二、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV交直流高壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)采用單(dan)框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結(jie)(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)組在外(wai),這種(zhong)同軸(zhou)布置(zhi)減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組間的耦合。產品的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容器(qi)結(jie)(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力(li)。其結(jie)(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器為(wei)單(dan)相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯(lian)結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. ;用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為(wei)380V)電源(yuan)接入 (為(wei)本公司生產的試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器配套(tao)專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其(qi)具體使用(yong)說(shuo)明書(shu))系列操作(zuo)箱(臺(tai)),經操作(zuo)箱內自偶調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以(yi)上調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器外(wai)附)調(diao)(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的初級繞組(zu),根據電磁(ci)感(gan)應原(yuan)理,在(zai)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可獲(huo)得試驗(yan)所需的高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)(jiao)直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的工(gong)作原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝(zhuang)有(you)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)作半(ban)波整流,以獲(huo)得直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。當用(yong)一(yi)短(duan)路(lu)桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆短(duan)接(jie)時(shi),可(ke)獲(huo)得工(gong)頻(pin)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),作為(wei)交(jiao)(jiao)流輸(shu)出狀態(tai);取消短(duan)路(lu)桿時(shi),作為(wei)直(zhi)流輸(shu)出狀態(tai)。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中限(xian)流電阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據(ju)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額(e)定容(rong)量來選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電流為(wei)1A以(yi)上時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)(shui)電阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)流電阻(zu)(zu),管子長度可按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子粗細(xi)應具有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(水(shui)(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)(shui)加入適量硫酸(suan)銅配制成各種不(bu)同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙及保護電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過(guo)球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙整(zheng)定值時(shi)(一般取(qu)(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)(shi)品起到保護作用(yong)。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙保護電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)(qu)。

在工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常(chang)準(zhun)確的(de)(de),其原因是(shi)由(you)于試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在著漏(lou)抗,在這(zhe)個漏(lou)抗上(shang)(shang)必(bi)然(ran)存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時(shi),被(bei)試品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容升(sheng)現象(xiang)。感(gan)應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時(shi),試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗必(bi)然(ran)存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)被(bei)試品上(shang)(shang)所施(shi)加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接入FRC阻(zu)容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作(zuo)注意(yi)事項

1)試驗(yan)人員應做好分工(gong),明確相(xiang)互間(jian)聯(lian)系方法(fa)。并(bing)有專門(men)人監護現場**及觀察試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試(shi)品應先(xian)清掃(sao)干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥(zao),以(yi)免(mian)損壞(huai)被試(shi)品和(he)試(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一(yi)般都應先進行空升試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品時升壓至(zhi)試(shi)驗電壓,校(xiao)對各種表計,調(diao)整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓速度不能(neng)太快(kuai),并必須防止突然(ran)加壓。例如調壓器不在(zai)零位時突然(ran)合(he)閘(zha)。也不能(neng)突然(ran)切(qie)斷電源,一(yi)般應在(zai)調壓器降(jiang)至零位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升至試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,開(kai)始(shi)計(ji)時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以下時,才(cai)能拉(la)開(kai)電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗過(guo)程中,如發現(xian)(xian)下列不(bu)(bu)正常(chang)(chang)情況時(shi),應(ying)立即(ji)降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源。停止試驗并查(cha)明原因:①電(dian)壓表指針(zhen)擺動很大;②發現(xian)(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被(bei)試品(pin)內有不(bu)(bu)正常(chang)(chang)的(de)聲(sheng)音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)在做被試(shi)品的直流(liu)耐壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)驗時接線原理(li)圖如(ru)圖6。

注(zhu):此(ci)試驗(yan)應先(xian)抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,輸(shu)出端(duan)短路電(dian)(dian)流不超過(guo)高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)*大整流。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)*大整流電(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗(yan)裝置中,限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾(lv)波(bo)電容(rong)C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)量(liang)很大(da)時,C1可(ke)省略(lve)不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品(pin)是否停電(dian),接地(di)放電(dian),一切對外連線是否擦干凈(jing)。要嚴(yan)防將(jiang)試驗電(dian)壓加到有(you)人工(gong)作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝置的接線(xian)后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢(jian)查高壓(ya)設(she)備及(ji)引線(xian)與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操作(zuo)人員的**距離,被試(shi)品的外殼是否可靠接地(di),要按**規程中所規定的內容(rong)進行試(shi)驗。

3)對(dui)于大(da)電容量(liang)設備應緩慢升(sheng)壓,防止被試品的充電電流燒壞微安表。必要(yao)時應分級加壓,分別讀取各級電壓下微安表的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試驗(yan)(yan)過程中,應密切監視被試品、試驗(yan)(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象(xiang)應立(li)即(ji)降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)完畢(bi),降壓,切(qie)斷電源(yuan)后應(ying)將被試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV交直流高壓發生器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行(xing)的試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的外殼(ke)以(yi)及操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)系統的外殼(ke)必(bi)須可靠接(jie)地(di)。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞組的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及測(ce)量繞組的F端(duan)必(bi)須可靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)必(bi)須(xu)通過(guo)絕緣(yuan)支(zhi)架(jia)接地。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操作系(xi)統的調壓器(qi)必(bi)須調到零位后方(fang)可接通(tong)電源,合閘,開始(shi)升壓。

5、試(shi)驗(yan)完(wan)畢后,應在(zai)數秒內(nei)勻速的將調壓器返回至零(ling)位(wei),然后切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不(bu)得(de)超過額定(ding)參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全(quan)電(dian)壓通電(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現以(yi)下(xia)不正(zheng)常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源,停止試(shi)驗并查明原因。

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力閥(fa)及(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開(kai)閥(fa)一次(ci),以(yi)檢查SF6壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力,應不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門(men)),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后(hou)應測量被試設備的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器(qi)長期不使用時,應(ying)放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地(di)方。

11、該(gai)產(chan)品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運(yun)(yun)輸搬運(yun)(yun)途中不得重(zhong)力(li)沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)、壓(ya)力(li)表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用本產(chan)品(pin)做(zuo)高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外,還(huan)必須嚴(yan)格執行國家有關標準和操作規程。可參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備的(de)絕緣配合(he),高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV交直流高壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗(yan)變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的額定輸出(chu)高壓的有(you)效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)(biao)稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)(biao)稱(cheng)電壓較低時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出(chu)。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的類型而(er)定。
