一、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV試驗變壓器概述(shu)

二、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上(shang),高(gao)壓繞(rao)組在(zai)外,這種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通,因而(er)增(zeng)大了(le)繞(rao)組間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外殼為圓柱(zhu)灌(guan)式容器(qi)結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力(li)。其結構見圖1:

三、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接(jie)入 (為本公司(si)生產的試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料(liao)請見(jian)其具體使用(yong)說明書)系(xi)列操作(zuo)箱(臺(tai)),經操作(zuo)箱內自偶調壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓輸出(chu)至YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級繞(rao)組,根據(ju)電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理,在試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓繞(rao)組可獲得試驗(yan)所需的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列(lie)交(jiao)直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的工(gong)作原理圖(tu)(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)(tu)3,圖(tu)(tu)中高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套(tao)管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回(hui)路(lu)中作半波整(zheng)流(liu),以獲得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接時,可獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作為交(jiao)流(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態;取(qu)消短路(lu)桿時,作為直(zhi)流(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態。

YDQ系列高壓試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)做被試(shi)品的工頻(pin)耐壓試(shi)驗使用接線(xian)原理圖見圖5。

注(zhu):高壓尾必(bi)須可(ke)靠(kao)接地

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中限流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)容(rong)量來選擇。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出電流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi)(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出電流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時(shi)(shi),可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電壓(ya))。常(chang)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)電阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu),管子長(chang)度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠(gou)的(de)熱容(rong)量(水(shui)(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配制方(fang)法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)(shui)加入(ru)適量硫(liu)酸銅配制成各種不(bu)同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙及(ji)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙整定值(zhi)時(一般取試(shi)驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙放電(dian),對被試(shi)品起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓)選取。

在工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中,低電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)(shi)非常(chang)準確(que)的(de),其原因是(shi)(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)必然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升,使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映(ying)出來的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)所謂容升現象(xiang)。感(gan)應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗必然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確(que)測量(liang)被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施加的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)人員(yuan)應做好(hao)分(fen)工(gong),明確相互間聯系方(fang)法。并有專門(men)人監護現場(chang)**及(ji)觀察試(shi)品狀態(tai)。

2)被試品應先清掃干凈(jing),并(bing)**干燥,以免損(sun)壞(huai)被試品和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗,一(yi)般都應(ying)先進(jin)行(xing)空(kong)升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時升(sheng)壓至試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓,校對各種表(biao)計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度不能太(tai)快,并必(bi)須防止突然(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器不在零位(wei)時突然(ran)合閘。也(ye)不能突然(ran)切斷電(dian)源,一般應在調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器降(jiang)至零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時,開始計時,到(dao)1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才能拉(la)開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發現下(xia)列不(bu)正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因(yin):①電壓表指(zhi)針擺動很(hen)大;②發現絕緣燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試(shi)品(pin)內有不(bu)正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)在做被試品的直(zhi)流耐壓(ya)或泄露試驗(yan)時接線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅堆(dui)的(de)(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的(de)(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用(yong)于(yu)60kV的(de)(de)試驗裝置中,限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具(ju)有足夠的(de)(de)容(rong)量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗前應先(xian)檢查被試品是否停電(dian)(dian),接地放電(dian)(dian),一切對外連線(xian)是否擦干凈(jing)。要(yao)嚴防(fang)將試驗電(dian)(dian)壓加到有人工作的(de)部(bu)位上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接線(xian)后,應(ying)復查(cha)無誤后才可加壓(ya)。應(ying)特別注意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設備及引線(xian)與地、與操(cao)作人員的(de)**距離(li),被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可靠(kao)接地,要按**規程(cheng)中所規定(ding)的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于(yu)大(da)電容量(liang)設備應(ying)緩(huan)慢升壓(ya),防止被試品的充電電流燒壞微(wei)安表(biao)。必要時應(ying)分(fen)級加壓(ya),分(fen)別(bie)讀(du)取各(ge)級電壓(ya)下(xia)微(wei)安表(biao)的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中,應密切(qie)監視被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)、微安表(biao),一(yi)旦發(fa)生擊(ji)穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常現象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查(cha)明(ming)原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電源后(hou)應將被試品及試驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電。

四、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所(suo)進行的試驗(yan)(yan)接(jie)好(hao)工作(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外(wai)殼以及操作(zuo)系統的外(wai)殼必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地。試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(duan)(duan)(高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及測量(liang)繞組的F端(duan)(duan)必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的低壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的X端,測(ce)量繞組(zu)的F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼(ke)必須(xu)通過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作系(xi)統的調壓器必(bi)須調到零位后方可接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從(cong)零開始(shi)均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有(you):快速(su)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐級升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速(su)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐級升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速(su)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開始(shi)按一定(ding)的升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度(du)上升到(dao)您(nin)所需的額定(ding)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以每秒2%額定(ding)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的速(su)度(du)升到(dao)您(nin)所需的額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注意測(ce)量(liang)儀表的指示以及被試品的情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試驗過程中(zhong)如發現測(ce)量(liang)儀表的指示及被試品情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan),查明情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后(hou)(hou),應在數秒內勻速(su)的(de)將調壓器返回至零位(wei),然后(hou)(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額定參數(shu)使用。除試驗必(bi)須外,決不(bu)允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐(nai)壓試驗過程中(zhong),如發現以下不正常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷電源,停止試驗并查明原因。

被(bei)試品(pin)內有不正常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力閥及壓力表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓力,應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓力后立(li)即關(guan)閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)(qi)體,以增(zeng)加氣(qi)(qi)絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓(ya)實(shi)驗前后應測量被(bei)試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期不使用(yong)時(shi),應放置于通風(feng)、干(gan)燥(zao)、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產(chan)品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固(gu)件及壓(ya)力閥(fa)、壓(ya)力表(biao)不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關標準(zhun)和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸(shu)變設(she)備的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設(she)備預防性試(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量(liang)Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸(shu)出高(gao)壓的有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值可取(qu)高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的頻率(lv)

被試設(she)備(bei)的電(dian)容量(liang)Ct可(ke)由交流(liu)電(dian)橋測出。Ct的變(bian)化很大,

可由設備(bei)的類(lei)型而定。
