二、WBST-300電纜(lan)判(pan)別(bie)儀外型及功(gong)能介紹(shao)

識別儀主(zhu)機(ji)及接收機(ji)外(wai)型如圖(tu)1所(suo)示(shi)

主機外型尺寸:  370mm×270mm×210mm


接(jie)收機外型(xing)尺寸:170mm×60mm×140mm


識別儀主機各部分功能如下:

1. 電源開關:控制整機(ji)電源通斷。

2. 電源(yuan)輸入(ru)插座(zuo):用儀器所配專用電源(yuan)線(xian),輸入(ru)50HZ220V交流電源。儀器使用時(shi),應獨立使用三孔(kong)電源插座,插座接(jie)地線就近直接(jie)接(jie)地。

3. 保險座(zuo):儀器使(shi)用10A保險(xian)芯,損壞時應(ying)換(huan)同規格保險(xian)芯。

4. 黑接(jie)線柱(zhu):測試時,用配套黑色測試線(Ф11插(cha)(cha)頭)插(cha)(cha)入此插(cha)(cha)孔,另一端測試夾接系統地。

5. 紅接線柱(zhu):測試(shi)時,用配(pei)套紅色測試(shi)線(Ф11插頭)插入此插孔(kong),另(ling)一端(duan)測試夾接(jie)被測電纜芯線(xian)。

6. 表頭:指(zhi)示輸出電流大小。

7. 輸(shu)出(chu)調(diao)節(jie):用(yong)(yong)于調(diao)整主機電流大(da)小(xiao),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)時根據測試電纜長短(duan)及接(jie)收(shou)器指(zhi)示大(da)小(xiao)適當調(diao)節(jie)。順時針旋轉輸(shu)出(chu)電流增大(da)。

接收機(ji)各(ge)部分功能(neng)如下:

電源(yuan)(yuan)開關:接收機電源(yuan)(yuan)接通與關斷(duan)。

幅(fu)度調節(jie):順時針(zhen)旋轉(zhuan),接收機電表指示值增(zeng)大,逆時針(zhen)旋轉(zhuan),指示值變小(xiao)。

表頭:指(zhi)示(shi)輸入信號幅(fu)度大小與極性。

電(dian)源指示(shi)燈:電(dian)源開關接通時,指示(shi)燈亮。

三、WBST-300電纜判(pan)別儀工(gong)作方法

電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)識(shi)別儀信號發生(sheng)器由交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),它對(dui)已斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的、要識(shi)別的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)加上(shang)固定周期(qi)單極性(xing)的直流脈(mo)沖。發生(sheng)器輸(shu)出線(xian)連(lian)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)芯(xin)線(xian)和(he)接地(di)(di)(di)(di)點或地(di)(di)(di)(di)釘(ding)上(shang),該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)線(xian)鎧裝與(yu)大地(di)(di)(di)(di)斷開,芯(xin)線(xian)在遠(yuan)端(duan)與(yu)接地(di)(di)(di)(di)點或地(di)(di)(di)(di)釘(ding)相連(lian),該回(hui)路可傳導脈(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,它可由識(shi)別

儀上的(de)表(biao)頭讀(du)出,電(dian)(dian)流大(da)小(xiao)由(you)環路電(dian)(dian)阻決定,環路電(dian)(dian)阻應盡(jin)可能小(xiao)。識別儀接(jie)線圖(tu)如圖(tu)2所示

發射(she)機(ji)與接收機(ji)開始正(zheng)常工(gong)作(zuo)后,傳(chuan)感器線(xian)圈中感應(ying)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓在(zai)接收機(ji)表頭中顯(xian)示出(chu)來,表頭指針(zhen)擺動(dong)方向(xiang)可顯(xian)示電(dian)(dian)流方向(xiang),即(ji)只(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)流流出(chu)的(de)(de)這根電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)指針(zhen)向(xiang)右偏并(bing)且(qie)擺幅較大,這根就(jiu)是要找(zhao)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)。所有(you)(you)其它(ta)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)只(zhi)(zhi)流過返回(hui)電(dian)(dian)流,指針(zhen)向(xiang)左偏并(bing)且(qie)擺幅極小。接收機(ji)上(shang)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)調節旋鈕可調整信號強度。

1、儀器(qi)供(gong)電(dian)

電纜識別儀(yi)主機由交流220V供(gong)電,接收機由一節9V電池供電、電池裝在接收機手把后蓋(gai)(gai)內。擰開后蓋(gai)(gai)兩(liang)側螺絲、拉(la)出(chu)后蓋(gai)(gai),可更換(huan)電池。

2、傳(chuan)感器

傳感器是一電流變換(huan)器,鉗口內部尺寸為(wei)120mm。當(dang)電流流過測試(shi)電纜,在傳感器內(nei)感應出電壓,電壓幅度由電流強度決定,其極性由電流方(fang)向決定。

