑色夾(jia)(jia)具(ju)),后接正(zheng)極(ji)(紅色夾(jia)(jia)具(ju))。電壓回路(紅、黑小(xiao)夾(jia)(jia)具(ju))與電池(chi)正(zheng)負極(ji)正(zheng)確連(lian)接。連(lian)接圖如圖3:
二、功(gong)能及操(cao)作步驟(zou)
主菜單(dan):
打開面(mian)板上的空(kong)氣開關,稍做(zuo)等待系統會自動進入蓄電池(chi)活化(hua)儀操(cao)作主界面(mian)。主菜單(dan)界面(mian)如圖4
2.1電(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)
在(zai)主菜單中點擊電(dian)池(chi)充電(dian),即可進入電(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)的參(can)數設置界面(mian)。如(ru)圖5:
1)選擇電(dian)池編號,默認從(cong)0001開(kai)始,編號(hao)可(ke)(ke)以根據(ju)操作的順序依(yi)次遞增;用戶(hu)不(bu)可(ke)(ke)以自(zi)己設(she)定(ding)電(dian)池的編號(hao),*大到30。
2)用戶需(xu)根(gen)據需(xu)要的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的類型為基礎,在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)類型欄選擇(ze)和輸入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)容(rong)量,當選擇(ze)好電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)系統會給用戶提供一個(ge)(ge)截止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的默認值(zhi)(zhi),用戶也(ye)(ye)自行設置該(gai)(gai)值(zhi)(zhi),同樣輸入(ru)完電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)容(rong)量系統也(ye)(ye)會給一個(ge)(ge)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的默認值(zhi)(zhi),用戶也(ye)(ye)自行設置該(gai)(gai)值(zhi)(zhi)。
注(zhu)意:1.通常情況下,系(xi)統預設(she)的(de)充(放(fang))電(dian)電(dian)流一(yi)般(ban)設(she)定成(cheng)0.1C10,C10表示10小時率的放電容量,0.1C10表(biao)示是10個小時放(fang)電(dian)時的電(dian)流大小,例如200Ah的電(dian)池(chi),10個小時放電電流為20A,則0.1C表示(shi)是20A的電流;150Ah的電池,10小(xiao)時放(fang)電電流(liu)為15A,則0.1C表示是15A。
2.建議單次充放電(dian)時間不(bu)要(yao)超(chao)過18小時(shi)(適(shi)用(yong)于充/放電設置(zhi))。
3.參數設置中設置的截止電壓起到(dao)保護電池的作用。
4.對于小容量(liang)的電(dian)池還應(ying)該(gai)注意工作電(dian)流的設定。建議(yi)以0.1C10(即工作電流為(wei)電池容量值的(de)0.1倍(bei)大小)的(de)速率進行(xing)充電(dian)放電(dian)。
3)設置完成后,點擊啟動(dong)充電。
①、如(ru)(ru)果參數設置出(chu)錯的話,系(xi)統會彈出(chu)一個提示(shi)框。如(ru)(ru)圖6:
點擊(ji)確定之(zhi)后(hou),即(ji)可回到參數(shu)設置(zhi)界面從新(xin)設置(zhi)充電參數(shu)。
②、如(ru)果一(yi)(yi)切設置正常(chang)即(ji)可進入充(chong)電(dian)時一(yi)(yi)些實(shi)時數據和曲(qu)線(xian)圖(tu)形的狀態界面。如(ru)圖(tu)7:
在該界面下會顯(xian)示實時的(de)電(dian)壓(ya),電(dian)流和溫(wen)度數據,還有(you)兩個電(dian)壓(ya)和電(dian)流的(de)實時曲線(xian)圖。
如果(guo)用戶想中(zhong)途中(zhong)斷充(chong)電,可以點擊(ji)停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)充(chong)電。點擊(ji)停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)充(chong)電時會提示(shi)用戶是(shi)否停(ting)(ting)止(zhi),如果(guo)點是(shi),則停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)充(chong)電回到充(chong)電設(she)置界(jie)面,如果(guo)點否,繼續回到實時數據顯示(shi)界(jie)面。
2.2電池放電
電(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian)的(de)界面(mian)于電(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)的(de)界面(mian)類似,操(cao)作(zuo)也相一(yi)致(zhi),只不過作(zuo)用效果是相反的(de)。在主菜單(dan)中按(an)電(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian),進入(ru)電(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian)菜單(dan)界面(mian)。如圖8:
電池(chi)放電參(can)數設置和(he)電池(chi)充電類似(si)。
2.3電池的活(huo)化
在主(zhu)菜(cai)單(dan)中(zhong)電池(chi)活(huo)(huo)化,進入(ru)電池(chi)活(huo)(huo)化界面。如圖(tu)9:
循環(huan)設置(zhi)(zhi)可以(yi)設置(zhi)(zhi)循環(huan)的(de)次數充(chong)放電(dian)電(dian)流,還(huan)有充(chong)放電(dian)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)。
點擊循(xun)環設(she)置(zhi),進入循(xun)環設(she)置(zhi)界面,循(xun)環設(she)置(zhi)界面如圖10:
設置好參數(shu)后點擊確(que)認,再點擊啟(qi)動活(huo)化,就(jiu)可以進入活(huo)化的實時數(shu)據顯示(shi)界面。

2.4內阻測(ce)試
在主菜單(dan)中按內阻測(ce)試,進入電池內阻測(ce)試參數(shu)設置界面(mian)。如圖12:
建議:放電電流按(an)0.2C10 A.假(jia)設(she)電(dian)池類型為12V100Ah,則放電電流設(she)為20A。
2.5數據管理
在主菜單中按數據(ju)管(guan)理,進入數據(ju)管(guan)理界面。如(ru)圖13:
說(shuo)明:
①、在數據管理界面里面可以(yi)查詢到以(yi)往測(ce)試(shi)保存的(de)一(yi)些(xie)數據,有充電(dian)查詢、放(fang)電(dian)查詢、活化查詢和內阻查詢。
②、數據刪除功(gong)能可(ke)以把保存的數據全(quan)部刪除,不可(ke)恢(hui)復,謹慎操(cao)作。
