主機
主機(ji)有大(da)夾(jia)具(紅、黑)兩個,紅(黑)夾(jia)具的接(jie)線端(duan)均固定在(zai)(zai)面板的前(qian)方,空(kong)氣開(kai)關安裝在(zai)(zai)面板的前(qian)方以方便開(kai)關的控(kong)制。
用途
蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)活化(hua)儀(yi)(以下(xia)簡稱活化(hua)儀(yi)),是(shi)一款多功能型(xing)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)維(wei)護維(wei)修(xiu)檢測的(de)設備(bei),是(shi)對蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)進(jin)行日常維(wei)護不可缺少(shao)的(de)好(hao)幫手(shou)。設備(bei)體積小,方便移動操(cao)作。在(zai)電(dian)力(li)、金融、通信(xin)、**、汽車、地鐵、大型(xing)工廠等行業有著廣(guang)泛的(de)應(ying)用。
每年(nian)電池(chi)早期(qi)衰退導致的(de)性(xing)能(neng)下降和劣化,使得大批量的(de)電池(chi)報廢,帶(dai)來很大的(de)經濟損失,同時也帶(dai)來了嚴重的(de)環境污染。因此(ci)電池(chi)的(de)修復與活(huo)化和電池(chi)的(de)再利(li)用一直是(shi)一個熱點(dian)話(hua)題,尤其近年(nian)受到了國家(jia)相關部門(men)的(de)高度重視(shi)。
眾所周知(zhi),在(zai)各行各業(ye)里,對于電源(yuan)**要求較高的(de)系統,都(dou)配有(you)后(hou)備(bei)電源(yuan)、UPS等,而蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)就(jiu)是(shi)其中核心部(bu)(bu)分(fen)。這些蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)有很(hen)大一部(bu)(bu)分(fen)是(shi)成組使(shi)用,任何單節(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)老化落后(hou),都會嚴(yan)重影響到整(zheng)(zheng)組電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)性能,并(bing)很(hen)快會使(shi)得整(zheng)(zheng)組電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)中其他單體(ti)變(bian)壞,進(jin)(jin)而引起整(zheng)(zheng)組電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)提前退出運行。就(jiu)是(shi)作為單體(ti)使(shi)用的(de)(de)汽車(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),大部(bu)(bu)分(fen)僅(jin)僅(jin)因為不能正(zheng)常啟動汽車(che)就(jiu)全(quan)部(bu)(bu)被報廢(fei)。實(shi)際上(shang),對于落后(hou)或者變(bian)壞的(de)(de)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)進(jin)(jin)行活(huo)化處(chu)理后(hou),大部(bu)(bu)分(fen)都可(ke)以有效地(di)重新激活(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),延(yan)長(chang)使(shi)用壽命,在蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)日常維(wei)護中有著很(hen)好的(de)(de)現(xian)實(shi)意義。
活化(hua)儀不僅有對蓄電池進行(xing)的可編(bian)程充電/放電(dian)(dian)循環激(ji)活(huo)(huo)作用(yong)外,還有(you)(you)(you)以(yi)下幾種獨立的使(shi)用(yong)方式(shi):電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)活(huo)(huo)化、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)內阻測(ce)試(shi)、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)性能測(ce)試(shi)。所有(you)(you)(you)充放電(dian)(dian)都是(shi)可編(bian)程(cheng)的,同時帶有(you)(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)極性柱溫度監測(ce),過(guo)熱自(zi)動(dong)停止操作。充電(dian)(dian)自(zi)動(dong)按照三段(duan)式(shi)過(guo)程(cheng)充電(dian)(dian)。這些(xie)功能完(wan)全滿足了日常對于蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)維護的主要需(xu)求。
本設備(bei)可以(yi)在線或者離(li)線使用(yong),同時兼容2V,6V(根據客戶要求(qiu)定做),12V電池。

電池(chi)充電
可編(bian)程對單體(ti)電池進(jin)行充電,編(bian)程內(nei)容包括:電池編(bian)號,電池類型選(xuan)擇,充電電流(liu),充電時間,限壓;
充(chong)電(dian)方式:自動對蓄電(dian)池按照編程值進行三段式充(chong)電(dian):恒流(liu)—恒壓—浮(fu)充(chong);
當滿足充(chong)電(dian)時間或是充(chong)電(dian)完(wan)成都(dou)會停止充(chong)電(dian),顯示充(chong)電(dian)完(wan)畢(bi)。