3、**測試

一(yi)定要(yao)進行以下**測(ce)試(shi),以避免造(zao)人(ren)員傷亡或(huo)損壞電纜識(shi)別儀及其它設(she)備。使(shi)用電纜識(shi)別儀時,要(yao)對(dui)被測(ce)電纜進行帶(dai)電檢(jian)查,并確保該電纜處于無電狀態(tai)。

將(jiang)儀器(qi)接入被測電(dian)(dian)纜前(qian),要對(dui)其(qi)附近(jin)末加保護的儀器(qi)或電(dian)(dian)纜進(jin)行**檢查(cha),并將(jiang)這些帶(dai)電(dian)(dian)部分用絕(jue)緣材料進(jin)行**保護。

四(si)、WBST-300電纜判別儀準(zhun)備測(ce)試

1、主機準備

連接:

1)在進行測試(shi)工作之前,將被測電纜斷電,其周圍環境應處(chu)于**狀態(tai)。

2)發生器與(yu)被(bei)測電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)相連(lian),紅色(se)夾子與(yu)被(bei)識(shi)別(bie)電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的一(yi)根芯線或(huo)幾根芯線連(lian)到一(yi)起(qi)。將黑色(se)夾子與(yu)地釘相連(lian)。

3)將(jiang)電纜(lan)遠端的芯線與(yu)地釘相連。

4)將電纜兩端(duan)的鎧裝(zhuang)與(yu)地(di)線斷開。

5)將電源線插入電源插座。

開機:

1)逆時針方(fang)向調節(jie)輸(shu)出旋鈕(niu)到(dao)零。

2)打開(kai)主機電源開(kai)關,對主機供電。

3)緩慢調節(jie)輸出旋鈕,主機(ji)開始間斷向電纜發出脈動直流信號(hao),使(shi)輸出脈動電流信號(hao)為515A之間(jian)即可。

2、接收機準備

1)從接收(shou)機手(shou)把背面(mian)卸下(xia)螺釘,將一節(jie)9V電池裝入接收機中,就(jiu)可正常(chang)工(gong)作。

2)接(jie)通(tong)接(jie)收(shou)機(ji)電源,紅色發(fa)光二極管亮。

3)緩慢調節(jie)靈敏(min)度旋(xuan)鈕,使電表開始指示。

注意傳感器(qi)插入電纜的方向(xiang)及(ji)接(jie)收機表頭擺(bai)動(dong)幅度的

大小(xiao)。

五、WBST-300電纜判別儀測試

1.設置測試(shi)回(hui)路

為保(bao)證儀器的正常使用,應注意設置(zhi)測試回路。

將紅色輸出(chu)插孔與(yu)要識別的(de)電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)芯線相連,將黑(hei)色輸出(chu)插孔與(yu)地(di)相連,將電(dian)纜(lan)芯線在遠端與(yu)地(di)相連。如圖3所示

輸出電(dian)流(liu)在電(dian)纜(lan)線中(zhong)沿箭頭方向(xiang)(xiang)流(liu)向(xiang)(xiang)遠端,通過大(da)地返回發生(sheng)器,將(jiang)被(bei)識別電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)所有芯線連到(dao)一(yi)起,能得到(dao)較清楚的(de)信號。








2.儀器校準

校準接收機(ji)時,要在始端(duan)處用傳感器(qi)卡住電纜(接近(jin)發生器(qi)),然后從0開始調整接收機的輸出幅度,直到表頭顯(xian)示讀(du)數為(wei)46格,如果接(jie)收(shou)機過(guo)載,儀(yi)表指示過(guo)大,此時(shi)應(ying)減小輸出幅度。然后在需(xu)要檢(jian)測處用相同(tong)的接(jie)收(shou)靈(ling)敏(min)度進行(xing)檢(jian)測,用傳感

器將(jiang)每一根電(dian)纜都(dou)卡一遍,當(dang)卡住需要識別的(de)電(dian)纜時(shi),接收(shou)機表頭顯(xian)示讀數為4-6格(ge),且向同一(yi)方(fang)向偏擺。

所有(you)其它電纜要(yao)(yao)么沒(mei)有(you)讀數(shu),要(yao)(yao)么讀數(shu)極小(xiao)且電流方向相反,即向另一方向偏(pian)擺。

