主機

蓄電池(chi)活化(hua)儀(以下簡(jian)稱(cheng)活化(hua)儀),是一款多功能型蓄電池(chi)維護維修檢(jian)測(ce)的(de)(de)設備,是對蓄電池(chi)進行(xing)日常維護不(bu)可缺少的(de)(de)好幫手(shou)。設備體積小(xiao),方便移動操作。在電力、金融(rong)、通信、**、汽車、地鐵、大型工(gong)廠等行(xing)業有著廣泛的(de)(de)應用。

眾所(suo)周知,在各(ge)行各(ge)業里,對于電(dian)源**要求較高的系統,都配有后備電(dian)源、UPS等,而(er)蓄電(dian)(dian)池就是其(qi)中核心部分。這些蓄電(dian)(dian)池有很(hen)大(da)一部分是成組(zu)使用,任何單節電(dian)(dian)池的(de)老(lao)化落后(hou),都會嚴(yan)重(zhong)影響(xiang)到整組(zu)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)性能,并(bing)很(hen)快(kuai)會使得(de)整組(zu)電(dian)(dian)池中其(qi)他單體變(bian)壞,進(jin)而(er)引起(qi)整組(zu)電(dian)(dian)池提前退出運行(xing)(xing)。就是作(zuo)為單體使用的(de)汽(qi)車電(dian)(dian)池,大(da)部分僅僅因為不能正常啟動汽(qi)車就全部被報廢。實際上,對于落后(hou)或者變(bian)壞的(de)蓄電(dian)(dian)池進(jin)行(xing)(xing)活(huo)化處理后(hou),大(da)部分都可以有效地重(zhong)新激活(huo)電(dian)(dian)池,延長使用壽命,在蓄電(dian)(dian)池日常維護中有著很(hen)好(hao)的(de)現(xian)實意義。

活化(hua)儀不僅有對蓄(xu)電池(chi)進行的可(ke)編程充電/放(fang)電(dian)(dian)循環激活作(zuo)用(yong)外,還有以下(xia)幾(ji)種(zhong)獨立的使用(yong)方(fang)式:電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)活化、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)內阻測試、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)性能(neng)測試。所(suo)有充(chong)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)都(dou)是可編(bian)程的,同(tong)時帶(dai)有電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)極性柱(zhu)溫度監測,過熱自動停止操(cao)作(zuo)。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)自動按照三段式過程充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。這些功(gong)能(neng)完(wan)全滿(man)足了日常對于蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)維護的主(zhu)要需求。

電池充電

可編(bian)程對單體電(dian)池(chi)進行充(chong)電(dian),編(bian)程內容包括:電(dian)池(chi)編(bian)號(hao),電(dian)池(chi)類型(xing)選擇,充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流,充(chong)電(dian)時間,限壓;

充電方式(shi):自動對蓄電池按(an)照編(bian)程值進行三段式(shi)充電:恒流—恒壓—浮充;

當滿足充(chong)電時間(jian)或是(shi)充(chong)電完(wan)成都會停止充(chong)電,顯示充(chong)電完(wan)畢(bi)。

恒流充(chong)電時,電流以0.1C進(jin)行充電,當電壓(ya)超(chao)過(guo)限(xian)壓(ya)時轉化(hua)為(wei)恒(heng)壓(ya)充電,當電流小于0.005C時轉化為浮充,曲線圖如下(xia)圖所(suo)示:

連接

設備上的電(dian)流回路(lu)(紅(hong)(hong)(hong)、黑大夾(jia)具)與(yu)(yu)電(dian)池正(zheng)(zheng)負極(ji)(ji)正(zheng)(zheng)確(que)(que)連接(jie)。先接(jie)負極(ji)(ji)(黑色夾(jia)具),后接(jie)正(zheng)(zheng)極(ji)(ji)(紅(hong)(hong)(hong)色夾(jia)具)。電(dian)壓(ya)回路(lu)(紅(hong)(hong)(hong)、黑小(xiao)夾(jia)具)與(yu)(yu)電(dian)池正(zheng)(zheng)負極(ji)(ji)正(zheng)(zheng)確(que)(que)連接(jie)。連接(jie)圖如圖3

二、功(gong)能及操作步驟(zou)

主菜(cai)單:

打開(kai)(kai)面板(ban)上的空氣(qi)開(kai)(kai)關,稍做等(deng)待系統會自(zi)動進入蓄電池(chi)活化儀操(cao)作主界(jie)面。主菜單界(jie)面如(ru)圖4

21電(dian)池充電(dian)

