二、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV交直流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單框(kuang)芯(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級繞組繞在(zai)鐵(tie)芯(xin)上(shang),高壓(ya)繞組在(zai)外(wai),這種同軸布置(zhi)減少了(le)漏磁通,因而(er)增(zeng)大了(le)繞組間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外(wai)殼為圓柱(zhu)灌(guan)式容器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力(li)。其結(jie)構(gou)見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單(dan)相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)接(jie)入(ru) (為(wei)本公(gong)司生產的(de)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用(yong)(yong)設備,詳(xiang)細資料請見其(qi)具體使用(yong)(yong)說明書(shu))系列操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)箱(xiang)內(nei)自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外(wai)附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級繞組(zu),根據電(dian)(dian)磁感應(ying)原理,在試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗所需的(de)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交(jiao)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓試驗(yan)變壓器的工(gong)作原(yuan)理(li)圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓套管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)壓硅堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)壓回路中(zhong)作半波整流(liu)(liu),以(yi)獲(huo)得(de)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓。當用一短路桿(gan)將高(gao)(gao)壓硅堆短接時,可獲(huo)得(de)工(gong)頻(pin)高(gao)(gao)電壓,作為交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態;取消短路桿(gan)時,作為直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗中限流電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)根(gen)據試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的額(e)(e)定容(rong)量來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)(e)定輸出電流在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)(e)定輸出電流為1A以上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)作為限流電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu),管(guan)子長度可按(an)150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應(ying)具有足夠的熱容(rong)量(水阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)液配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球間(jian)隙整定值時(一(yi)般取試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙放電(dian),對被試(shi)品(pin)起到保(bao)護(hu)作用(yong)。球間(jian)隙保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準(zhun)(zhun)確的,其原因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在著(zhu)漏抗,在這(zhe)個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng)(sheng),使試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或(huo)高(gao)于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來(lai)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所(suo)(suo)謂容升(sheng)(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗必然(ran)存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)(zhun)確測量(liang)被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)所(suo)(suo)施加的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)操作注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間(jian)聯系方法。并有專(zhuan)門人監(jian)護現場**及(ji)觀察試(shi)品(pin)狀態(tai)。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損(sun)壞被試(shi)(shi)品和試(shi)(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大(da)型(xing)試驗,一般都應(ying)先進行空升(sheng)(sheng)試驗。即(ji)不(bu)接(jie)試品時升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya),校對(dui)各種(zhong)表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須(xu)防止突(tu)然加壓。例如調壓器(qi)不(bu)在零(ling)位時(shi)突(tu)然合閘。也不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)然切斷(duan)電源,一般應(ying)在調壓器(qi)降至零(ling)位時(shi)拉(la)閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓時(shi)(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi)(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓以下時(shi)(shi),才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在(zai)升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現下列不(bu)正(zheng)(zheng)常情況時,應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有(you)不(bu)正(zheng)(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓器在做(zuo)被試(shi)(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)(shi)驗時接線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先(xian)抽出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄(xie)露(lu)試驗(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過(guo)高壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的*大(da)(da)整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的*大(da)(da)整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置中(zhong),限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還應具(ju)有(you)足夠的容量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗(yan)的操作及注(zhu)意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應(ying)先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是否(fou)停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對外連線(xian)是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部(bu)位上(shang)去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置(zhi)的接(jie)線后,應復查(cha)無誤后才可(ke)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)。應特(te)別(bie)注意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)(ya)設備(bei)及引線與地(di)、與操作人(ren)員的**距離,被(bei)試品的外(wai)殼是否(fou)可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di),要按**規(gui)程(cheng)中所規(gui)定的內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升(sheng)壓,防止被試品(pin)的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表。必(bi)要時(shi)應分級加(jia)壓,分別讀(du)取各級電(dian)壓下微安表的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中(zhong),應密切(qie)監視被(bei)試品、試驗(yan)裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源,并查(cha)明(ming)原因,詳細(xi)記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源后(hou)應(ying)將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分放(fang)電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV交直流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所(suo)進(jin)行的試驗接好工作線(xian)路。試驗變壓器(qi)的外殼(ke)以及操作系統的外殼(ke)必須可靠接地。試驗變壓器(qi)高壓繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(高壓尾(wei))以及測(ce)量繞組(zu)的F端(duan)必須可靠接地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的低(di)壓繞(rao)(rao)組的X端,測量繞(rao)(rao)組的F端以及高(gao)壓繞(rao)(rao)組的X端(高(gao)壓尾(wei))均接本級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的外殼。**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的外殼必須(xu)通過絕緣支架(jia)接地(di)。

3、接通電源(yuan)前,操作(zuo)系統的調壓(ya)器必須調到零位后方可接通電源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有:快(kuai)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按(an)一定(ding)的升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的額定(ding)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以每秒2%額定(ding)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的速度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意(yi)測(ce)量儀表的指示(shi)以及(ji)被試品(pin)的情況(kuang)(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)過程(cheng)中如發現測(ce)量儀表的指示(shi)及(ji)被試品(pin)情況(kuang)(kuang)異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情況(kuang)(kuang)。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源。

6、本產(chan)品(pin)不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過額定參數使用(yong)。除(chu)試驗必須外(wai),決不(bu)允(yun)許全電壓(ya)通電或(huo)斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如(ru)發現以下(xia)不正常情況(kuang)時(shi),應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并查明(ming)原因。

⑴電壓表指(zhi)針擺動(或數字跳動)很大(da)

⑵電流表直(zhi)線上(shang)升(sheng)

被試品內有不(bu)正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表(biao),為長(chang)期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次(ci),以檢查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li),應不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)(ya)力(li)后立即關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓器(qi)長(chang)期不使用(yong)時,應放置(zhi)于(yu)通風、干燥、無(wu)陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允(yun)許在高于45℃的溫度下長期(qi)存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸(shu)搬運(yun)途中不得重(zhong)力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得(de)擅自松動。

14、使用本產品(pin)做高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本說明(ming)書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關標準和操作規程。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)變設備(bei)的絕(jue)緣配合(he),高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設備(bei)預(yu)防性試驗規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV交直流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量Pn的(de)確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)額定輸(shu)出高壓(ya)的(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電(dian)壓(ya)較低時(shi),k值(zhi)可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試設(she)備的電(dian)容量Ct可(ke)由交流電(dian)橋(qiao)測出。Ct的變化(hua)很(hen)大(da),

可(ke)由設備(bei)的類(lei)型而定。
