二、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV工頻交流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器采用單框(kuang)芯式(shi)鐵(tie)芯結(jie)構(gou),初級(ji)繞組繞在(zai)鐵(tie)芯上(shang),高壓(ya)(ya)繞組在(zai)外(wai),這(zhe)種同軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁通,因而(er)增大(da)了繞組間的耦合。產品的外(wai)殼為圓柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器結(jie)構(gou),能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器為(wei)單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器,聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工(gong)頻(pin)220V(10kVA以(yi)(yi)上(shang)為(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源接(jie)入 (為(wei)本公司生產(chan)的(de)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器配套專用設(she)備,詳細資料請見其具(ju)體(ti)使用說明書)系(xi)列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以(yi)(yi)上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)器外附(fu))調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)初級(ji)繞組,根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁感(gan)應原(yuan)理(li),在試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞組可(ke)獲得(de)試(shi)驗所需的(de)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的工作(zuo)原(yuan)理圖(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套(tao)管(guan)中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路中(zhong)作(zuo)半波整流(liu)(liu),以獲得(de)直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當(dang)用一短(duan)路桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短(duan)接(jie)時(shi)(shi),可獲得(de)工頻高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀態;取消短(duan)路桿時(shi)(shi),作(zuo)為(wei)直流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀態。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)做(zuo)被試(shi)品的工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)使(shi)用接線(xian)原(yuan)理圖(tu)見圖(tu)5。

注:高壓尾必(bi)須可(ke)靠接地(di)

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中限流電(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額定(ding)容量來(lai)選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)輸出電(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)輸出電(dian)流為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常(chang)用水電(dian)阻作為限流電(dian)阻,管子長(chang)度可按150kV/m考慮(lv),管子粗(cu)細應(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱容量(水阻液配制方(fang)法:用蒸餾(liu)水加入適量硫(liu)酸銅配制成各種不同的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)間隙(xi)及保護電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球(qiu)間隙(xi)整定值時(一般(ban)取試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙(xi)放電(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)起到(dao)保護作用。球(qiu)間隙(xi)保護電(dian)阻(zu)可按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)(biao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)(shi)非常準(zhun)確的(de)(de),其原因是(shi)(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)這(zhe)個(ge)漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)上(shang)反映出來的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)所謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作注(zhu)意事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分(fen)工(gong),明確相互間(jian)聯系方法。并有專門(men)人監護(hu)現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)(shi)品和試(shi)(shi)驗帶(dai)來(lai)的誤差。

3)對于大(da)型試驗(yan)(yan),一(yi)般都應(ying)先進行空升試驗(yan)(yan)。即(ji)不(bu)接試品時升壓至試驗(yan)(yan)電壓,校對各(ge)種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度(du)不(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須防(fang)止突然(ran)(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調壓(ya)(ya)器不(bu)在(zai)(zai)零位時(shi)突然(ran)(ran)合閘(zha)。也不(bu)能(neng)突然(ran)(ran)切(qie)斷電源,一般應在(zai)(zai)調壓(ya)(ya)器降至零位時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當(dang)電壓升至試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓時(shi),開始計(ji)時(shi),到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速降壓到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓以下(xia)時(shi),才(cai)能拉開電源(yuan)。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)(fa)現下列不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)常情況時(shi),應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源。停止試(shi)驗并查明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動很大(da);②發(fa)(fa)現絕緣燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后應測量(liang)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕緣(yuan)(yuan)情(qing)況(kuang)。

試驗(yan)變壓器在做被試品的(de)直流耐壓或泄露(lu)試驗(yan)時接線原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗(yan)應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸出電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸出端(duan)短路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)還(huan)應(ying)具(ju)有足夠(gou)的容量和沿面放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品(pin)的電容量很大時,C1可(ke)省略(lve)不(bu)用。

泄露試驗的操作(zuo)及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應(ying)先(xian)檢查(cha)被試(shi)品是否(fou)停電(dian),接(jie)地放(fang)電(dian),一切對外連(lian)線是否(fou)擦干(gan)凈。要嚴防(fang)將(jiang)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓加(jia)到有人(ren)工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接好(hao)試(shi)驗裝置的接線(xian)后(hou),應復(fu)查無(wu)誤后(hou)才可加壓。應特別注(zhu)意檢查高壓設備及引線(xian)與地、與操作(zuo)人員的**距(ju)離(li),被試(shi)品的外殼是否可靠接地,要(yao)按**規(gui)程(cheng)中(zhong)所(suo)規(gui)定的內(nei)容(rong)進行(xing)試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防止被試品的充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞微安(an)表。必要時應(ying)分級(ji)加壓,分別(bie)讀(du)取各級(ji)電(dian)壓下微安(an)表的穩(wen)定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗過程中,應(ying)密切監視(shi)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微安(an)表(biao),一(yi)旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異常現象(xiang)應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因(yin),詳細記錄。

四、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV工頻交流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)接好工作線路。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的外(wai)殼以及操作系(xi)統的外(wai)殼必須可(ke)靠(kao)接地。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)高(gao)壓繞組的X端(高(gao)壓尾)以及測量(liang)繞組的F端必須可(ke)靠(kao)接地。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(duan),測量(liang)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)(duan)以(yi)及高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾(wei))均接本級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須通過絕緣支架接地(di)。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電源前,操作系統的(de)調(diao)壓器必須(xu)調(diao)到(dao)零(ling)位后方可接(jie)通(tong)電源,合(he)閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開(kai)始均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪(lun)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有(you):快速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢(man)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢(man)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始按一定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速度上升(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速度升(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指示以(yi)及被試(shi)品的(de)(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)驗(yan)過程中如發現測量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指示及被試(shi)品情況異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使(shi)用。除試驗必須外(wai),決不允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或(huo)耐壓試驗過程中(zhong),如發現以(yi)下不正(zheng)常情(qing)況時(shi),應(ying)立(li)即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,停止試驗并(bing)查明原因。

⑵電流表直(zhi)線上升(sheng)

被試(shi)品內有不(bu)正常的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系(xi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)(li)表,為長期關閉狀(zhuang)態。每(mei)6個(ge)月開閥一(yi)次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li)(li),應(ying)不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)(li)后立即關閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗前后(hou)應測量被(bei)試設(she)備的(de)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長期不使用(yong)時,應放(fang)置于通(tong)風、干燥、無(wu)陽光直(zhi)射(she)的地(di)方。

11、該(gai)產品不(bu)允許在(zai)高(gao)于45℃的溫度下(xia)長期存放、使用(yong)、放氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途中不得重力(li)沖(chong)擊。

13、產品(pin)緊(jin)固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品(pin)做高(gao)壓試驗(yan)時(shi),出熟(shu)悉(xi)本說明(ming)書外,還(huan)必須嚴格執行國家有關標(biao)準(zhun)和操作(zuo)規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變(bian)設備的絕(jue)緣配合,高(gao)壓試驗(yan)技術(shu)》;《電氣設備預防性試驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV工頻交流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器容量(liang)Pn的確(que)定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出(chu)高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較低時,k值可取(qu)高(gao)一些(xie)。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)率(lv)

被(bei)試(shi)設備的(de)(de)電容量Ct可(ke)由交流電橋(qiao)測出(chu)。Ct的(de)(de)變化很大,

可由設備(bei)的類型(xing)而定。