在主菜單中(zhong)點(dian)擊電(dian)池充電(dian),即可(ke)進入電(dian)池充電(dian)的(de)參數設置界面。如圖5

1)選(xuan)擇電(dian)池(chi)編(bian)號(hao),默(mo)認從(cong)0001開始,編號可以(yi)根據操(cao)作(zuo)的(de)順(shun)序依次遞增;用戶(hu)不可以(yi)自己設定電池的(de)編號,*大到(dao)30

2)用戶(hu)需(xu)根據需(xu)要的(de)(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)類型(xing)為(wei)基(ji)礎,在電(dian)池(chi)(chi)類型(xing)欄選(xuan)擇(ze)和輸入電(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)壓和電(dian)池(chi)(chi)容量,當選(xuan)擇(ze)好電(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)壓系統(tong)會給用戶(hu)提供一(yi)個(ge)截(jie)止電(dian)壓的(de)(de)默認(ren)值(zhi),用戶(hu)也(ye)自行(xing)設置(zhi)該(gai)值(zhi),同樣輸入完電(dian)池(chi)(chi)容量系統(tong)也(ye)會給一(yi)個(ge)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流的(de)(de)默認(ren)值(zhi),用戶(hu)也(ye)自行(xing)設置(zhi)該(gai)值(zhi)。

注意:1.通(tong)常情況下,系統預設(she)的(de)充(放)電電流(liu)一般設(she)定(ding)成0.1C10C10表(biao)示(shi)10小時(shi)率(lv)的放電容(rong)量(liang),0.1C10表示(shi)是10個小時放電時的電流大小,例(li)如200Ah的電池,10個(ge)小時放電電流為20A,則0.1C表示是20A的電流;150Ah的電(dian)池,10小時(shi)放(fang)電電流為15A,則0.1C表示(shi)是15A

2.建議單次充放電時間不要超過18小時(適用于充/放電設置)。

3.參數(shu)設(she)置中(zhong)設(she)置的截止電(dian)壓起到保護電(dian)池的作用。

4.對于小(xiao)容量的電池還(huan)應該注意工作電流(liu)的設定。建議以(yi)0.1C10(即工作電流為電池容量值的0.1倍(bei)大小)的速率進行充電放電。

3)設(she)置(zhi)完成(cheng)后,點擊啟動充電。

①、如果參數設置出錯的話,系(xi)統(tong)會彈出一個提示框。如圖6

點擊確(que)定之后,即可(ke)回到參數設置界面從新設置充電參數。

②、如(ru)果一(yi)切設置正常即可(ke)進(jin)入充電時(shi)一(yi)些實時(shi)數據(ju)和曲線圖(tu)(tu)形(xing)的狀態(tai)界面。如(ru)圖(tu)(tu)7

在該(gai)界面下(xia)會顯示(shi)實時的電(dian)壓(ya),電(dian)流(liu)和(he)溫(wen)度數據,還有兩個(ge)電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)電(dian)流(liu)的實時曲線圖。

如果(guo)用戶(hu)想中途中斷充(chong)電(dian)(dian),可以(yi)點(dian)擊(ji)停(ting)止(zhi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。點(dian)擊(ji)停(ting)止(zhi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時會提示(shi)用戶(hu)是(shi)否停(ting)止(zhi),如果(guo)點(dian)是(shi),則停(ting)止(zhi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)回到充(chong)電(dian)(dian)設置(zhi)界面,如果(guo)點(dian)否,繼續回到實時數(shu)據顯示(shi)界面。

22電池放電

電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的界面于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的界面類似(si),操(cao)作也相(xiang)一致,只(zhi)不過作用效果是(shi)相(xiang)反的。在主菜(cai)(cai)單(dan)中按電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),進(jin)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)菜(cai)(cai)單(dan)界面。如圖8:


電(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)參數設置和電(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)類似。

23電池的活化

在(zai)主菜單中(zhong)電池(chi)活(huo)化,進入(ru)電池(chi)活(huo)化界(jie)面(mian)。如圖9

循環設置可以(yi)設置循環的次數充(chong)放電(dian)電(dian)流,還有充(chong)放電(dian)的時間。

點擊循(xun)環設置,進入循(xun)環設置界面,循(xun)環設置界面如圖10

設置好參數(shu)后點擊確(que)認(ren),再點擊啟動活(huo)化,就(jiu)可(ke)以進(jin)入活(huo)化的實(shi)時數(shu)據顯(xian)示界面。

24內阻測(ce)試(shi)

在主(zhu)菜單中按(an)內阻(zu)(zu)測試(shi),進(jin)入(ru)電池內阻(zu)(zu)測試(shi)參數設(she)置界面。如圖(tu)12

