一、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV交流耐壓變壓器概述

二、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV交流耐壓變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單框(kuang)芯式(shi)鐵(tie)芯結(jie)(jie)構(gou),初級繞組繞在鐵(tie)芯上(shang),高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組在外,這種同軸布(bu)置減少了漏(lou)磁(ci)通,因而增大了繞組間的耦(ou)合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容(rong)器(qi)結(jie)(jie)構(gou),能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV交流耐壓變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)為單相(xiang)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接入 (為本公(gong)司生產的試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其具(ju)體使(shi)用(yong)說明書)系列操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)器(qi)外附(fu))調節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的初級(ji)繞組(zu),根據(ju)電磁感(gan)應原理,在(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的高電壓(ya)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗中(zhong)限(xian)流電阻(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)(ying)根據(ju)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的額定(ding)容量來選擇。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)輸出電流在(zai)100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)輸出電流為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓(ya))。常用水電阻(zu)(zu)作為限(xian)流電阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子長度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應(ying)(ying)具有足夠的熱容量(水阻(zu)(zu)液配制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫(liu)酸(suan)銅配制(zhi)成各種不(bu)同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙及保(bao)護電阻(zu):當電壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙整定值時(一般取試驗電壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙放電,對被試品起到保(bao)護作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙保(bao)護電阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電壓)選取。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的(de),其原因是(shi)由(you)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或(huo)高(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸(shu)出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂(wei)容升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏抗必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)人(ren)(ren)員應(ying)做好分工,明確(que)相(xiang)互間(jian)聯系(xi)方(fang)法(fa)。并有(you)專(zhuan)門人(ren)(ren)監護現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品應先(xian)清(qing)掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于大型(xing)試驗(yan)(yan),一般都應(ying)先進行(xing)空升(sheng)試驗(yan)(yan)。即不接試品(pin)時升(sheng)壓至試驗(yan)(yan)電壓,校(xiao)對各(ge)種表(biao)計(ji),調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓速(su)度不(bu)能太快(kuai),并必須防止(zhi)突然(ran)加壓。例如調(diao)壓器(qi)不(bu)在零(ling)位時突然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能突然(ran)切斷電(dian)源,一般應(ying)在調(diao)壓器(qi)降至(zhi)零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升(sheng)至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)以(yi)下時(shi),才能拉開電源。

6)在(zai)升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),如發(fa)現(xian)下列不正(zheng)常情況時,應立(li)即(ji)降壓,切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗并查(cha)明(ming)原(yuan)因(yin):①電壓表指針擺(bai)動很(hen)大(da);②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前后應(ying)測量(liang)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗變壓器(qi)在做被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)直(zhi)流耐壓或泄露試驗時(shi)接線原理(li)圖如圖6。

注:此(ci)試驗(yan)應(ying)先抽出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中(zhong)所示。

泄露(lu)試驗(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出(chu)電壓(ya)時,輸出(chu)端短路電流(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整流(liu)。如電壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整流(liu)電流(liu)為100mA時用(yong)于60kV的(de)試驗(yan)裝置中(zhong),限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)還應具有足夠(gou)的(de)容量和(he)沿面放電距離。

高壓(ya)濾波電容C1一般選(xuan)擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品(pin)的電容量很大(da)時,C1可省略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的(de)操作及(ji)注(zhu)意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗前(qian)應先檢查被試(shi)品是否(fou)停電(dian)(dian),接(jie)地放(fang)電(dian)(dian),一(yi)切(qie)對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈(jing)。要嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓加到有人工作的(de)部位上去。

2)接(jie)(jie)好試驗裝置的(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)后,應復(fu)查無誤后才可加壓(ya)。應特(te)別注意檢(jian)查高(gao)壓(ya)設備及(ji)引線(xian)與地、與操作人員的(de)(de)**距(ju)離,被試品(pin)的(de)(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定(ding)的(de)(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)容量設備(bei)應(ying)(ying)緩慢(man)升(sheng)壓(ya),防止被(bei)試品(pin)的充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒壞微安表。必(bi)要時應(ying)(ying)分(fen)級加壓(ya),分(fen)別讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微安表的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,應密切監視(shi)被試品(pin)、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦(dan)發生(sheng)擊穿(chuan)、閃(shan)爍(shuo)等(deng)異常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查(cha)明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源后應將(jiang)被(bei)試品及試驗(yan)裝置本身充分放電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV交流耐壓變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好工(gong)作(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)外殼以及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的(de)外殼必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)高壓繞組的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高壓尾)以及(ji)測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)(duan)必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的低壓(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(duan),測量繞組的F端(duan)以(yi)及高壓(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外殼必須(xu)通過絕緣支架接地。

3、接(jie)通電(dian)源前,操作系統(tong)的(de)調壓器必須調到零位(wei)后(hou)方可(ke)接(jie)通電(dian)源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零(ling)開始均(jun)勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手(shou)輪升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐級升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐級升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用(yong)。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開始按(an)一定(ding)(ding)的(de)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速度(du)(du)上升到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后(hou),在以每秒2%額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速度(du)(du)升到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注意測量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)以及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中如發現(xian)測量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,查明情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應(ying)在數秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓(ya)器返(fan)回(hui)至零位,然后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品(pin)不(bu)得(de)超過額定參(can)數使(shi)用(yong)。除試驗必須外(wai),決不(bu)允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗過程中,如(ru)發現(xian)以下(xia)不(bu)正常情(qing)況(kuang)時(shi),應立(li)即降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電源,停止試驗并查明原因。

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。每6個月(yue)開閥(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li),應(ying)(ying)不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)(ya)力(li)后立即關(guan)閉(bi)(bi)閥(fa)門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應(ying)(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應(ying)測量被試(shi)設(she)備的絕緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢查絕緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使(shi)用時,應(ying)放(fang)置于(yu)通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產(chan)品不允許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬(ban)運途(tu)中不得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及(ji)壓力閥(fa)、壓力表不(bu)得(de)擅自(zi)松動(dong)。

14、使(shi)用本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時,出熟悉(xi)本(ben)說明書外,還必須(xu)嚴格執行國家有關標準(zhun)和(he)操作規程。可參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸(shu)變設(she)備(bei)(bei)的絕緣配合(he),高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)技術》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)(bei)預防性(xing)試驗(yan)(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-100KVA/300KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱(cheng)試驗變壓器(qi)容(rong)量Pn的確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定輸出高壓(ya)的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值可取高一些(xie)。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)
