一、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓機概述

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器是(shi)根據《試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器》標準(zhun),在油(you)(you)浸式(shi)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的基礎上而設(she)(she)計生產的。SF6氣體(ti)具有良好的電(dian)氣絕緣(yuan)性(xing)能(neng)及優(you)(you)異的滅弧性(xing)能(neng),其耐壓(ya)(ya)強度為同一壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)下(xia)氮氣的2.5倍(bei),擊(ji)(ji)穿電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的空氣的2.5倍(bei)。在0.25MPa下(xia)與油(you)(you)的擊(ji)(ji)穿電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)相等,在0.45MPa壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)下(xia)是(shi)油(you)(you)的擊(ji)(ji)穿電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的2倍(bei),是(shi)一種優(you)(you)于油(you)(you)的新一代(dai)(dai)超(chao)高壓(ya)(ya)絕緣(yuan)介質材料。該產品(pin)(pin)技術要求完全符合《ZBK-41006-89》標準(zhun),它是(shi)油(you)(you)浸式(shi)輕型試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的換(huan)代(dai)(dai)產品(pin)(pin)。該產品(pin)(pin)具有體(ti)積小(xiao)、重量(liang)輕、不受(shou)氣候變(bian)(bian)化影響、電(dian)暈小(xiao)、現場(chang)搬運無需(xu)靜止(zhi)可使用,使用壽命(ming)長(chang)、免維修(xiu)等特點。適用于電(dian)力(li)(li)系統、工礦企業、科(ke)研部(bu)門等對各種高壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)氣設(she)(she)備、電(dian)氣元件、絕緣(yuan)材料進行工頻或直(zhi)流(liu)高壓(ya)(ya)下(xia)的絕緣(yuan)強度試驗。

二、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單框芯式鐵芯結構,初級繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵芯上(shang),高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組在(zai)外,這種同軸布置(zhi)減(jian)少了漏磁通(tong),因而增大了繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組間的(de)耦合。產品(pin)的(de)外殼(ke)為圓(yuan)柱(zhu)灌式容器結構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結構見圖1:

單臺YDQ系列交直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有(you)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路中(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得直流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接(jie)時,可獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為交流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)狀態;取消(xiao)短路桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)為直流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)狀態。

注:高壓尾必須可(ke)靠接地

工(gong)頻耐壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的額(e)(e)定容(rong)量(liang)(liang)來選擇。如高壓側(ce)額(e)(e)定輸出電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓);高壓側(ce)額(e)(e)定輸出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓)。常(chang)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)阻作為限流(liu)電(dian)阻,管(guan)子(zi)長度(du)可按150kV/m考(kao)慮(lv),管(guan)子(zi)粗細應(ying)具(ju)有足夠的熱(re)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)(水(shui)(shui)阻液配制方法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水(shui)(shui)加入適量(liang)(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻值)。

球(qiu)間隙及保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu):當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超(chao)過球(qiu)間隙整定值時(shi)(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被試品起到保護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間隙保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中,低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確的,其(qi)原因是由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)個漏抗上必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表上反映(ying)出來(lai)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容升(sheng)現(xian)象(xiang)。感應(ying)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上所施加的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做(zuo)好分工,明確相互間(jian)聯(lian)系(xi)方(fang)法。并有專門人監護(hu)現場(chang)**及觀察(cha)試(shi)品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶(dai)來的誤(wu)差(cha)。

3)對于大型試驗(yan),一般(ban)都應先進(jin)行空升(sheng)(sheng)試驗(yan)。即(ji)不接試品(pin)時升(sheng)(sheng)壓至試驗(yan)電壓,校對各(ge)種(zhong)表(biao)計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不(bu)能太(tai)快,并必(bi)須防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)在(zai)零位時突(tu)然合(he)閘。也不(bu)能突(tu)然切斷電(dian)源(yuan),一般應(ying)在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位時拉(la)閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓升至試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓時,開始計時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓以下(xia)時,才能(neng)拉開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現下列不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因(yin):①電壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙(yan);③被試(shi)品內有(you)不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查(cha)絕緣情(qing)況。