建議:放電電流按(an)0.2C10  A.假設電池類型為(wei)12V100Ah,則放電電流(liu)設(she)為(wei)20A

2.5數據管理

在主菜單中按(an)數據(ju)管理,進入數據(ju)管理界面(mian)。如(ru)圖13

說明:

①、在(zai)數(shu)據(ju)管理界面里面可以查(cha)詢(xun)(xun)到以往測(ce)試保存的(de)一(yi)些數(shu)據(ju),有充電(dian)查(cha)詢(xun)(xun)、放電(dian)查(cha)詢(xun)(xun)、活化查(cha)詢(xun)(xun)和(he)內阻查(cha)詢(xun)(xun)。

②、數據刪(shan)除功能可以把(ba)保存的數據全部刪(shan)除,不可恢(hui)復,謹(jin)慎操作。

③、數據上傳(chuan)通(tong)過上位(wei)機的RS232接口把數據(ju)傳到上(shang)位機。本臺機器,充電(dian)限制保存30組(zu),放電限制保存30組,活化測試限制保(bao)存30組,內阻測試限制保存30組。如果存滿(man)30之后沒有數據刪除,則數據會從**組(zu)開始覆(fu)蓋。

2.5.1充(chong)電查詢。

在數據(ju)管(guan)理菜單中按充電(dian)(dian)查詢,進入充電(dian)(dian)查詢界面。如圖14

剛(gang)進(jin)界面顯示的(de)是*后一次保存的(de)數據,按上(shang)一頁(ye)和(he)下一頁(ye)可以(yi)(yi)分別查(cha)詢(xun)上(shang)一組和(he)下一組的(de)歷史數據。點擊(ji)參數查(cha)詢(xun),可以(yi)(yi)查(cha)詢(xun)到該(gai)組數據的(de)測試(shi)參數。如圖15:

2.5.2 放(fang)電(dian)查詢

放電(dian)查(cha)詢和充電(dian)查(cha)詢類似。

2.5.3 活化查詢

在數據管理菜單(dan)中按活(huo)(huo)化查詢(xun),進入活(huo)(huo)化查詢(xun)界面。如圖(tu)16:

說明(ming):

①、一(yi)組的活化數(shu)(shu)據中(zhong)*少都會包含一(yi)組的放電數(shu)(shu)據和一(yi)組的充(chong)電數(shu)(shu)據。

②、剛(gang)進(jin)(jin)活(huo)化查詢界面時顯(xian)示(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)*后一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)保存活(huo)化數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)**次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)放電數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)。如果點(dian)擊上(shang)(shang)一(yi)(yi)頁(ye)(ye),因為(wei)該組活(huo)化數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)已經沒有(you)其他上(shang)(shang)一(yi)(yi)組數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju),則顯(xian)示(shi)上(shang)(shang)一(yi)(yi)組活(huo)化數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)*后一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)電數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)。如果剛(gang)進(jin)(jin)界面點(dian)擊下一(yi)(yi)頁(ye)(ye),則會(hui)(hui)顯(xian)示(shi)**次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)電數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju),再次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)點(dian)擊下一(yi)(yi)頁(ye)(ye),如果該組只設置(zhi)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)循(xun)環(huan)(huan),則會(hui)(hui)顯(xian)示(shi)**次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)保存活(huo)化數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放電數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju),如果該組設置(zhi)了(le)多(duo)次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)循(xun)環(huan)(huan),則會(hui)(hui)顯(xian)示(shi)**次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放電數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju),以(yi)此類推的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)顯(xian)示(shi)。

③、在選擇組(zu)數(shu)下面的框中輸入組(zu)數(shu)編號,可以(yi)跳轉(zhuan)需要查詢的數(shu)據。

④、點擊參(can)數查詢(xun),可(ke)以查詢(xun)該組活化時設置的一些參(can)數。


2.6系統設(she)置

在主菜單中按(an)系統(tong)設置(zhi),進入系統(tong)設置(zhi)界(jie)面(mian)。如圖17:

操作說明:

時(shi)(shi)間設置:如果(guo)較長(chang)時(shi)(shi)間沒有(you)運行(xing)設備(bei),需(xu)(xu)要查看(kan)時(shi)(shi)間是否正確,如果(guo)不正確,需(xu)(xu)要重新設置時(shi)(shi)間。

U盤下載(zai):點擊后,將U盤插入,通過提(ti)示(shi),可以將數據保(bao)存到U盤中(zhong)。

本(ben)機標定:本(ben)菜單需(xu)要密(mi)碼才(cai)可進入,非專業人(ren)員請勿(wu)操作。原始密碼:admin本(ben)操作(zuo)為(wei)標定設(she)備電(dian)壓值,電壓(ya)單位為伏特(V) 

