二、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV交直流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構,初(chu)級繞組(zu)繞在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)在(zai)外,這種同軸布(bu)置減少(shao)了漏磁通(tong),因(yin)而增大了繞組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容器(qi)結(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器為單相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司(si)生(sheng)產的(de)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器配套專用設備,詳細資料請見其具體使用說明書)系(xi)列(lie)操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器外(wai)附(fu))調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)初級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu),根(gen)據電(dian)磁感應原理,在(zai)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可(ke)獲(huo)得試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)所(suo)需的(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以(yi)上(shang)時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作(zuo)為限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足(zu)夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配(pei)(pei)制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適(shi)量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅(tong)配(pei)(pei)制(zhi)成(cheng)各(ge)種不同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保(bao)護電阻:當(dang)電壓(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一般(ban)取試驗電壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電,對(dui)被(bei)試品(pin)起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護電阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確(que)的(de),其原(yuan)因是由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上必然(ran)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)(rong)升,使試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反映出來的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所謂容(rong)(rong)升現(xian)象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)必然(ran)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確(que)測(ce)量被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上所施(shi)加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容(rong)(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人員應(ying)做(zuo)好(hao)分工,明確相互間(jian)聯(lian)系方(fang)法。并有專門人監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應(ying)先清掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤差(cha)。

3)對于大(da)型試(shi)驗,一般都應先進行空升試(shi)驗。即(ji)不接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗電壓,校對各(ge)種表(biao)計,調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能(neng)太(tai)快,并必(bi)須防止突然加壓。例如調壓器不(bu)在零(ling)位(wei)時(shi)突然合(he)閘(zha)。也不(bu)能(neng)突然切斷電源,一般應在調壓器降至(zhi)零(ling)位(wei)時(shi)拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)至(zhi)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,開始計(ji)時,到1min后(hou),迅(xun)速(su)降壓(ya)到1/3試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以(yi)下時,才(cai)能拉開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現(xian)下列(lie)不正常情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan)。停止試驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被(bei)試品內有不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)前后應測量絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查(cha)絕緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)在(zai)做被試品的直流耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)或泄露試驗時(shi)接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先(xian)抽(chou)出(chu)短路(lu)桿(gan)“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露(lu)試驗(yan)中(zhong)限流電阻R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸(shu)出(chu)電壓時(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)端短路(lu)電流不(bu)超過高壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)流。如電壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)流電流為100mA時(shi)用(yong)于(yu)60kV的試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中(zhong),限流電阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限流電阻還應具有(you)足夠的容量和沿(yan)面(mian)放電距離。

高壓(ya)濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電(dian)容(rong)量很大時(shi),C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作(zuo)及注意事(shi)項

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是否停電(dian),接(jie)地放電(dian),一切對(dui)外連線是否擦干凈(jing)。要(yao)嚴防將(jiang)試驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置的(de)接線后(hou),應復查無誤(wu)后(hou)才可加壓(ya)。應特別(bie)注(zhu)意檢查高壓(ya)設(she)備及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操(cao)作人員的(de)**距離(li),被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)是(shi)否(fou)可靠接地,要(yao)按**規程(cheng)中所規定的(de)內(nei)容進(jin)行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)容量設(she)備應緩慢升壓,防止被試(shi)品的(de)(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞(huai)微安(an)表(biao)。必要時(shi)應分級加壓,分別讀取各級電(dian)壓下微安(an)表(biao)的(de)(de)穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密切(qie)監視被(bei)試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃(shan)爍等異常現象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源,并查明(ming)原(yuan)因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)本身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV交直流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)接好工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼以及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的(de)外殼必須(xu)可靠接地(di)。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測(ce)量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可靠接地(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測(ce)量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架接地。

3、接通(tong)電源前(qian),操(cao)作系統(tong)的調(diao)壓器必(bi)須(xu)調(diao)到零(ling)位后方(fang)可接通(tong)電源,合(he)閘(zha),開始(shi)升壓。

4、從(cong)零開(kai)始均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有(you):快速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢(man)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢(man)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供(gong)選用(yong)。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開(kai)始按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速度上(shang)升(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度升(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切注意測量儀表的(de)(de)指示(shi)以及被試(shi)品的(de)(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或(huo)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong)如發現測量儀表的(de)(de)指示(shi)及被試(shi)品情(qing)況異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試(shi)驗(yan)完(wan)畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器(qi)返(fan)回至零位,然后切斷(duan)電源(yuan)。

6、本(ben)產(chan)品(pin)不得(de)超(chao)過額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許全(quan)電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過(guo)程中,如發現以下不正(zheng)常情(qing)況時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,停止試驗并查明原因。

⑴電壓(ya)表指針擺動(dong)(或數字跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內有不正常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)力閥(fa)(fa)及壓(ya)力表,為長期關閉狀態(tai)。每6個月開(kai)閥(fa)(fa)一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力,應(ying)不小(xiao)于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力后(hou)立(li)即關閉閥(fa)(fa)門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測(ce)量被試設備的絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓(ya)器長期不使(shi)用時,應放置于通風、干(gan)燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長(chang)期(qi)存放、使用(yong)、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不得(de)重(zhong)力(li)沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產(chan)品做高壓試(shi)驗時(shi),出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴(yan)格執行(xing)國(guo)家有關標準(zhun)和操作(zuo)規(gui)程。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓輸(shu)變(bian)設備(bei)的絕(jue)緣配合,高壓試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預(yu)防性試(shi)驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV交直流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量(liang)Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額定輸出高壓的(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較低(di)時,k值可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)(pin)率

被試設(she)備的(de)電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可由設備的類型而定。