恒流(liu)充電時,電流(liu)以0.1C進行充電(dian),當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過(guo)限壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)轉(zhuan)化為恒壓(ya)(ya)充電(dian),當(dang)電(dian)流小(xiao)于0.005C時轉化為(wei)浮充(chong),曲線圖如(ru)下圖所示:

溫(wen)度監測,超出設(she)定值自(zi)動(dong)啟動(dong)風扇進行散熱;
電池(chi)放電
可編程(cheng)對單體電(dian)(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)(dian),編程(cheng)內容包括:電(dian)(dian)池(chi)編號,電(dian)(dian)池(chi)類(lei)型選擇,放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流,放電(dian)(dian)時間(jian),限壓;
放(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電方式:恒(heng)流放(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電,低于限壓(ya)或(huo)是放(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電時間到時停止放(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電,顯示(shi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)電完畢;
實時(shi)顯示放電動態過程信息;
溫度檢(jian)測,超出設定值自動(dong)啟動(dong)風扇進(jin)行散熱;
電池活(huo)化(hua)
可編程(cheng)對單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)池進行活化,編程(cheng)內容包括:電(dian)(dian)(dian)池編號(hao),電(dian)(dian)(dian)池類型選擇,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)限(xian)(xian)(xian)壓(上限(xian)(xian)(xian)),放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)限(xian)(xian)(xian)壓(下限(xian)(xian)(xian)),充(chong)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)循環(huan)次數(shu),每個循環(huan)的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)間,放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)間,放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流;
活(huo)化方式:逐個循(xun)環按(an)照編程值執行(xing),放(fang)(fang)電完畢以低(di)于限壓(ya)或是放(fang)(fang)電設定(ding)時間到自動停止,充(chong)電完畢以充(chong)電設定(ding)時間到或是充(chong)電完畢為準(zhun),;

連接(jie)
設備(bei)上的電流(liu)回路(紅、黑(hei)大夾(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju))與電池(chi)正負(fu)極正確連(lian)接(jie)。先接(jie)負(fu)極(黑(hei)色夾(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju)),后接(jie)正極(紅色夾(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju))。電壓回路(紅、黑(hei)小夾(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju))與電池(chi)正負(fu)極正確連(lian)接(jie)。連(lian)接(jie)圖(tu)如圖(tu)3:
二、功(gong)能及操作步(bu)驟
主菜單:
打開面(mian)板(ban)上的空氣(qi)開關,稍做等待系統會自動(dong)進入(ru)蓄電(dian)池活化儀操作主界面(mian)。主菜單(dan)界面(mian)如圖4
2.1電(dian)池充電(dian)
在主(zhu)菜單中(zhong)點擊電(dian)池充電(dian),即可進入電(dian)池充電(dian)的(de)參數設置(zhi)界面。如圖5:
1)選擇電池編號,默(mo)認從0001開始,編號(hao)可以(yi)根據操作(zuo)的(de)(de)順序依(yi)次遞增;用戶不可以(yi)自己設定電池(chi)的(de)(de)編號(hao),*大到30。
2)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶需(xu)根(gen)據需(xu)要(yao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)類(lei)型為基礎,在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)類(lei)型欄選擇和輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容(rong)量,當選擇好(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓系統(tong)會(hui)給用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶提供一個(ge)截止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)默認值(zhi)(zhi),用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶也(ye)(ye)(ye)自行設置該值(zhi)(zhi),同樣輸(shu)入完電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容(rong)量系統(tong)也(ye)(ye)(ye)會(hui)給一個(ge)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)默認值(zhi)(zhi),用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶也(ye)(ye)(ye)自行設置該值(zhi)(zhi)。
