二、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器采用單(dan)框芯式(shi)鐵芯結(jie)(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這(zhe)種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大了(le)繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外殼(ke)為圓柱灌式(shi)容(rong)器結(jie)(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓(ya)力(li)。其結(jie)(jie)構見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結(jie)組(zu)標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ.&nbsp;用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電源(yuan)接入 (為本公司生(sheng)產的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用設(she)備(bei),詳細資料請見(jian)其具體使用說(shuo)明書)系(xi)列操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺(tai)),經操作(zuo)箱(xiang)內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞組(zu),根據電磁感應(ying)原理,在(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需(xu)的(de)高(gao)電壓(ya)。

注:高壓尾必須可(ke)靠(kao)接地

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據(ju)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額定(ding)容量(liang)(liang)來選擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi)(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時(shi)(shi),可取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)(yong)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長度(du)可按(an)150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子粗細應(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱容量(liang)(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)液配(pei)制方法(fa):用(yong)(yong)蒸餾(liu)水(shui)加入適量(liang)(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配(pei)制成各(ge)種不同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙及保護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球間(jian)隙整定值時(一般取(qu)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙放電(dian)(dian),對被試品起到保護作用。球間(jian)隙保護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的,其原因是(shi)由于試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)這個(ge)漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必(bi)然(ran)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)或容升,使試品(pin)上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)上(shang)反映出來(lai)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,被試品(pin)上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏(lou)抗(kang)必(bi)然(ran)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)。為了(le)準確測量(liang)(liang)被試品(pin)上(shang)所施(shi)加的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入(ru)FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗人員應做好(hao)分(fen)工,明確相互間(jian)聯系(xi)方法。并有專(zhuan)門(men)人監護現(xian)場(chang)**及觀(guan)察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)應先(xian)清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一(yi)般都應先進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品(pin)時升壓(ya)至(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya),校對各種表計,調整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)(bu)能太(tai)快,并(bing)必(bi)須防(fang)止突(tu)然(ran)加(jia)壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)(bu)在零位時突(tu)然(ran)合閘(zha)。也不(bu)(bu)能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源(yuan),一般應(ying)在調壓(ya)器(qi)降至(zhi)零位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電壓(ya)升(sheng)至(zhi)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電壓(ya)以下時(shi),才(cai)能拉開(kai)電源(yuan)。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列不正(zheng)常情況時,應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源。停止試驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被(bei)試品內有(you)不正(zheng)常的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前后應(ying)測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試驗變壓(ya)器在做被試品的直流耐(nai)壓(ya)或泄露試驗時接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗(yan)應先抽出短路(lu)桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所(suo)示(shi)。

泄露試(shi)(shi)驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)壓時(shi)(shi),輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)(shi)用于60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)(shi)驗裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)還應具有足夠(gou)的(de)(de)容量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波(bo)電(dian)容(rong)C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容(rong)量很大時(shi),C1可省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操(cao)作及注意(yi)事項

1)試驗前應先檢(jian)查被試品(pin)是否停(ting)電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對外連(lian)線(xian)是否擦干凈。要(yao)嚴防將(jiang)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)加到有人(ren)工作的部位(wei)上去(qu)。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置的(de)接線后,應(ying)復查無誤后才(cai)可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特別注意檢查高壓設備及引線與地(di)、與操作人員的(de)**距(ju)離,被試品的(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接地(di),要按**規程中所規定的(de)內(nei)容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大(da)電容量設備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品的充電電流燒(shao)壞(huai)微安表。必要(yao)時應分(fen)級加(jia)壓(ya),分(fen)別讀(du)取各(ge)級電壓(ya)下(xia)微安表的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗(yan)(yan)過程中,應密(mi)切監視被試品、試驗(yan)(yan)裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立(li)即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,并查(cha)明原因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完(wan)畢(bi),降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan)后應將被試(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充分放(fang)電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按照您所進(jin)行的試(shi)(shi)驗接好工作線路。試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外殼以及操作系統的外殼必(bi)須(xu)可靠接地。試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(duan)(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)以及測量繞組的F端(duan)(duan)必(bi)須(xu)可靠接地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須通過絕(jue)緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作系統的調壓器必須調到零位后方可接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從(cong)零開始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢(man)(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢(man)(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開始按一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)您所需(xu)的(de)額定(ding)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在(zai)以(yi)每秒2%額定(ding)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)您所需(xu)的(de)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切注意測(ce)(ce)量儀(yi)表的(de)指示以(yi)及被試品的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試驗過程中如發(fa)現測(ce)(ce)量儀(yi)表的(de)指示及被試品情(qing)況(kuang)異(yi)常(chang),應(ying)立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將(jiang)調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷(duan)電(dian)源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超(chao)過額定參數使用。除(chu)試驗(yan)必須外(wai),決(jue)不(bu)允許全電(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發(fa)現以(yi)下(xia)不(bu)正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電源(yuan),停止試(shi)驗并查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(或數字跳動)很(hen)大

⑵電流(liu)表直線上升

被試品內有(you)不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表,為長(chang)期關(guan)閉狀態。每(mei)6個(ge)月(yue)開閥一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應(ying)(ying)不(bu)小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后立(li)即關(guan)閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)(ying)加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后應測量被試設備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

10、當(dang)試驗(yan)變壓器長期不使用時,應放(fang)置于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光(guang)直(zhi)射的地方(fang)。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下長期存(cun)放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不(bu)得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓力(li)(li)閥(fa)、壓力(li)(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)(ben)產品(pin)做(zuo)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)時,出熟悉(xi)本(ben)(ben)說明書外(wai),還必(bi)須嚴(yan)格執行國家有關標準和操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設(she)備的(de)絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設(she)備預防性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV高壓耐壓成套裝置容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量(liang)Pn的(de)確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額定輸(shu)出(chu)高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)(ya)較(jiao)低(di)時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源(yuan)的頻率

被試設備的(de)電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可由設備(bei)的類型(xing)而(er)定。
