二、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器采用(yong)單框(kuang)芯(xin)(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外(wai),這種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁(ci)通,因而(er)增(zeng)大了(le)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的耦合。產品的外(wai)殼(ke)為(wei)圓柱灌式(shi)容器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖(tu)1:

三、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV高壓試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器為(wei)單相變壓(ya)(ya)器,聯結組標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產的(de)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器配(pei)套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請(qing)見其(qi)具體使用(yong)說明書)系列操(cao)作箱(臺),經(jing)操(cao)作箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器外附)調(diao)節(jie)至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)初級(ji)繞組,根(gen)據電(dian)磁感應原(yuan)理,在(zai)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試驗(yan)所需(xu)的(de)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1應(ying)根(gen)據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額定容量(liang)來選擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)側額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻作為(wei)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻,管(guan)(guan)子長度可(ke)(ke)按(an)150kV/m考(kao)慮(lv),管(guan)(guan)子粗(cu)細應(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱容量(liang)(水(shui)(shui)阻液(ye)配制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)(shui)加(jia)入適量(liang)硫酸銅(tong)配制成(cheng)各種不(bu)同的(de)阻值)。

球間(jian)隙及(ji)保護(hu)(hu)電阻:當電壓(ya)超過球間(jian)隙整定值時(一般取試驗(yan)電壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙放電,對被試品(pin)起到保護(hu)(hu)作用。球間(jian)隙保護(hu)(hu)電阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya))選(xuan)取。

在工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)(shi)非常(chang)準確的(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在著漏抗(kang),在這個漏抗(kang)上必(bi)(bi)然存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出來的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是(shi)(shi)所(suo)謂(wei)容(rong)升(sheng)現象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)必(bi)(bi)然存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了(le)準確測量(liang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上所(suo)施加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作(zuo)注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應(ying)做(zuo)好分工,明確相互間聯(lian)系方法。并有專門人監護現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試品(pin)應先(xian)清掃干(gan)凈(jing),并**干(gan)燥,以(yi)免損壞被試品(pin)和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)(shi)驗,一(yi)般(ban)都應先(xian)進行空升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya),校對各種表(biao)計(ji),調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須防止(zhi)突(tu)然(ran)加壓。例如調壓器不(bu)在(zai)零(ling)位時突(tu)然(ran)合閘(zha)。也不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)然(ran)切(qie)斷(duan)電源,一(yi)般應在(zai)調壓器降至零(ling)位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓升至(zhi)試驗電(dian)壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅(xun)速降壓到(dao)1/3試驗電(dian)壓以下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓或耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列(lie)不正常情況時,應立(li)即(ji)降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因:①電(dian)壓表指針擺動很大(da);②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)在做被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的直流(liu)耐(nai)壓或泄(xie)露(lu)試(shi)(shi)驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出(chu)短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)還應具有足夠的容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波(bo)電容C1一(yi)般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量很(hen)大(da)時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢查被試(shi)品(pin)是否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外(wai)連線(xian)是否擦干(gan)凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好(hao)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置的接線(xian)后(hou),應(ying)(ying)復查無誤后(hou)才(cai)可(ke)加壓。應(ying)(ying)特別注意檢查高壓設備及引線(xian)與地(di)、與操作(zuo)人員的**距離,被試(shi)品的外殼是否可(ke)靠接地(di),要按(an)**規(gui)程中所(suo)規(gui)定的內(nei)容進(jin)行(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢(man)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya),防(fang)止(zhi)被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微(wei)(wei)安表(biao)。必要時應分(fen)級加(jia)壓(ya)(ya),分(fen)別(bie)讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)下微(wei)(wei)安表(biao)的穩(wen)定(ding)讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應(ying)密切(qie)(qie)監視(shi)被(bei)試品、試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)、微(wei)安表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓,切(qie)(qie)斷電源,并(bing)查明原因,詳(xiang)細記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身(shen)充分放電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)接(jie)好工作線(xian)路。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的外殼以及操作系統的外殼必須(xu)可靠(kao)(kao)接(jie)地(di)(di)。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞(rao)組(zu)的F端必須(xu)可靠(kao)(kao)接(jie)地(di)(di)。

2、做串級(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗變壓器的低壓繞組的X端,測量(liang)繞組的F端以及高(gao)壓繞組的X端(高(gao)壓尾)均接本級(ji)試驗變壓器的外殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗變壓器的外殼(ke)必須通過絕(jue)緣(yuan)支架接地。

3、接通電源(yuan)前,操作系統(tong)的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位后方可接通電源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零(ling)開(kai)始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開(kai)始按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需(xu)的(de)(de)額定試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以每(mei)秒2%額定試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需(xu)的(de)(de)額定電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密(mi)切注意測量儀表的(de)(de)指示以及被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)驗過程中如發現測量儀表的(de)(de)指示及被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況異(yi)常,應立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查明(ming)情(qing)況。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應(ying)在數秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后切(qie)斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參(can)數(shu)使用。除試驗必須(xu)外(wai),決不允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中(zhong),如發(fa)現以下不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源,停止試驗(yan)并查(cha)明原(yuan)因。

⑵電流表直(zhi)線上升

被(bei)試品內有不正常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓力(li)閥(fa)及壓力(li)表,為(wei)長期關閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)一次,以檢查SF6壓力(li),應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)后立即關閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗前(qian)后應測(ce)量被(bei)試設備的絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)(yuan)情(qing)況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期不使用時(shi),應放置于通(tong)風、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不(bu)允許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長期(qi)存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不(bu)得重力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品(pin)做高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),出熟(shu)悉本說(shuo)明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關標準和(he)操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設備(bei)的絕(jue)緣配合,高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)技(ji)術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-3KVA/50KV高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容(rong)量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額定輸(shu)出(chu)高壓(ya)的(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較(jiao)低(di)時,k值(zhi)可取高一些(xie)。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的(de)頻率(lv)

被試設備的(de)(de)電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出(chu)。Ct的(de)(de)變化很大,

可由設(she)備的(de)類型(xing)而定。