幫助(zhu)信(xin)息:顯示本機一些簡易(yi)操作信(xin)息。


為使用戶更好使用該設備(bei),建議(yi)設置如下:

1.對單體(ti)鉛(qian)酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)充放電(dian),建議充放(fang)電時間設置為10小時,充放電(dian)電(dian)流設置為0.1C10;

2.對單(dan)體(ti)鉛(qian)酸蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)活(huo)化設置,建議充放電時(shi)間設置為8小(xiao)時,充(chong)放電電流設置(zhi)為0.2C10;

3.電壓限制(zhi)設置:上限電(dian)壓設置為2.35 *N(以單節2v電(dian)池為(wei)單位)下限電壓設置為1.80*N(以單節2v電池為單位)

例(li)子:12v單體電池,上限電壓設置(zhi)2.35*6=14.1v,下限電壓設置1.80 *6=10.8v但(dan)是(shi)由于蓄(xu)電池個體間的差異性,以實際應用情況為準.

三 、日常維(wei)護

31清潔維護(hu)

1)主機的清(qing)潔維(wei)護

使用(yong)柔(rou)軟的(de)濕布與溫和型(xing)的(de)清潔液清洗蓄電池活化(hua)儀主機(ji)。請(qing)不要使用(yong)溶解型(xing)的(de)清洗劑或酒精等,以(yi)免損(sun)壞主機(ji)面板。

2)夾具(ju)的清潔維護

使(shi)用柔軟的(de)濕布(bu)與溫和型的(de)清潔液清洗(xi)(xi)夾具,清洗(xi)(xi)完(wan)后用清水清洗(xi)(xi)一遍,擦干。請不要(yao)傷害探頭(tou)的(de)金屬(shu)部分(fen),以免造(zao)成接觸**。

3)設備使用

設備要輕(qing)拿輕(qing)放,置于干燥的(de)環境中(zhong)使用。

32存放

當使用完(wan)后應當將蓄電池活化儀所有夾(jia)具和連線(xian)整理(li)后放入機體(ti)自帶的(de)工具箱中。

四(si)、常見(jian)的問題解決及使(shi)用技巧

1)開機沒(mei)有反應

電源沒有接,請(qing)檢查電源的(de)插頭(tou)是否(fou)插好。接線(xian)柱線(xian)要(yao)壓緊。

2)主機(ji)菜單操作正常(chang),外接信號無(wu)反應(ying)

主(zhu)機接(jie)觸(chu)**,請檢查接(jie)觸(chu)是否可靠。

3)按(an)鍵失效(xiao)或混亂(luan)

請檢查是否有鍵卡住未動彈起(qi),如有使其彈起(qi)即可恢(hui)復工作(zuo)。

4)提示電池類型錯誤(wu)

請檢查(cha)電壓(ya)回(hui)路是否已經(jing)正常連接,電池類型是否與(yu)選擇(ze)的類型一致。

5)選擇(ze)電池類型,按數字鍵沒有反應(ying)

電(dian)池類(lei)型選擇(ze)(2v6v12v),只能通過(上(shang))↑、(下)↓進(jin)行選擇。

6)設(she)備(bei)充(chong)放電,活化過程(cheng)中,按(an)ESC鍵,沒有反(fan)應(ying)

由于系統(tong)正在工作,為了確保客(ke)戶(hu)不是誤(wu)按,如果此時需要退出,則(ze)要按ESC延(yan)時1            秒(miao)鐘。

7) 電流顯示(shi)不正(zheng)確(que)

確(que)認電壓采樣線是否(fou)完(wan)全與圓(yuan)形接(jie)頭接(jie)觸。

8) 若(ruo)進入上位機軟件后顯示“Microsoft datagrid 不能初始化數據綁定”。

是數據綁定的問(wen)題,重新注冊一下msstdfmt.dll文件就行(xing)了。   
點擊(ji)開始——運行,輸入(ru)regsvr32  c:\windows\system32\msstdfmt.dll 按(an)確定即可(ke)!

五、注意事項

1)開機前(qian),正(zheng)確(que)接好電池(chi)正(zheng)負極(ji)和電池(chi)類型。

2)活化或是充(chong)放(fang)電前(qian),正確選(xuan)擇電池類型。

3)啟動機器(qi)之(zhi)前,保證夾子和(he)電池接線柱完全接觸。

4)務必避免(mian)電(dian)池正負極短路。

5)單(dan)次充(chong)、放電時間(jian)不能超(chao)過(guo)18個小時(shi)。

6)在切換電池時(shi),必須先關閉電源。