3.測(ce)試實例

實例1

由于(yu)電(dian)纜(lan)屏(ping)蔽層(ceng)通(tong)常與地(di)相連(lian),如果電(dian)纜(lan)束中,其它電(dian)纜(lan)也接(jie)到公共地(di)上,發生器上黑色輸(shu)出(chu)插孔(kong)可連(lian)到公共地(di)上,返回電(dian)流(liu)(liu)在幾(ji)根電(dian)纜(lan)屏(ping)蔽層(ceng)進行分(fen)配,將返回電(dian)流(liu)(liu)分(fen)成許多支流(liu)(liu),意味著被識別電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)差值電(dian)流(liu)(liu)較大,有用(yong)信號較清(qing)楚, “差值”的(de)意思是輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)和(he)其分(fen)得的(de)返回電(dian)流(liu)(liu)在同(tong)一通(tong)道內。如圖4所示,圖4中有(you)5根電(dian)纜,4號電(dian)纜是(shi)我們(men)需(xu)要識(shi)別的,要識(shi)別的電(dian)纜中“輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)”為(wei)20A。假設返(fan)回電流在所有(you)電纜的屏(ping)蔽(bi)層中平均分配,在要測(ce)的電纜中應有(you)4A的返回電流,要識別(bie)的電纜(lan)中的差值為(wei):20A(輸出(chu))-4A(返回)=16A(差(cha)值)

實例2

如(ru)果被測電纜的(de)屏(ping)蔽層從系統地中斷開,其差值將(jiang)會得(de)到改進,在該電纜的(de)屏(ping)蔽層中,沒(mei)有返回電流。如(ru)圖5所示

圖5中有(you)5根電纜,4號電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)是我們(men)需要的電(dian)(dian)纜(lan),要識(shi)別的電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)中“輸出電(dian)(dian)流”為20A。由于(yu)電纜屏(ping)蔽層與(yu)地斷開,在其(qi)余4根電纜中分得的(de)返回電流為:20A/45A,要識別電纜的電流(liu)差值為:20A020A

實(shi)例3

用(yong)作返回電(dian)路的屏蔽層數(shu)量越少,從差(cha)值法中得到的讀數(shu)越小(xiao),極限情況(kuang)是(shi)僅有兩根電(dian)纜(lan)的情況(kuang)。如圖6所示

在圖6中有(you)兩根電纜(lan),1號電(dian)(dian)纜是要識別的電(dian)(dian)纜,要識別的電(dian)(dian)纜中輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流為20A,返回(hui)電(dian)(dian)流在(zai)兩(liang)根電(dian)(dian)纜的屏(ping)蔽(bi)層中分配,因此(ci)每根電(dian)(dian)纜的屏(ping)蔽(bi)層的返回(hui)電(dian)(dian)流為10A,產生的電(dian)流(liu)差為(wei):20A10A10A

將電纜(lan)屏(ping)蔽層從公共地上斷開,改善發生器的接地狀(zhuang)況,在電纜(lan)遠端(duan)加一地釘,差值電流會得到(dao)改善。如圖7所示

圖7中有(you)兩根(gen)電纜,1號電(dian)(dian)纜是要識(shi)別(bie)的電(dian)(dian)纜,要識(shi)別(bie)的電(dian)(dian)纜中輸出電(dian)(dian)流為20A,返回電(dian)流在2號電纜屏蔽層中為10A,產生的 值電流(liu)為:20A0A20A

實(shi)例4

如果(guo)沒有(you)屏蔽(bi)層來(lai)(lai)構成返(fan)回(hui)電(dian)路(lu)(lu),返(fan)回(hui)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)可通(tong)過地(di)釘來(lai)(lai)實現(xian),此(ci)時需要兩個(ge)(ge)地(di)釘,一個(ge)(ge)地(di)釘在電(dian)流遠端與電(dian)纜芯線相(xiang)相(xiang)連,另外一個(ge)(ge)與主機黑色輸出插孔(kong)相(xiang)連,如圖(tu)8所示

圖8中有兩根電纜,1號電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)是我們(men)要識別(bie)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan),要識別(bie)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)流為20A,返回電流通(tong)過地(di)釘經大地(di)回到發(fa)生器。

為保證環(huan)路電阻的(de)阻抗盡可能低,地(di)(di)釘(ding)與地(di)(di)之(zhi)間(jian)要保證接觸良好(將(jiang)地(di)(di)釘(ding)附近的(de)地(di)(di)方弄濕)。

警告(gao):為確保人(ren)身(shen)**,對(dui)已確定(ding)的(de)電纜結(jie)果(guo),不能作為開(kai)據前(qian)的(de)依據,已識(shi)別的(de)電纜只能作為標示或(huo)掛牌的(de)依據,如果(guo)要(yao)(yao)維修(xiu)開(kai)鋸前(qian),一定(ding)要(yao)(yao)進行扎釘試驗。

六、儀器配套

電 纜 識 別 儀

操 作 指 南

一、操(cao)作(zuo)人員要事先閱讀說(shuo)明書,掌握儀器(qi)的功能(neng)、工(gong)作(zuo)方法、測(ce)試前(qian)的工(gong)作(zuo)準備事項及正確(que)測(ce)試要求。

