二、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單(dan)框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級繞組繞在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組在(zai)外(wai),這(zhe)種同(tong)軸布置減少(shao)了(le)(le)漏磁通,因而增大了(le)(le)繞組間的(de)耦合(he)。產品的(de)外(wai)殼為(wei)圓柱(zhu)灌(guan)式(shi)容器(qi)結(jie)構(gou),能耐(nai)受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系(xi)(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入(ru) (為(wei)本公司生產的試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配(pei)套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其(qi)具體使用(yong)說明(ming)書)系(xi)(xi)列操作箱(xiang)(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級(ji)繞組,根據電(dian)磁感應原理(li),在試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組可(ke)獲得試驗(yan)所需的高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的工作原(yuan)理圖見(jian)圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管(guan)中(zhong)裝有(you)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)作半波整流,以獲(huo)得直流高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆短接時,可獲(huo)得工頻高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),作為(wei)(wei)交流輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態(tai);取消短路(lu)桿時,作為(wei)(wei)直流輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)來選(xuan)擇(ze)。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應(ying)具有足夠的(de)(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制方(fang)法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)加入適量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配制成(cheng)各種不(bu)同的(de)(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙及保(bao)護電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙整定值(zhi)時(一般取(qu)試驗電(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian),對(dui)被(bei)試品起到保(bao)護作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙保(bao)護電(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓)選(xuan)取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準確的(de)(de),其原因(yin)是由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反(fan)映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被(bei)(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容升現(xian)象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了(le)準確測(ce)量被(bei)(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所(suo)施加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此(ci)常(chang)在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好分(fen)工(gong),明確相互間(jian)聯系方(fang)法。并有專門(men)人(ren)監護現(xian)場**及觀察試品(pin)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

2)被試品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試品和試驗(yan)帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一(yi)般都應先進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即(ji)不接試(shi)品時升壓至(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對各種表計,調整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓速(su)度不(bu)能太快,并必須防(fang)止突然加(jia)壓。例如調壓器(qi)不(bu)在零(ling)位時突然合(he)閘。也不(bu)能突然切斷(duan)電源,一般應(ying)在調壓器(qi)降(jiang)至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升(sheng)至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到(dao)(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)(dao)1/3試驗電壓(ya)以下時,才能(neng)拉開(kai)電源。

6)在升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中,如(ru)發現下列不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan)。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因:①電(dian)壓表(biao)指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣(yuan)燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內(nei)有不(bu)正常(chang)的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后應測(ce)量絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢(jian)查絕緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)品(pin)的直流耐(nai)壓或(huo)泄露試(shi)驗時(shi)接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)(ze)在額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)壓時,輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)流(liu)不超過(guo)高壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)(de)*大(da)整流(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)(de)*大(da)整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)(de)試驗(yan)裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)(ze)。限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)(de)容量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波(bo)電容C1一(yi)般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電容量很大(da)時,C1可省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢(jian)查被試(shi)品是否(fou)停電,接地(di)放電,一(yi)切對(dui)外連線是否(fou)擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)電壓加到(dao)有人工作的部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝置的接線后,應(ying)復查(cha)(cha)無誤(wu)后才可加壓。應(ying)特別注(zhu)意檢查(cha)(cha)高壓設備(bei)及引(yin)線與地、與操(cao)作人員的**距離(li),被試(shi)品的外殼是(shi)否可靠接地,要按**規程中所規定的內(nei)容進行(xing)試(shi)驗。

3)對于大(da)電(dian)容量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防(fang)止(zhi)被試品(pin)的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表。必要時應(ying)分(fen)級加壓(ya),分(fen)別讀取(qu)各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微安(an)表的穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試驗過程中,應密切(qie)監(jian)視(shi)被試品(pin)、試驗裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃(shan)爍(shuo)等異常現象應立即降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電源,并(bing)查明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電(dian)(dian)源后(hou)應(ying)將被試(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充分(fen)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進行的(de)試驗接好工(gong)作線路。試驗變壓器的(de)外(wai)殼以及(ji)操作系統的(de)外(wai)殼必須(xu)(xu)可靠接地(di)。試驗變壓器高壓繞組的(de)X端(高壓尾)以及(ji)測量(liang)繞組的(de)F端必須(xu)(xu)可靠接地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端以(yi)及(ji)高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼必須通過(guo)絕緣支架接(jie)地(di)。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操(cao)作系(xi)統的調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器必(bi)須調(diao)到零位后方(fang)可接通(tong)電源,合閘,開始升壓(ya)(ya)。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始均勻旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器手輪(lun)升壓(ya)(ya)。升壓(ya)(ya)方法有:快速(su)(su)升壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)20s逐級升壓(ya)(ya)法;慢速(su)(su)升壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)60s逐級升壓(ya)(ya)法;極慢速(su)(su)升壓(ya)(ya)法供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始按一定(ding)的(de)升壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)度上升到您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額定(ding)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在(zai)以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額定(ding)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)度升到您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注(zhu)意(yi)測(ce)量(liang)儀表的(de)指(zhi)示(shi)以(yi)及被試品的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升壓(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)(zhong)或試驗(yan)過程中(zhong)(zhong)如發現測(ce)量(liang)儀表的(de)指(zhi)示(shi)及被試品情(qing)況(kuang)異常,應(ying)立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電源,查明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完(wan)畢(bi)后(hou),應在數秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然(ran)后(hou)切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品(pin)不得超過額(e)定參數使用(yong)。除試驗必須外,決(jue)不允許(xu)全電壓通(tong)電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如(ru)發現以下不正常情況時(shi),應立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源,停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因(yin)。

⑴電壓表指針擺(bai)動(dong)(或數字跳動(dong))很大(da)

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品(pin)內有不正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表,為長期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一(yi)次(ci),以(yi)檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li),應不小(xiao)于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)后立(li)即關閉閥(fa)門),低(di)于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后(hou)應(ying)測量被(bei)試設(she)備(bei)的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長期(qi)不(bu)使用(yong)時,應放置于通風、干(gan)燥、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期存(cun)放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不(bu)得擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用本產品做高壓試驗時(shi),出(chu)熟悉本說明書(shu)外(wai),還必須嚴格執行(xing)國(guo)家有關標準和操作規程(cheng)。可(ke)參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓輸(shu)變設備的絕緣(yuan)配(pei)合(he),高壓試驗技術(shu)》;《電氣設備預防(fang)性試驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容(rong)量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)高壓(ya)的(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較低時(shi),k值(zhi)可取(qu)高一些(xie)。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的頻率

被試設備的電容量(liang)Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的類型而定(ding)。
