二、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器(qi)采用(yong)單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構,初級繞組繞在鐵芯(xin)上(shang),高壓繞組在外,這(zhe)種(zhong)同軸布(bu)置(zhi)減少了(le)漏(lou)磁通,因而增大了(le)繞組間的耦合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式容器(qi)結構,能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力。其結構見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為本公(gong)司生產的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專(zhuan)用設備,詳細資料請見其具體使(shi)用說明書)系列操(cao)作箱(臺(tai)),經操(cao)作箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附(fu))調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞(rao)組,根據電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲(huo)得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的(de)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)工作(zuo)原理(li)圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串(chuan)接(jie)在(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)(lu)中作(zuo)半波(bo)整流,以獲得(de)直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當(dang)用一短路(lu)(lu)桿(gan)將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短接(jie)時(shi),可獲得(de)工頻高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)為交流輸出狀(zhuang)態;取消短路(lu)(lu)桿(gan)時(shi),作(zuo)為直(zhi)流輸出狀(zhuang)態。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根(gen)據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額定容量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常(chang)用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作(zuo)為限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子(zi)長度(du)可按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子(zi)粗(cu)細(xi)應具有(you)足夠的(de)熱容量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種不同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)及(ji)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)整定(ding)值時(一(yi)般取(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常(chang)準(zhun)(zhun)確(que)的(de)(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升現象(xiang)。感(gan)應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)(zhun)確(que)測(ce)量被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應做好分工,明確(que)相(xiang)互間(jian)聯(lian)系方法。并有專門人(ren)監護現場**及觀察試(shi)品(pin)狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先(xian)清掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗,一(yi)般都應先進行空升試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya),校對(dui)各種表計,調整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓速(su)度不(bu)(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須(xu)防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓。例如調壓器不(bu)(bu)在零(ling)位時突(tu)然(ran)合(he)閘。也不(bu)(bu)能(neng)突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源(yuan),一般應(ying)在調壓器降至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)(ya)升至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya)(ya)時,開(kai)(kai)始計時,到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)(ya)以下(xia)時,才能(neng)拉開(kai)(kai)電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗過程中,如發現下(xia)列不正(zheng)常情況時,應立(li)即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源。停止試(shi)(shi)驗并查明原因(yin):①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很大(da);②發現絕緣燒焦(jiao)或(huo)冒煙;③被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品內(nei)有(you)不正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后應(ying)測量(liang)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

試驗(yan)變壓器在做被試品的直流耐(nai)壓或泄露試驗(yan)時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所(suo)示。

泄露試驗中限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出電壓時,輸(shu)出端短(duan)路電流(liu)不超過高壓硅堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)。如電壓硅堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)電流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)還(huan)應具有足夠的(de)容量和沿面(mian)放(fang)電距離。

高壓(ya)濾波電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作及注(zhu)意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢查被試(shi)品是否停電(dian),接地(di)放(fang)電(dian),一切對外連(lian)線是否擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)的(de)接線后,應復(fu)查無誤后才可加壓(ya)。應特(te)別(bie)注意檢查高壓(ya)設備及(ji)引線與地、與操作人員的(de)**距離(li),被試品的(de)外殼(ke)是(shi)否可靠接地,要按**規程(cheng)中(zhong)所(suo)規定的(de)內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電容量設備(bei)應(ying)緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防止被試品(pin)的充電電流(liu)燒壞微(wei)安(an)表(biao)。必要時應(ying)分(fen)級加壓(ya),分(fen)別(bie)讀(du)取(qu)各級電壓(ya)下(xia)微(wei)安(an)表(biao)的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,應(ying)密切監視(shi)被(bei)試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源,并查明原(yuan)因(yin),詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降壓(ya),切斷電源后應將(jiang)被(bei)試品(pin)及試驗(yan)裝置本身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所(suo)進行的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)好工作線路。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼以(yi)(yi)及操(cao)作系統的(de)外(wai)殼必須可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)以(yi)(yi)及測(ce)量(liang)繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必須可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端,測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須通過絕(jue)緣支(zhi)架接(jie)(jie)地。

3、接通(tong)電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調(diao)壓器必(bi)須(xu)調(diao)到零位后方可接通(tong)電源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零(ling)開始均勻旋轉(zhuan)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有(you):快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用(yong)。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開始按一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)額(e)(e)定試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)(yi)每(mei)秒(miao)2%額(e)(e)定試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)額(e)(e)定電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切注意測量(liang)儀(yi)表的(de)指示以(yi)(yi)及(ji)被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)(shi)驗過程中如發現測量(liang)儀(yi)表的(de)指示及(ji)被試(shi)(shi)品情(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立(li)即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后(hou),應在數秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓器返回至零(ling)位(wei),然(ran)后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品(pin)不得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必(bi)須外,決不允(yun)許全電(dian)(dian)壓通電(dian)(dian)或斷電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),如發現以(yi)下不正常(chang)情況時,應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源,停止試驗(yan)并查(cha)明(ming)原因。

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓力閥及壓力表(biao),為(wei)長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓力,應不(bu)小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓力后立即關閉(bi)閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗(yan)前(qian)后應測量被試(shi)設備的(de)絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期不使用(yong)時,應放(fang)置于通(tong)風、干燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的地方(fang)。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度下長期存放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及(ji)壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用本(ben)產品做(zuo)高壓(ya)試驗時,出熟(shu)悉(xi)本(ben)說(shuo)明書(shu)外,還必須嚴(yan)格執行國(guo)家有關標(biao)準和操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變(bian)設備的絕緣(yuan)配(pei)合,高壓(ya)試驗技術(shu)》;《電氣設備預(yu)防性試驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)額定輸出高壓(ya)的(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較低時,k值(zhi)可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)率

被試設(she)備的(de)電(dian)(dian)容量(liang)Ct可由交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)橋測出。Ct的(de)變(bian)化很大(da),

可由設備的(de)類型而定。