二(er)、測(ce)試前,先將被測(ce)電纜兩端鎧裝接地斷開,芯(xin)線遠端(末端)與大地連接。

三、儀器兩條輸出線按說明書第(di)2頁要求分(fen)別將紅夾接至被(bei)測電纜(lan)芯線上,黑夾接至大地。

四、打開發(fa)射機前,必須先將輸(shu)出調節旋鈕反時(shi)鐘旋到(dao)零(ling)位,然(ran)后開機。緩(huan)慢調節輸(shu)出調接旋鈕,使輸(shu)出達(da)到(dao)5A15A(調節旋鈕(niu)一般均調在三分之(zhi)(zhi)二范(fan)圍之(zhi)(zhi)內)。如果(guo)該配電站系統(tong)接地阻值大于4歐姆(mu),則輸出電(dian)流(liu)小于(yu)8A,只要接收機表頭(tou)能正反方向偏轉就可正常工作。

 注意:現場使用時(shi),若(ruo)接地電(dian)(dian)阻過小,發射(she)(she)機在(zai)輸(shu)出調(diao)節旋(xuan)(xuan)鈕反(fan)時(shi)鐘(zhong)旋(xuan)(xuan)到零(ling)位時(shi),輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流也會很大,發射(she)(she)機內保護電(dian)(dian)路動作(表現為表頭有很小的快速擺動),這時(shi)可以將隨機配的大功率(lv)試驗電(dian)(dian)阻(12歐姆/20W30W)串(chuan)接在發射機回路中。

實際測(ce)試中(zhong),同一條電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜溝中(zhong),兩(liang)個配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)房(fang)之間連接(jie)(jie)的(de)其他電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜超過兩(liang)條,接(jie)(jie)地電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻因為(wei)有其它運行電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜鎧裝相連而變的(de)很(hen)小(xiao),甚至(zhi)接(jie)(jie)近為(wei)零,發(fa)(fa)射機輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)過大而保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路動作,這時可(ke)將(jiang)試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻串接(jie)(jie)在(zai)發(fa)(fa)射機回路中(zhong)進(jin)行測(ce)試。測(ce)試完畢,試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻溫度很(hen)高(gao),注(zhu)意降溫后裝箱,試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻也(ye)可(ke)用(yong)其它12歐,大(da)于20W的電阻替代。

五、在現場識別電纜(lan)前,應按說明書中儀器校(xiao)準要求(qiu),在電纜(lan)始端將識別儀接收機校(xiao)準好。

六、現(xian)場識別電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的(de)標準:當(dang)傳(chuan)感器卡在其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)條電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)上(shang)測試時,接收(shou)機表頭(tou)向(xiang)一(yi)(yi)(yi)邊偏(pian)轉(zhuan)并(bing)且擺動較大(da),在其(qi)(qi)余(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)上(shang)測試時(保持(chi)傳(chuan)感器同(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)卡入方向(xiang)不變(bian)),接收(shou)機表頭(tou)向(xiang)另一(yi)(yi)(yi)邊偏(pian)轉(zhuan)并(bing)且擺動較小,電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)條數(shu)越多偏(pian)轉(zhuan)越小。接收(shou)機表頭(tou)向(xiang)一(yi)(yi)(yi)邊偏(pian)轉(zhuan)并(bing)且擺動較大(da)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan),即為(wei)需要識別的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)。

七、儀(yi)器空載可進行如下驗收(shou):

1、將儀器兩條輸出線末(mo)端接1歐(ou)姆20W大功(gong)率(lv)試驗(yan)電阻,接(jie)線如下圖所示:

2、將輸出調節旋(xuan)鈕(niu)反時(shi)鐘旋(xuan)到*小,然(ran)后開機(ji),儀器發射(she)機(ji)輸出電流為5-15A,此時(shi)在(zai)紅黑(hei)兩條(tiao)輸(shu)出線(xian)上(shang)校準接(jie)收(shou)機(ji)(ji),即(ji)可(ke)進行模擬電(dian)纜識別(bie)(bie)。將接(jie)收(shou)機(ji)(ji)表(biao)頭增益調節旋鈕(niu)反時(shi)鐘旋到*小,將傳感器分別(bie)(bie)卡在(zai)紅黑(hei)兩條(tiao)輸(shu)出線(xian)上(shang)時(shi)(保持傳感器同一卡入方向(xiang)不變),接(jie)收(shou)機(ji)(ji)表(biao)頭分別(bie)(bie)向(xiang)不同的方向(xiang)擺動(擺動周(zhou)期為7秒左右),說明儀(yi)器發射機(ji)、接(jie)收機(ji)工作正常。

注(zhu)意:本機(ji)采用鉗形互感器磁性較大,接收機(ji)增(zeng)益*小時,其(qi)表(biao)頭仍有20μA左右擺幅(fu),此屬正(zheng)常現象。
