二、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓試驗變壓器采用(yong)單框(kuang)芯式(shi)鐵(tie)芯結構,初級(ji)繞組繞在鐵(tie)芯上(shang)(shang),高壓繞組在外(wai)(wai),這種同軸布置減(jian)少了(le)漏磁通,因而(er)增大了(le)繞組間(jian)的(de)耦合(he)。產品的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼為圓柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器結構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上(shang)(shang)壓力(li)。其結構見圖(tu)1:

三、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源接(jie)入 (為(wei)本(ben)公司生產(chan)的試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其具體使(shi)用(yong)說明書(shu))系列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內(nei)自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外(wai)附)調(diao)節(jie)至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級繞(rao)組(zu),根據電磁感(gan)應原理,在試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲得試驗(yan)(yan)所需的高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系(xi)列交(jiao)直流(liu)(liu)高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的工作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中高壓(ya)(ya)套管(guan)中裝有(you)高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在高壓(ya)(ya)回(hui)路中作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流(liu)(liu),以獲(huo)(huo)得直流(liu)(liu)高電壓(ya)(ya)。當(dang)用一短路桿將高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接(jie)時,可獲(huo)(huo)得工頻高電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)輸出狀態;取消短路桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)為直流(liu)(liu)輸出狀態。

注:高(gao)壓尾(wei)必須(xu)可靠接地(di)

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中(zhong)限流電(dian)阻R1應根據試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)容(rong)量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流為(wei)1A以(yi)上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻作為(wei)限流電(dian)阻,管(guan)子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應具有(you)足夠的(de)(de)熱(re)容(rong)量(liang)(水阻液配(pei)制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水加入(ru)適量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配(pei)制(zhi)成各種不同的(de)(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙及保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu):當電(dian)(dian)壓超(chao)過球(qiu)間(jian)隙整定值時(一般取試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)(shi)品起到(dao)保(bao)(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準確的(de)(de)(de),其原因是由(you)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升(sheng),使(shi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)漏抗必然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確測量被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應做好分工,明確相(xiang)互間(jian)聯系方法。并有(you)專門(men)人(ren)監護現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清(qing)掃干(gan)凈(jing),并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞(huai)被試(shi)品和(he)試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗,一(yi)般都應先進行空升試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗電壓,校對(dui)各(ge)種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)速度不能太快,并必(bi)須(xu)防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)不在零位時突(tu)然(ran)合閘(zha)。也不能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般(ban)應(ying)在調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)降至零位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升至試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以下時,才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現下列不(bu)正(zheng)常情況時(shi),應立即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發現絕(jue)緣(yuan)燒(shao)焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試品內有(you)不(bu)正(zheng)常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器在做被試品(pin)的直流(liu)耐壓(ya)或泄露試驗時接(jie)線原理圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽(chou)出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示(shi)。

泄露試(shi)(shi)驗中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)端短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超過高壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大(da)整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大(da)整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)(shi)驗裝置中,限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應(ying)具有(you)足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)(de)容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離(li)。

高(gao)壓濾波電容C1一般(ban)選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電容量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作(zuo)及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先(xian)檢(jian)查被試(shi)品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對外(wai)連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)加到有人工(gong)作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好試驗(yan)裝置的接(jie)線后(hou),應復查(cha)無誤后(hou)才可加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設(she)備及引線與(yu)(yu)地、與(yu)(yu)操作人員的**距離,被試品的外殼是否可靠接(jie)地,要按**規程(cheng)中所規定的內(nei)容進行(xing)試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止被試品(pin)的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表。必要時應分(fen)級加(jia)壓,分(fen)別(bie)讀(du)取各級電(dian)(dian)壓下微安(an)表的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗過程中,應密切監視被試品、試驗裝(zhuang)置、微安表(biao),一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍等異常(chang)現象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電源(yuan)后應將被試品(pin)及試驗裝置本(ben)身充分(fen)放電。

四、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)試驗(yan)接好工作線(xian)路。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼以及操作系(xi)統的(de)(de)外殼必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))以及測量(liang)繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的低(di)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的X端,測(ce)量繞組(zu)的F端以及高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均接本級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的外殼。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的外殼必須通過(guo)絕緣(yuan)支架接地。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后,應在數(shu)秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓器返回(hui)至零位,然后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不得超(chao)過額定參(can)數(shu)使用。除試驗必須外(wai),決(jue)不允許全電(dian)(dian)壓通電(dian)(dian)或斷電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗過程中,如發(fa)現(xian)以下不正常情況時(shi),應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電源,停止試驗并查明原因(yin)。

8、圖1中第9項系壓力閥(fa)及壓力表(biao),為長期關(guan)閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一次,以檢查SF6壓力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力后立即關(guan)閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低(di)于0.2MPa時(shi)應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應測(ce)量(liang)被試設備的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期(qi)不(bu)使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽(yang)光(guang)直(zhi)射的地方(fang)。

11、該產(chan)品不(bu)允許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長期(qi)存放(fang)、使(shi)用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固(gu)件(jian)及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做(zuo)高壓試驗時,出熟(shu)悉本說明(ming)書外,還(huan)必須嚴格執(zhi)行國(guo)家有關標(biao)準和操作規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配合,高壓試驗技術》;《電氣(qi)設備(bei)預防性試驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱(cheng)試(shi)驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k&nbsp;——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較(jiao)低時,k值可取(qu)高一些(xie)。
