二、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采(cai)用單框(kuang)芯式鐵芯結構(gou),初(chu)級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵芯上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外(wai),這(zhe)種同軸布置減少了漏磁通(tong),因而增大了繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)間的(de)(de)耦合。產品的(de)(de)外(wai)殼為(wei)圓(yuan)柱灌式容器結構(gou),能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓(ya)力。其結構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為本(ben)公司生產的試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設(she)備,詳(xiang)細資料請見(jian)其具體使用(yong)說(shuo)明書)系列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶(ou)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初(chu)級繞(rao)組,根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得試(shi)驗所需(xu)的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓試驗(yan)變壓器的工(gong)作(zuo)原理(li)圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)(gao)壓套管(guan)中裝有高(gao)(gao)壓硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)壓回路(lu)中作(zuo)半(ban)波(bo)整流(liu)(liu),以(yi)獲得直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓。當用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)(gao)壓硅(gui)堆短接時(shi),可獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)電壓,作(zuo)為(wei)交流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀態(tai);取消(xiao)短路(lu)桿時(shi),作(zuo)為(wei)直流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀態(tai)。

注(zhu):高壓(ya)尾必須可靠接地

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1應根(gen)據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的額定容量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上(shang)時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻作為(wei)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻,管子長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足(zu)夠的熱(re)容量(liang)(水(shui)阻液(ye)配制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適(shi)量(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種不(bu)同的阻值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保護電阻:當電壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一般(ban)取試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電,對被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)起到保護作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保護電阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)(shi)非常準確的(de),其原(yuan)因是(shi)(shi)由(you)于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)著漏抗(kang)(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反映(ying)出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被(bei)(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)所謂容升現(xian)象(xiang)。感(gan)應耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏抗(kang)(kang)必然(ran)存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)(ce)量(liang)被(bei)(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施(shi)加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注(zhu)意事項(xiang)

1)試驗(yan)人(ren)員應(ying)做好(hao)分工(gong),明(ming)確相互(hu)間(jian)聯系方法。并(bing)有專門人(ren)監護現場**及(ji)觀察試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損(sun)壞被試品和試驗帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對(dui)于大(da)型試驗,一般都(dou)應先(xian)進行空升試驗。即不(bu)接試品(pin)時升壓(ya)至(zhi)試驗電(dian)壓(ya),校對(dui)各種(zhong)表計,調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防止(zhi)突(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不(bu)在零(ling)位(wei)時突(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能突(tu)然(ran)切(qie)斷電源(yuan),一般(ban)應在調壓(ya)器降(jiang)至零(ling)位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升至試驗電壓(ya)時,開(kai)(kai)始計時,到(dao)1min后,迅(xun)速(su)降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電壓(ya)以(yi)下時,才能拉開(kai)(kai)電源。

6)在(zai)升壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中,如發現(xian)下列不(bu)正(zheng)常情況(kuang)時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因:①電壓表指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不(bu)正(zheng)常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前(qian)后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻(zu),檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣(yuan)情(qing)況。

試驗(yan)(yan)變壓器在做被試品的(de)直流耐壓或泄露(lu)試驗(yan)(yan)時接線原理圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽(chou)出短(duan)路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露(lu)試(shi)驗中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)流不超過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的*大整(zheng)流。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的*大整(zheng)流電(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用(yong)于60kV的試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中(zhong),限流電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流電(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足(zu)夠的容量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般(ban)選(xuan)擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品(pin)的電容(rong)量很(hen)大時,C1可省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作(zuo)及(ji)注意事項

1)試驗(yan)前應先檢查被試品是(shi)否(fou)停電,接(jie)地(di)放電,一切對外(wai)連線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗(yan)電壓加到(dao)有人工作的(de)部位上去(qu)。

2)接好(hao)試驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)接線(xian)后(hou),應復查無(wu)誤后(hou)才可加壓。應特別(bie)注意檢查高(gao)壓設備及引線(xian)與地、與操作人員的(de)**距離,被試品的(de)外殼(ke)是否可靠接地,要按**規程中(zhong)所規定的(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容(rong)量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防止(zhi)被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微(wei)(wei)安(an)表。必要時應(ying)分級加壓,分別讀(du)取各(ge)級電(dian)壓下微(wei)(wei)安(an)表的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),應(ying)密切監視被(bei)試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置、微安(an)表,一(yi)旦(dan)發生(sheng)擊穿、閃(shan)爍等異常(chang)現象應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan)后應將被試(shi)(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)本身充分放(fang)電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行(xing)的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)(zuo)線(xian)路。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼以及操作(zuo)(zuo)系統的(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須(xu)(xu)可靠接(jie)地(di)。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)以及測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)必(bi)須(xu)(xu)可靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)低(di)壓繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan),測(ce)量繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及(ji)高(gao)壓繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)均接本(ben)級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須通過絕緣(yuan)支架接地。

3、接通電源前,操作(zuo)系(xi)統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位后(hou)方可接通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有(you):快(kuai)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐級(ji)(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐級(ji)(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按一定(ding)(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后(hou),在以(yi)每(mei)秒(miao)2%額(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)電壓(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注意測量儀(yi)表的(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)驗(yan)過程中如(ru)發(fa)現測量儀(yi)表的(de)指(zhi)示及被試(shi)品(pin)情況異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電源(yuan),查(cha)明(ming)情況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的(de)將(jiang)調壓器返回(hui)至零(ling)位(wei),然后切(qie)斷電(dian)源。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過(guo)額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許全電壓通電或(huo)斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗過(guo)程中,如發現以(yi)下不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立(li)即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試驗并查明原因。

⑴電壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動(或數字跳(tiao)動)很大

⑵電流表(biao)直線上升

被試品內有不正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力閥及壓力表,為(wei)長期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓力后(hou)立(li)即關閉閥門(men)),低(di)于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗(yan)前(qian)后應(ying)測量被試設(she)備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長(chang)期不使用時,應放(fang)置于通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的地方(fang)。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途(tu)中(zhong)不得重力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自松(song)動(dong)。

14、使(shi)用本產品(pin)做高壓試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外(wai),還必須嚴格執行國家(jia)有關(guan)標準(zhun)和操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變(bian)設備的(de)絕緣配合,高壓試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣(qi)設備預(yu)防性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等(deng)。

五、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變(bian)壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓(ya)較低(di)時,k值可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的(de)頻率

被試(shi)設(she)備的電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備(bei)的類型而定(ding)。
