YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用(yong)單(dan)框芯式(shi)鐵(tie)芯結構,初級(ji)繞組繞在(zai)鐵(tie)芯上,高壓(ya)繞組在(zai)外(wai)(wai),這種同軸布置(zhi)減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞組間的(de)耦合。產品(pin)的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼為(wei)圓柱灌式(shi)容器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結構見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接入(ru) (為本公司生產的(de)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料(liao)請見(jian)其具體使(shi)用(yong)說(shuo)明(ming)書)系(xi)列操作(zuo)(zuo)箱(臺),經操作(zuo)(zuo)箱內自(zi)偶(ou)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初(chu)級繞組,根據電磁感應原理,在(zai)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可(ke)獲得試驗(yan)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據(ju)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)容(rong)量來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)阻作為限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻,管(guan)子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮(lv),管(guan)子粗細(xi)應(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(水阻液配制(zhi)方(fang)法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入(ru)適(shi)量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種(zhong)不同的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一(yi)般取試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試品起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中,低(di)(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確的(de)(de),其(qi)原(yuan)因(yin)是由(you)于(yu)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)(zai)(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使(shi)試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)或高(gao)(gao)于(yu)低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所(suo)謂(wei)容(rong)升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)漏抗必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)所(suo)施加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做好分工,明確相(xiang)互間聯系方法(fa)。并有專門(men)人監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先(xian)清掃干凈,并**干燥(zao),以免損(sun)壞被(bei)試品和試驗(yan)帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試驗,一般都應先進行空(kong)升試驗。即不接試品時(shi)升壓至試驗電壓,校對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能(neng)太快(kuai),并必須防(fang)止突然加壓。例如調壓器不(bu)在零(ling)位時(shi)突然合閘(zha)。也不(bu)能(neng)突然切(qie)斷電源,一般(ban)應在調壓器降至零(ling)位時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當(dang)電壓(ya)(ya)升至(zhi)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)以下時,才(cai)能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發現(xian)下列不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大(da);②發現(xian)絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試(shi)品內有(you)不(bu)正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情(qing)況。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做(zuo)被試(shi)品(pin)的直流(liu)耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗時接線(xian)原理圖如圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗(yan)應(ying)先(xian)抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示。

泄露試驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在(zai)額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓硅(gui)堆的*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)堆的*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用(yong)于60kV的試驗裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具(ju)有足夠的容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾(lv)波(bo)電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量(liang)很大時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是否(fou)停(ting)電,接地放電,一切(qie)對(dui)外(wai)連線是否(fou)擦干凈。要(yao)嚴防將試驗電壓(ya)加到有人工作的部位上(shang)去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線后(hou)(hou),應(ying)復查無誤后(hou)(hou)才可加壓。應(ying)特別注意(yi)檢查高壓設備及引(yin)線與地、與操(cao)作人員的(de)**距離,被試品(pin)的(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)地,要按(an)**規程中所規定的(de)內容進(jin)行(xing)試驗。

3)對于(yu)大電容量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya)(ya),防(fang)止被試品的充電電流燒壞微安(an)表。必(bi)要時應(ying)分級(ji)加壓(ya)(ya),分別讀取各級(ji)電壓(ya)(ya)下微安(an)表的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表(biao),一旦(dan)發生擊(ji)穿、閃(shan)爍(shuo)等異常(chang)現象應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓(ya),切斷電源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進(jin)行的試驗接好工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)線路。試驗變壓器(qi)(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)以及操作(zuo)(zuo)系統的外(wai)殼(ke)必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地。試驗變壓器(qi)(qi)高壓繞(rao)組(zu)的X端(高壓尾)以及測量繞(rao)組(zu)的F端必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)的低壓繞組的X端(duan),測量繞組的F端(duan)以及高壓繞組的X端(duan)(高壓尾)均接(jie)本(ben)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)的外(wai)(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)的外(wai)(wai)殼必須通過絕緣(yuan)支架(jia)接(jie)地。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有(you):快速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢(man)(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢(man)(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選(xuan)用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)從零開始(shi)按(an)一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方式和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)額定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),并密切(qie)注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示以及被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)過(guo)程中或(huo)試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中如(ru)發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示及被試(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試(shi)驗完(wan)畢后,應在(zai)數秒內勻速的將調壓器返(fan)回(hui)至零位,然后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本(ben)產品不(bu)得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決(jue)不(bu)允許(xu)全電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如發現以下不正(zheng)常情況時(shi),應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停(ting)止試(shi)驗并查明原因(yin)。

被(bei)試品(pin)內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力(li)閥(fa)及壓力(li)表,為長期(qi)關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一次,以檢查SF6壓力(li),應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)后(hou)立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體(ti),以增(zeng)加氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)。

9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗前(qian)后應測量被(bei)試設備(bei)的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使(shi)用時(shi),應放置于通(tong)風(feng)、干燥、無(wu)陽光直射的地方。

11、該產(chan)品不允許(xu)在高于(yu)45℃的溫度(du)下長期(qi)存放(fang)、使(shi)用、放(fang)氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產品緊固(gu)件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用(yong)本(ben)產品做高(gao)(gao)壓試驗(yan)(yan)時,出熟悉本(ben)說(shuo)明書外(wai),還(huan)必(bi)須嚴格執行(xing)國家有(you)關標準和操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓輸變設(she)備的絕緣配(pei)合,高(gao)(gao)壓試驗(yan)(yan)技術(shu)》;《電氣設(she)備預防性試驗(yan)(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)額定輸出高壓的(de)有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的頻率

被試(shi)設備的電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量Ct可由交流電(dian)(dian)橋測(ce)出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備(bei)的類型而定。