試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器在做被試品的直流耐壓(ya)(ya)或泄露試驗時(shi)接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注(zhu):此試(shi)驗應(ying)先抽(chou)出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示。

泄露(lu)試驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)壓硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應具有足夠(gou)的(de)容量(liang)和沿(yan)面放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波(bo)電容(rong)C1一般(ban)選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電容(rong)量很大(da)時,C1可(ke)省略(lve)不用(yong)。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及注意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品(pin)是(shi)否停電,接地放(fang)電,一(yi)切對外連線(xian)是(shi)否擦干(gan)凈。要嚴(yan)防將試驗電壓加(jia)到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗(yan)裝置的(de)接(jie)線(xian)后(hou),應(ying)復查無誤后(hou)才可加壓。應(ying)特別注(zhu)意檢(jian)查高(gao)壓設(she)備及(ji)引線(xian)與地、與操作人員的(de)**距離,被(bei)試品的(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)地,要按(an)**規程中所(suo)規定的(de)內容進(jin)行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容(rong)量(liang)設(she)備應(ying)緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防(fang)止被(bei)試品(pin)的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞(huai)微安(an)表(biao)。必要時應(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微安(an)表(biao)的穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),應(ying)密切(qie)監(jian)視被(bei)試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安(an)表,一旦(dan)發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常(chang)現象應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,并查明原(yuan)因,詳細(xi)記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電源后應將被(bei)試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)本身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照您所進行的試驗接(jie)好工作線路(lu)。試驗變壓(ya)器的外殼(ke)以(yi)及(ji)操作系統的外殼(ke)必須可靠接(jie)地。試驗變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量(liang)繞(rao)組的F端必須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端,測量(liang)繞(rao)組的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均接本級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支(zhi)架(jia)接地。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前(qian),操作(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)調壓器必須調到零位后方(fang)可接通電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開(kai)始升(sheng)壓。

4、從零開始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零開始按(an)一定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速(su)度上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒(miao)2%額定(ding)(ding)試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切注(zhu)意測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及被試品(pin)的(de)(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試驗(yan)(yan)過程中(zhong)如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示及被試品(pin)情(qing)況異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回(hui)至零位(wei),然后(hou)切斷電(dian)源。

6、本(ben)產(chan)品不得(de)超(chao)過額(e)定參數使(shi)用。除(chu)試驗(yan)必須外,決不允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中,如發現(xian)以下(xia)不正常情況時,應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源(yuan),停止(zhi)試驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因。

⑴電壓表指(zhi)針擺(bai)動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電(dian)流表直線上升

被試品內有(you)不正常(chang)的聲音(yin)

8、圖1中第(di)9項(xiang)系(xi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)閥(fa)(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li),應(ying)不(bu)小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)后立(li)即關(guan)閉閥(fa)(fa)門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗前(qian)后應測量(liang)被試(shi)設備的絕緣電(dian)阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況(kuang)。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓(ya)器長期不(bu)使用時,應放置(zhi)于通(tong)風、干燥、無(wu)陽(yang)光直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在高于(yu)45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用(yong)、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬(ban)運(yun)途(tu)中不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不(bu)得(de)擅(shan)自松(song)動(dong)。

14、使用(yong)本(ben)產品做(zuo)高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉(xi)本(ben)說明書外,還必須(xu)嚴格執行國家有關標準和操作規程。可(ke)參照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓輸(shu)變設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防(fang)性試(shi)驗(yan)規程》等(deng)。

五、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容(rong)量Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變(bian)壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值可(ke)取高一些(xie)。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)率

被試設(she)備(bei)的電容量Ct可由交(jiao)流電橋測出。Ct的變(bian)化(hua)很大,

可由設(she)備的(de)類型而定。
