二、WBTQSB-150KVA/300KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器采(cai)用單框芯式鐵芯結構,初級繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)在鐵芯上,高(gao)壓繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)在外,這(zhe)種同軸(zhou)布置減少了漏(lou)磁通,因而增大(da)了繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)間的耦(ou)合(he)。產品的外殼(ke)為圓柱灌式容(rong)器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓力(li)。其結構見(jian)圖1:

三、WBTQSB-150KVA/300KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)為單相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以(yi)(yi)上為380V)電源接入(ru) (為本公司生產的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)配套(tao)專用(yong)設(she)備(bei),詳細(xi)資料請(qing)見其(qi)具體使(shi)用(yong)說明書(shu))系列操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)箱(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以(yi)(yi)上調壓(ya)器(qi)外(wai)附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級繞組(zu),根(gen)據電磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)可(ke)獲得(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的(de)高(gao)電壓(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系(xi)列交直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工作原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管中(zhong)(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)作半(ban)波整流,以獲得(de)直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。當(dang)用一短路(lu)桿將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短接(jie)時,可獲得(de)工頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya),作為交流輸出狀(zhuang)態;取消短路(lu)桿時,作為直(zhi)流輸出狀(zhuang)態。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)做被試(shi)品的(de)工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗使用接線原(yuan)理(li)圖見圖5。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的額定(ding)(ding)容量來(lai)選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子(zi)粗細應具(ju)有足夠的熱容量(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制方(fang)法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)加入(ru)適(shi)量硫酸銅配制成各種不(bu)同(tong)的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙及(ji)保(bao)護電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙整定值時(shi)(一(yi)般取(qu)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙放(fang)電(dian),對(dui)被試品(pin)起到保(bao)護作(zuo)用。球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙保(bao)護電(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在工(gong)頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是非常(chang)準確的,其(qi)原因是由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必然(ran)存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出來的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就(jiu)是所謂容(rong)升現象(xiang)。感(gan)應耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的漏(lou)抗(kang)必然(ran)存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為(wei)了準確測(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所施加的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗操作注意(yi)事(shi)項

1)試驗(yan)人(ren)員應做好分工,明(ming)確相(xiang)互間聯系方(fang)法。并(bing)有專門人(ren)監護現場(chang)**及觀(guan)察試品狀態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試品應(ying)先清(qing)掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試品和試驗(yan)帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)(shi)驗,一般都應(ying)先進(jin)行空升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時(shi)升(sheng)壓至(zhi)試(shi)(shi)驗電壓,校對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不能太快,并必須防止突然加壓。例(li)如(ru)調(diao)壓器不在零位時(shi)突然合閘。也不能突然切斷電源,一般應(ying)在調(diao)壓器降至零位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至(zhi)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓以下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升(sheng)壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現下列(lie)不正(zheng)常情況時(shi),應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓表指針(zhen)擺(bai)動(dong)很大;②發(fa)現絕緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有不正(zheng)常的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)前(qian)后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器在做被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露(lu)試驗中(zhong)限流電(dian)阻R1選擇在(zai)額定輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)流不超過高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆的*大(da)整流。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大(da)整流電(dian)流為100mA時(shi)用(yong)于60kV的試驗裝置(zhi)中(zhong),限流電(dian)阻按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)阻還(huan)應具有足夠的容量(liang)和(he)沿面放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一(yi)般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被(bei)試品的電(dian)容量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及(ji)注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗前應(ying)先檢查被試(shi)品是否停電,接地放電,一切(qie)對(dui)外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)加到(dao)有(you)人工作的部位上去。

2)接好(hao)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置的接線(xian)后,應(ying)復(fu)查無誤后才可加壓(ya)。應(ying)特別注意檢查高壓(ya)設備及(ji)引線(xian)與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操作(zuo)人員的**距離(li),被試(shi)(shi)品的外殼(ke)是否可靠(kao)接地(di),要(yao)按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定(ding)的內(nei)容進行試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防止被試品的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安表(biao)(biao)。必(bi)要(yao)時應分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別讀取各級(ji)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微安表(biao)(biao)的(de)穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程中,應(ying)密切(qie)監(jian)視被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、微(wei)安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿(chuan)、閃(shan)爍(shuo)等異常現象應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,并查明(ming)原因,詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢(bi),降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源后應將被試品及試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置本身充分(fen)放電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-150KVA/300KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所(suo)進(jin)行的(de)試驗接(jie)好工作線路(lu)。試驗變(bian)壓器的(de)外殼以及操作系(xi)統的(de)外殼必須可靠接(jie)地。試驗變(bian)壓器高壓繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高壓尾)以及測(ce)量繞(rao)組的(de)F端必須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級試驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),**級、第三(san)級試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)低(di)壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端,測量繞組的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)。**級、第三(san)級試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須通過絕(jue)緣支架接地。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操作系統的調壓器(qi)必(bi)須調到(dao)零位后(hou)方可(ke)接通電(dian)源,合閘,開始(shi)升壓。

4、從(cong)零(ling)(ling)開始(shi)均勻旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)(ling)開始(shi)按一定的(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速(su)(su)度(du)上升(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)度(du)升(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額(e)定電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切注意測(ce)量(liang)儀表的(de)指示以及被試(shi)品的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或(huo)試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中如發現測(ce)量(liang)儀表的(de)指示及被試(shi)品情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)異(yi)常,應立即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查(cha)明情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻(yun)速(su)的將(jiang)調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不得超過額定參(can)數使用。除試(shi)驗必須外,決(jue)不允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如(ru)發現以下(xia)不(bu)正常情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,停止試驗(yan)并查(cha)明原(yuan)因(yin)。

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系(xi)壓(ya)力(li)閥及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉(bi)狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥一次(ci),以檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后(hou)立即(ji)關(guan)閉(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應加(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)氣絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓(ya)實(shi)驗前后(hou)應測量被(bei)試設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通(tong)風(feng)、干(gan)燥、無陽(yang)光直射的(de)地(di)方。

11、該產品不允許(xu)在(zai)高(gao)于45℃的(de)溫度下長期(qi)存放(fang)、使(shi)用(yong)、放(fang)氣(qi)。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固(gu)件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品(pin)做高(gao)壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,出熟悉本(ben)說明(ming)書(shu)外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行(xing)國家有關標準(zhun)和操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)技術(shu)》;《電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備(bei)預防性試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-150KVA/300KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(liang)Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k&nbsp;——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)(dian)壓較(jiao)低(di)時,k值可取(qu)高(gao)一些。
