二、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組在外(wai),這種同軸(zhou)布置(zhi)減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組間(jian)的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外(wai)殼為圓柱(zhu)灌(guan)式(shi)容器(qi)結(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結(jie)組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電源接入 (為本公司(si)生產的(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配(pei)套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料(liao)請(qing)見(jian)其具體(ti)使(shi)用(yong)說明書)系列操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)初級繞(rao)組(zu),根據電磁感(gan)應原(yuan)理(li),在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)工作(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)中作(zuo)半波整流(liu),以(yi)獲得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當(dang)用(yong)一(yi)短路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆短接時,可獲得工頻高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)為交流(liu)輸(shu)出狀態;取消短路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)為直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)出狀態。

注(zhu):高壓尾必須可靠接地

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)(ding)容量來選(xuan)擇(ze)。如高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為1A以上(shang)時(shi),可取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常(chang)用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作為限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管(guan)子(zi)(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮(lv),管(guan)子(zi)(zi)粗(cu)細(xi)應具(ju)有足夠的熱容量(水(shui)阻液配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫酸(suan)銅(tong)配(pei)制成(cheng)各種不同的阻值)。

球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓超過球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般取試驗(yan)電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電(dian),對被試品起到(dao)保護(hu)作用。球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低(di)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常準確(que)的(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)(huo)容升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或(huo)(huo)高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準確(que)測量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所施(shi)加的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓試驗操作注(zhu)意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試驗(yan)人(ren)員應做好分(fen)工,明(ming)確相互(hu)間聯系(xi)方法。并有專門人(ren)監護(hu)現(xian)場**及(ji)觀察試品狀態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品應先清掃(sao)干凈,并**干燥(zao),以免損壞被(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大型試驗(yan),一般(ban)都應先進行空升試驗(yan)。即(ji)不接(jie)試品時升壓至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓,校對各種表計,調(diao)整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能太(tai)快(kuai),并(bing)必須防止突然加壓。例如調壓器不(bu)在(zai)零位時突然合(he)閘。也不(bu)能突然切(qie)斷(duan)電源,一(yi)般(ban)應在(zai)調壓器降至零位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)以(yi)下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓或(huo)耐壓試驗過程中,如(ru)發現(xian)下列不(bu)正常情況時,應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源。停(ting)止試驗并查(cha)明原因:①電壓表(biao)指(zhi)針(zhen)擺動(dong)很(hen)大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙(yan);③被試品內有不(bu)正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗(yan)前(qian)后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試驗(yan)變壓器在(zai)做被(bei)試品的直(zhi)流(liu)耐(nai)壓或泄露試驗(yan)時(shi)接線原理(li)圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此試驗應先抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超過(guo)高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻還應具有足夠的容量和(he)沿面放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容C1一般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量很大時,C1可(ke)省略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的操(cao)作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先(xian)檢查被試品是(shi)否(fou)停電,接地放電,一切對外連(lian)線是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試驗電壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試驗裝置的(de)(de)接線后(hou),應(ying)復查(cha)無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特別(bie)注意檢查(cha)高壓設備及引(yin)線與(yu)地、與(yu)操(cao)作(zuo)人員的(de)(de)**距離,被試品的(de)(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接地,要按(an)**規程中所規定的(de)(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應(ying)緩(huan)慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時應(ying)分級加(jia)壓(ya),分別(bie)讀(du)(du)取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的穩定讀(du)(du)數。

4)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中,應密切監視被試品、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃(shan)爍等異(yi)常(chang)現象(xiang)應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因(yin),詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷(duan)電源后應(ying)將被試品及試驗裝置(zhi)本身充分(fen)放電。

四、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進行(xing)的(de)(de)試驗接好工作線路。試驗變壓器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼以及(ji)操(cao)作系統的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須(xu)(xu)可靠接地。試驗變壓器高(gao)壓繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾)以及(ji)測量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端必須(xu)(xu)可靠接地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低(di)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端以(yi)及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼必須通過(guo)絕(jue)緣(yuan)支(zhi)架(jia)接(jie)地。

3、接通(tong)電(dian)源前,操(cao)作(zuo)系統的調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器必須調(diao)(diao)到零位后方(fang)可接通(tong)電(dian)源,合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)有(you):快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用(yong)。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按一定(ding)的升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速度上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的額定(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以每秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的速度升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注(zhu)意測量(liang)儀表的指(zhi)示(shi)以及(ji)被試(shi)品的情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中或(huo)試(shi)驗過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中如發現測量(liang)儀表的指(zhi)示(shi)及(ji)被試(shi)品情況(kuang)異常(chang),應(ying)立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電源(yuan),查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數(shu)秒(miao)內(nei)勻速的將調壓(ya)器返回至(zhi)零位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定(ding)參數(shu)使(shi)用。除試驗必須外(wai),決不允許(xu)全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐壓試驗過(guo)程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現以(yi)下(xia)不(bu)正常情況時,應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源,停止試驗并(bing)查(cha)明原因(yin)。

被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)閥(fa)(fa)及(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)表,為(wei)長期關(guan)閉狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥(fa)(fa)一(yi)次(ci),以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)后(hou)立即關(guan)閉閥(fa)(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應加(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量(liang)被試設備的絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓(ya)器長期不使用(yong)時(shi),應(ying)放置于(yu)通風、干(gan)燥(zao)、無陽(yang)光(guang)直射的地方。

11、該產品不允(yun)許在高于45℃的溫度(du)下長期(qi)存(cun)放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及(ji)壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動(dong)。

14、使(shi)用本產品(pin)做高(gao)壓試驗時,出(chu)熟悉(xi)本說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關標準和操作規程。可(ke)參(can)照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設(she)備(bei)(bei)的絕緣配(pei)合,高(gao)壓試驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)(bei)預防性(xing)試驗規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓(ya)器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定輸出(chu)高壓(ya)的(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率

被試(shi)設備的電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出(chu)。Ct的變化很大,

可由設(she)備的類型(xing)而定。