注意:1.通常情況下,系統(tong)預(yu)設(she)的充(放)電(dian)電(dian)流一(yi)般(ban)設(she)定成0.1C10,C10表示10小時率的放電容量,0.1C10表示(shi)是10個小(xiao)時(shi)放電時(shi)的電流大小(xiao),例如200Ah的電(dian)池,10個小時放電電流為(wei)20A,則0.1C表示(shi)是(shi)20A的電流(liu);150Ah的(de)電池,10小(xiao)時放電電流為15A,則0.1C表(biao)示是15A。
2.建議單次充(chong)放電(dian)時間不要超過18小時(適用于充/放(fang)電(dian)設置)。
3.參數(shu)設置(zhi)中設置(zhi)的(de)截止電(dian)壓起到保護電(dian)池的(de)作用。
4.對于(yu)小容(rong)量的電池還應該注意工(gong)作電流的設定。建議以0.1C10(即工作電(dian)(dian)流為電(dian)(dian)池(chi)容量值的0.1倍大小)的(de)速率進行充電放電。
3)設(she)置完(wan)成后(hou),點擊啟(qi)動(dong)充電。
①、如果參(can)數設置(zhi)出(chu)錯的話,系(xi)統會彈出(chu)一個提示框(kuang)。如圖(tu)6:
點擊確定之后,即可回(hui)到(dao)參數設置(zhi)(zhi)界(jie)面從新設置(zhi)(zhi)充電參數。
②、如(ru)果一(yi)切設置正(zheng)常(chang)即可(ke)進入充電時(shi)一(yi)些實時(shi)數據和曲線圖形的狀態界面。如(ru)圖7:
在該界面(mian)下會顯示實時的電(dian)(dian)壓,電(dian)(dian)流和(he)(he)溫度數(shu)據,還(huan)有兩個電(dian)(dian)壓和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)流的實時曲(qu)線圖(tu)。
如(ru)果(guo)用戶(hu)想中途中斷充電(dian)(dian),可以點(dian)擊停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)充電(dian)(dian)。點(dian)擊停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)充電(dian)(dian)時(shi)會提示用戶(hu)是(shi)否停(ting)(ting)止(zhi),如(ru)果(guo)點(dian)是(shi),則停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)充電(dian)(dian)回到充電(dian)(dian)設置界面,如(ru)果(guo)點(dian)否,繼續回到實時(shi)數(shu)據顯(xian)示界面。
2.2電池放電
電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的界(jie)(jie)面(mian)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)的界(jie)(jie)面(mian)類(lei)似,操作也(ye)相一(yi)致,只不過作用效果是相反的。在主(zhu)菜(cai)單(dan)中按電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),進(jin)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)菜(cai)單(dan)界(jie)(jie)面(mian)。如圖8:

2.3電池(chi)的活化
在主菜單(dan)中電(dian)池活化,進入電(dian)池活化界面。如圖(tu)9:
循(xun)環設置可以設置循(xun)環的(de)次數充放電(dian)電(dian)流,還(huan)有充放電(dian)的(de)時間。
點擊循環(huan)設置,進入循環(huan)設置界(jie)面,循環(huan)設置界(jie)面如圖10:
設置好參(can)數(shu)后(hou)點(dian)(dian)擊確認,再點(dian)(dian)擊啟動活化,就可以進入活化的實時(shi)數(shu)據顯示界面。

2.4內阻(zu)測試
在主菜單中(zhong)按內阻(zu)測試,進(jin)入電(dian)池內阻(zu)測試參數設(she)置界面(mian)。如(ru)圖12:
建議:放電電流按0.2C10 A.假設(she)電池類型為12V100Ah,則放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流設(she)為20A。
2.5數據管理(li)
在主(zhu)菜(cai)單中按(an)數據(ju)管理(li),進入(ru)數據(ju)管理(li)界面。如(ru)圖13:
說明:
①、在數據管理界面里面可以查(cha)詢(xun)到以往測試保存的一些數據,有(you)充電查(cha)詢(xun)、放電查(cha)詢(xun)、活(huo)化查(cha)詢(xun)和(he)內阻查(cha)詢(xun)。
②、數據刪除功能可(ke)以把保存的(de)數據全部(bu)刪除,不可(ke)恢復(fu),謹慎操作(zuo)。
③、數據上(shang)傳(chuan)通過上(shang)位機的RS232接口把數據傳到上位機。本臺機器,充電限制保存30組,放電限制保存(cun)30組,活化測試(shi)限制保存30組,內阻測試限制保存30組(zu)。如(ru)果存滿30之后沒有數據刪除,則(ze)數據會從**組開始覆蓋。
2.5.1充電查詢。
在數據管理(li)菜(cai)單(dan)中按(an)充電查詢(xun),進入充電查詢(xun)界面。如(ru)圖14:
剛(gang)進界面顯(xian)示(shi)的是*后一次保存的數據(ju),按(an)上(shang)一頁和(he)下一頁可以分別查詢上(shang)一組(zu)和(he)下一組(zu)的歷史數據(ju)。點(dian)擊(ji)參數查詢,可以查詢到該組(zu)數據(ju)的測試參數。如圖15:
2.5.2 放電查詢(xun)
放電(dian)查詢和充電(dian)查詢類似。
2.5.3 活化(hua)查(cha)詢
在數據管理(li)菜單中按活(huo)(huo)化查(cha)詢,進入活(huo)(huo)化查(cha)詢界(jie)面。如圖(tu)16:
說明(ming):
①、一(yi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)的活化(hua)數(shu)據(ju)中*少都會(hui)包含一(yi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)的放電數(shu)據(ju)和(he)一(yi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)的充電數(shu)據(ju)。
②、剛進(jin)活(huo)化(hua)查詢(xun)界(jie)(jie)面時顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)的(de)*后(hou)(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)保(bao)存活(huo)化(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)中的(de)**次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)放電數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)。如(ru)(ru)果(guo)點(dian)擊(ji)上一(yi)(yi)(yi)頁,因為該(gai)組活(huo)化(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)已經沒有(you)其(qi)他上一(yi)(yi)(yi)組數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju),則(ze)(ze)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)上一(yi)(yi)(yi)組活(huo)化(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)的(de)*后(hou)(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)循環中的(de)充電數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)。如(ru)(ru)果(guo)剛進(jin)界(jie)(jie)面點(dian)擊(ji)下(xia)一(yi)(yi)(yi)頁,則(ze)(ze)會(hui)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)**次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)循環的(de)充電數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju),再次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)點(dian)擊(ji)下(xia)一(yi)(yi)(yi)頁,如(ru)(ru)果(guo)該(gai)組只設置一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)循環,則(ze)(ze)會(hui)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)**次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)保(bao)存活(huo)化(hua)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)中的(de)放電數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju),如(ru)(ru)果(guo)該(gai)組設置了多次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)循環,則(ze)(ze)會(hui)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)**次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)循環的(de)放電數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju),以(yi)此類推的(de)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)。
③、在選擇組數下面(mian)的(de)框中(zhong)輸(shu)入組數編號,可以跳轉(zhuan)需要查(cha)詢(xun)的(de)數據。
④、點擊參數查詢(xun),可以查詢(xun)該組活(huo)化時設(she)置的一些參數。
2.6系統設(she)置
在主菜(cai)單中按系(xi)(xi)統設(she)置,進入(ru)系(xi)(xi)統設(she)置界面。如圖17:
操作說明:
時間設置:如果(guo)較(jiao)長(chang)時間沒有運行設備,需(xu)要(yao)查看時間是否(fou)正確,如果(guo)不正確,需(xu)要(yao)重新設置時間。
U盤下載(zai):點擊后,將U盤(pan)插(cha)入,通過(guo)提示,可以將數據保存(cun)到U盤中。
本機標定(ding):本菜單需要密碼才可進入(ru),非專業人員請勿操作。原始密(mi)碼:admin。本操(cao)作為標定設(she)備(bei)電壓值(zhi),電壓單位為伏特(te)(V) 。
幫助信(xin)息(xi):顯(xian)示本機一些簡易(yi)操作信(xin)息(xi)。
為使用(yong)戶更好使用(yong)該設備,建議設置如下:
1.對單(dan)體鉛酸蓄電池充放電,建議(yi)充放電時(shi)間設(she)置為10小時,充放電電流設置為0.1C10;
2.對單體鉛酸蓄電池活化設置,建議(yi)充放(fang)電時間設(she)置為(wei)8小(xiao)時,充(chong)放電電流設置為0.2C10;
3.電壓限制設置:上限電壓設置為2.35 *N(以單節(jie)2v電池為單位(wei))下(xia)限電壓設置(zhi)為1.80*N(以單節2v電(dian)池為單位)
例子:12v單體電池(chi),上(shang)限電(dian)壓設置2.35*6=14.1v,下(xia)限電壓設置1.80 *6=10.8v但是(shi)由(you)于蓄電池個體(ti)間的差異性(xing),以實(shi)際應用(yong)情況為準.

