一、WBTQSB-150KVA/300KV交直流高壓發生器概(gai)述(shu)

二、WBTQSB-150KVA/300KV交直流高壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結構,初級繞組(zu)繞在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高壓繞組(zu)在(zai)外,這(zhe)種同軸布置減少了漏磁通(tong),因而增大了繞組(zu)間(jian)的(de)耦合(he)。產品的(de)外殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結構見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為380V)電(dian)源接入(ru) (為本公司生(sheng)產的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套(tao)專用(yong)設備(bei),詳細資料(liao)請見其具(ju)體使用(yong)說明書(shu))系(xi)列操(cao)作箱(xiang)(臺(tai)),經(jing)操(cao)作箱(xiang)內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)輸(shu)出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞組,根據電(dian)磁感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)所(suo)需的高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高壓(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高壓(ya)回(hui)路中(zhong)作(zuo)半(ban)波(bo)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu),以(yi)獲(huo)得(de)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高電壓(ya)。當用一短路桿將高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆短接時,可獲(huo)得(de)工(gong)(gong)頻高電壓(ya),作(zuo)為交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)輸出狀態;取消短路桿時,作(zuo)為直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸出狀態。

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器做被試品的工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)使用接線原理(li)圖見(jian)圖5。

注:高壓尾必(bi)須可靠(kao)接地

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定(ding)容(rong)量來選擇。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細(xi)應(ying)具(ju)有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾(liu)水(shui)加(jia)入適量硫酸銅(tong)配制成(cheng)各種(zhong)不同(tong)的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球間隙及(ji)保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球間隙整定值時(一(yi)般取試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間隙放電(dian),對被試(shi)品(pin)起到保護作用(yong)。球間隙保護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))選(xuan)取。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低(di)(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非(fei)常準確的,其原因(yin)是由于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang)(kang),在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗(kang)(kang)上(shang)必然存(cun)(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升,使試(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于(yu)或(huo)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出來的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)升現象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗(kang)(kang)必然存(cun)(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量(liang)被試(shi)品上(shang)所施加的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應做好分工,明確(que)相互間聯(lian)系(xi)方法。并有專門人(ren)監護現場(chang)**及觀(guan)察試(shi)品狀態(tai)。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)和試(shi)驗(yan)帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一般都(dou)應先進行空升試(shi)驗。即不(bu)接試(shi)品(pin)時升壓至(zhi)試(shi)驗電壓,校對各種表計(ji),調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)。例(li)如調(diao)壓(ya)器不(bu)在零(ling)(ling)位時突(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般應在調(diao)壓(ya)器降至(zhi)零(ling)(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始(shi)計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速(su)降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發現(xian)下列(lie)不正常(chang)情況時(shi),應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電源(yuan)。停止試驗(yan)并查(cha)明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒(shao)焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試品內有不正常(chang)的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗變壓(ya)器在做(zuo)被試品(pin)的直流耐壓(ya)或泄露試驗時接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽(chou)出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所(suo)示。

泄(xie)露試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi)(shi),輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)(shi)用(yong)于60kV的(de)試驗裝(zhuang)置中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠(gou)的(de)容(rong)量和沿(yan)面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般(ban)選(xuan)擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)量(liang)很大(da)時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作(zuo)及注意事項

1)試驗前應(ying)先(xian)檢查被試品(pin)是否停(ting)電,接地放電,一(yi)切(qie)對外連(lian)線是否擦干凈(jing)。要嚴防將試驗電壓(ya)加到有人工作的(de)部(bu)位上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗(yan)裝置的(de)接線(xian)后,應復查(cha)無誤(wu)后才可加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設備及引線(xian)與地(di)、與操作人(ren)員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否(fou)可靠(kao)接地(di),要按**規程中所規定(ding)的(de)內容(rong)進行(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大電容量設備應(ying)緩慢升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya),防止被試品的(de)(de)充電電流燒壞微安(an)表。必要時應(ying)分(fen)級(ji)加壓(ya)(ya),分(fen)別讀(du)取各級(ji)電壓(ya)(ya)下(xia)微安(an)表的(de)(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,應密切(qie)監視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍(shuo)等異(yi)常現象應立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源,并查明原因(yin),詳細記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源(yuan)后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身充(chong)分放電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-150KVA/300KV交直流高壓發生器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的試(shi)驗接(jie)(jie)好工作線路。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的外殼(ke)以及(ji)操作系統的外殼(ke)必(bi)須可靠接(jie)(jie)地。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的X端(高壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的F端必(bi)須可靠接(jie)(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器的(de)低壓繞組(zu)的(de)X端,測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端以及(ji)高(gao)壓繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾)均接本級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須通過絕緣支架接地。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操作系(xi)統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位后方(fang)可(ke)接通電(dian)源,合閘,開始(shi)升壓。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后,應在(zai)數秒內勻速的將(jiang)調(diao)壓器(qi)返回至零(ling)位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品(pin)不得超過額(e)定參數使用。除(chu)試驗必須外(wai),決不允許全電壓(ya)通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗過(guo)程中,如發現以下不正常(chang)情況時(shi),應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,停止試驗并查明原因。

8、圖1中(zhong)第(di)9項系壓(ya)(ya)力閥及壓(ya)(ya)力表,為長期(qi)關(guan)閉狀(zhuang)態。每6個月開閥一次,以(yi)(yi)檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力,應不小(xiao)于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)(ya)力后立即關(guan)閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以(yi)(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢(jian)查(cha)絕(jue)緣(yuan)情(qing)況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不(bu)使用時,應放置(zhi)于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光(guang)直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下(xia)長期存放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及(ji)壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產(chan)品做高壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉(xi)本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關標準(zhun)和操作規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)的絕緣(yuan)配合,高壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電(dian)氣設備(bei)預(yu)防性試驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBTQSB-150KVA/300KV交直流高壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的額定(ding)輸(shu)出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi)(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時(shi)(shi),k值可取(qu)高一些(xie)。

Ct——被試(shi)品(pin)的電容量(liang)(pF)
