二、WBTQSB-150KVA/300KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)單框芯式(shi)鐵芯結構(gou),初級繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵芯上,高(gao)壓繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組在(zai)外,這種(zhong)同軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁通(tong),因而(er)增大了繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組間的耦(ou)合。產品的外殼為圓(yuan)柱灌(guan)式(shi)容器(qi)結構(gou),能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓力(li)。其結構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單(dan)相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產的試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用設(she)備,詳細資(zi)料請(qing)見(jian)其具體(ti)使用說明書(shu))系(xi)列操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)箱(xiang)內自(zi)偶(ou)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級繞組,根據電磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可(ke)獲得(de)試(shi)驗所需的高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原理(li)圖見(jian)圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui),串(chuan)接在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)(lu)中(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流,以獲得直(zhi)流高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當用一短(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)短(duan)(duan)接時(shi)(shi),可獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為交(jiao)流輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態;取消短(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)桿時(shi)(shi),作(zuo)(zuo)為直(zhi)流輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態。

注:高壓尾必須可(ke)靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)(e)定容量來選擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)側額(e)(e)定輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)(e)定輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以(yi)上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作為(wei)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管子長(chang)度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應(ying)具有足夠(gou)的(de)熱容量(水(shui)阻液配制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加(jia)入適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同的(de)阻值(zhi))。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙及保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過(guo)球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙整定值時(shi)(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian),對被試(shi)品起到(dao)保護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙保護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓)選(xuan)取(qu)。

在工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中,低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確(que)的(de),其原因是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在著(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漏抗(kang)(kang),在這個漏抗(kang)(kang)上必然(ran)存在著(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于或高于低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映(ying)出(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是(shi)所(suo)謂容升(sheng)現(xian)象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)(kang)必然(ran)存在著(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)量(liang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上所(suo)施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓試驗操作(zuo)注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應(ying)做好(hao)分工,明確相互(hu)間(jian)聯系方法。并有(you)專門人(ren)監護現(xian)場(chang)**及觀(guan)察試品狀態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品應(ying)先清(qing)掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品和試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)帶來(lai)的(de)誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)(shi)驗,一般都應(ying)先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時升(sheng)壓至試(shi)(shi)驗電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能太快(kuai),并必(bi)須防(fang)止突然加壓。例如調壓器不(bu)在零(ling)位時突然合閘(zha)。也(ye)不(bu)能突然切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan),一般應在調壓器降至零(ling)位時拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電壓升至(zhi)試驗(yan)電壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓到1/3試驗(yan)電壓以下時(shi),才能拉開電源。

6)在升(sheng)壓或耐(nai)壓試驗過程中,如(ru)發現下列不正常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立(li)即(ji)降壓,切斷電源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電壓表(biao)指針擺動很大(da);②發現絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試品(pin)內有不正常(chang)的(de)聲音(yin)。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前(qian)后應測(ce)量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做(zuo)被試(shi)品的直流(liu)耐(nai)壓或泄(xie)露(lu)試(shi)驗時(shi)接線原(yuan)理圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所示(shi)。

泄露試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)阻R1選擇在額定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅(gui)堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅(gui)堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中,限流(liu)電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電(dian)阻還應(ying)具有足(zu)夠(gou)的容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)距離。

高壓(ya)濾波(bo)電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)量很(hen)大時,C1可省略(lve)不用(yong)。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及(ji)注(zhu)意事項(xiang)

1)試驗前應先(xian)檢查被試品是否停電(dian),接(jie)地(di)放電(dian),一切(qie)對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試驗電(dian)壓加(jia)到有人工作的部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試驗裝置的接線后,應復查(cha)無誤后才可(ke)加(jia)壓。應特別注意檢查(cha)高壓設備及引線與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操(cao)作人員的**距離(li),被試品的外殼是(shi)否可(ke)靠接地(di),要按**規(gui)程中(zhong)所規(gui)定的內容進(jin)行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量(liang)設備(bei)應緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防(fang)止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒壞微安(an)表。必要時應分級加壓(ya),分別讀(du)(du)取(qu)各(ge)級電(dian)壓(ya)下微安(an)表的穩定讀(du)(du)數。

4)試驗過(guo)程中,應密切監視(shi)被試品(pin)、試驗裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等(deng)異常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳(xiang)細記(ji)錄。

5)試驗完畢,降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源后(hou)應將被試品及(ji)試驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-150KVA/300KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進(jin)行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)試驗接好(hao)工(gong)作線(xian)路。試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)外殼以及(ji)操作系統的(de)(de)(de)外殼必須可(ke)靠接地。試驗變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾(wei))以及(ji)測量繞組的(de)(de)(de)F端必須可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)F端以及(ji)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)外殼必須(xu)通過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系統的(de)調壓(ya)器必須調到(dao)零(ling)位后(hou)方(fang)可接(jie)通電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始升(sheng)壓(ya)。

5、試(shi)驗完畢(bi)后,應(ying)在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位(wei),然后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額定參(can)數使用(yong)。除試(shi)驗必須外(wai),決不(bu)允許全電(dian)(dian)壓通電(dian)(dian)或斷電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發現以(yi)下不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源,停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因。

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓(ya)(ya)力閥及壓(ya)(ya)力表(biao),為長(chang)期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次(ci),以(yi)檢(jian)(jian)查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力,應不(bu)小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)(jian)查壓(ya)(ya)力后立即關閉閥門),低(di)于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應測量被試設備(bei)的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查(cha)絕緣情況(kuang)。

10、當(dang)試驗(yan)變壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光(guang)直射(she)的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在(zai)高(gao)于(yu)45℃的溫度下長期存(cun)放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)(ya)力閥、壓(ya)(ya)力表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用本產(chan)品做高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,出熟悉(xi)本說明書(shu)外,還(huan)必須(xu)嚴格執行國家有關(guan)標準和操作規程(cheng)。可(ke)參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗技術(shu)》;《電氣設備(bei)預(yu)防(fang)性(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-150KVA/300KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的(de)確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓(ya)器容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓器的額定輸(shu)出(chu)高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標(biao)(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)(biao)稱電壓較(jiao)低時(shi),k值可取(qu)高(gao)一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試設備的(de)電容量Ct可由交(jiao)流電橋測(ce)出(chu)。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可由(you)設備的(de)類型而定。