三 、日常維護
3.1清潔(jie)維護
1)主機的清潔維(wei)護(hu)
使(shi)用柔(rou)軟(ruan)的(de)(de)濕(shi)布與溫(wen)和型的(de)(de)清潔液清洗蓄(xu)電池活化儀主(zhu)機。請不要使(shi)用溶解型的(de)(de)清洗劑或酒精等,以免損(sun)壞主(zhu)機面板(ban)。
2)夾具的清潔(jie)維護
使用柔軟的濕布(bu)與溫和(he)型的清(qing)(qing)(qing)潔液清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)夾具,清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)完后用清(qing)(qing)(qing)水(shui)清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)一(yi)遍,擦干。請不要傷害(hai)探頭的金(jin)屬部(bu)分,以(yi)免造(zao)成接觸**。
3)設備使用
設備(bei)要輕拿輕放,置(zhi)于干燥的環境中使用。
3.2存放
當(dang)使用完后應當(dang)將蓄電池活化儀所(suo)有(you)夾具(ju)(ju)和連線整理后放入機體自帶的工具(ju)(ju)箱中。
四、常見的問題解決及使用技(ji)巧
1)開(kai)機沒(mei)有(you)反應
電(dian)源沒(mei)有接,請檢查電(dian)源的插頭是否插好。接線柱(zhu)線要(yao)壓(ya)緊。
2)主機菜(cai)單操作正常,外接(jie)信號無反應
主機(ji)接(jie)觸**,請檢查接(jie)觸是否可靠。
3)按鍵失效或混(hun)亂(luan)
請檢(jian)查是否(fou)有鍵卡住未動彈(dan)起,如(ru)有使其(qi)彈(dan)起即可恢復(fu)工作。
4)提(ti)示電(dian)池類型(xing)錯誤(wu)
請檢(jian)查電壓回路是否已經正常連接,電池類型是否與(yu)選(xuan)擇的類型一致。
5)選擇電池類型,按數字鍵沒(mei)有(you)反應(ying)
電池類型選擇(2v,6v,12v),只能通過(上)↑、(下)↓進行選擇(ze)。
6)設備充(chong)放電,活(huo)化過程中,按(an)ESC鍵,沒有(you)反應
由于系統(tong)正在工作,為了確保客戶(hu)不是(shi)誤(wu)按,如果此時需要退出,則(ze)要按ESC延時1 秒(miao)鐘(zhong)。
7) 電流(liu)顯示不正確
確(que)認電(dian)壓(ya)采樣線是否完全(quan)與圓形接(jie)頭接(jie)觸。
8) 若(ruo)進入上位機軟(ruan)件后顯示(shi)“Microsoft datagrid 不能初始(shi)化數(shu)據綁定”。
是數據綁定的(de)問題(ti),重新注(zhu)冊一下msstdfmt.dll文件就行了。
點擊(ji)開始——運行(xing),輸入regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\msstdfmt.dll 按確定即可!
五、注意事項
1)開機(ji)前,正確接好(hao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)正負(fu)極和電(dian)(dian)池(chi)類型(xing)。
2)活化(hua)或是(shi)充放電前,正(zheng)確選(xuan)擇電池(chi)類型。
3)啟動機(ji)器之前,保證夾(jia)子和電池接線柱完全接觸。
4)務必避免電池正負極(ji)短(duan)路。
5)單次充、放電(dian)時間不能超過18個(ge)小(xiao)時。
6)在(zai)切換電池(chi)時,必須先關閉(bi)電源。
