二、WBYD-300KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構,初級繞組(zu)繞在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上(shang),高壓(ya)繞組(zu)在(zai)外(wai),這種同軸布置減少了漏(lou)磁通,因而(er)增大(da)了繞組(zu)間的(de)耦合(he)。產(chan)品的(de)外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容(rong)器(qi)結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其(qi)結構見圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結(jie)組標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)接入(ru) (為(wei)(wei)本公(gong)司生(sheng)產的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用設備,詳(xiang)細資料請見(jian)其具體(ti)使用說明書(shu))系列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內(nei)自偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級(ji)繞組,根據電(dian)(dian)磁感應原(yuan)理,在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所(suo)需(xu)的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓試驗變壓器的工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓硅堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓回路中作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)半波(bo)整流(liu),以獲(huo)得直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓。當用一(yi)短路桿(gan)將高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓硅堆短接(jie)時(shi),可(ke)獲(huo)得工頻高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓,作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為交流(liu)輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態(tai);取消短路桿(gan)時(shi),作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

注(zhu):高壓尾必須可(ke)靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)根據試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)額定容量來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流為1A以上時,可(ke)(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子長(chang)度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗(cu)細應(ying)具有足夠(gou)的(de)(de)熱容量(水(shui)(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水(shui)(shui)加(jia)入適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同的(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙及保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙整定值時(一般取(qu)試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))不是非常(chang)準確(que)(que)的(de),其原因是由(you)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗,在這個漏抗上(shang)必然存在著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)降或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表上(shang)反映(ying)出(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)升現象。感應耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)漏抗必然存在著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)降。為了準確(que)(que)測量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),因此(ci)常(chang)在高壓(ya)側接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并(bing)有專門人監護現場(chang)**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃干凈(jing),并**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對于大型(xing)試驗(yan)(yan),一般都應先進行(xing)空升試驗(yan)(yan)。即不接試品時升壓至試驗(yan)(yan)電壓,校對各種(zhong)表計(ji),調(diao)整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不能太快,并必須(xu)防止突(tu)(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如(ru)調壓(ya)器(qi)不在(zai)零位(wei)時(shi)突(tu)(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不能突(tu)(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般(ban)應在(zai)調壓(ya)器(qi)降(jiang)至零位(wei)時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電壓升至試驗電壓時,開始計時,到1min后,迅(xun)速降(jiang)壓到1/3試驗電壓以下時,才能(neng)拉(la)開電源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)(shi)驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很大(da);②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內(nei)有不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗前(qian)后應測量絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器在(zai)做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)(ya)或泄露試(shi)驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流不超過高壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的試(shi)驗裝置中,限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應(ying)具(ju)有足夠的容量(liang)和(he)沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波(bo)電(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電(dian)容量(liang)很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗的(de)操作及注意事項

1)試驗(yan)前應先檢查被(bei)試品是(shi)否(fou)停電,接(jie)地放電,一切對外連線是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將試驗(yan)電壓加到(dao)有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)(shi)驗裝置(zhi)的(de)接線后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可加壓(ya)。應特別(bie)注(zhu)意檢查高壓(ya)設備及引(yin)線與地(di)、與操(cao)作(zuo)人員(yuan)的(de)**距離,被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)是否可靠接地(di),要(yao)按**規(gui)程(cheng)中所規(gui)定的(de)內容進行試(shi)(shi)驗。

3)對(dui)于大電容量(liang)設備應緩慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防止被試品的充電電流燒壞微(wei)安表(biao)。必要時應分級(ji)加(jia)壓(ya),分別讀取各級(ji)電壓(ya)下微(wei)安表(biao)的穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密(mi)切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微(wei)安(an)表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常(chang)現象應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源,并查明(ming)原因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試驗完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電源后應(ying)將被試品及試驗裝置本(ben)身充分放電。

四、WBYD-300KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器注意事項

1、按照您所進(jin)行(xing)的試(shi)驗接(jie)好工(gong)作線(xian)路。試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的外(wai)殼以(yi)及操作系(xi)統的外(wai)殼必(bi)須可靠接(jie)地。試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)高(gao)壓繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)以(yi)及測量繞組(zu)的F端(duan)必(bi)須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端,測(ce)量繞(rao)組的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)(jie)本(ben)級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須通(tong)過(guo)絕緣(yuan)支架接(jie)(jie)地(di)。

3、接通(tong)電源(yuan)前(qian),操(cao)作(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)調壓(ya)器必須(xu)調到零位后方可接通(tong)電源(yuan),合(he)閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從零開始均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)手(shou)輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)供選用(yong)。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度上升(sheng)到您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)額(e)定試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)到您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)指示(shi)以(yi)及被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品的(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程中如發現測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)指示(shi)及被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品情況異(yi)常,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,查(cha)明情況。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后,應在(zai)數(shu)秒內勻(yun)速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過額定參數使用。除(chu)試(shi)驗必須外,決(jue)不允許全(quan)電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發現以(yi)下不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,停止(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因。

被試品內有不正常的(de)聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系(xi)壓力(li)閥及壓力(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開閥一(yi)次,以(yi)檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓力(li),應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓力(li)后立即關(guan)閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前后應(ying)測(ce)量被試(shi)設備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期(qi)不使用(yong)時,應(ying)放置于通(tong)風(feng)、干(gan)燥、無陽光(guang)直射的地方(fang)。

11、該(gai)產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用(yong)、放(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)(yun)輸搬運(yun)(yun)途中不(bu)得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表(biao)不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用本(ben)產品(pin)做(zuo)高壓試驗(yan)時,出(chu)熟悉本(ben)說明書外(wai),還必須嚴(yan)格執行國家有關標準和操作(zuo)規程(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備的絕(jue)緣配合(he),高壓試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣(qi)設備預防性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等(deng)。

五、WBYD-300KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容(rong)量Pn的確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標(biao)稱試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的(de)額(e)定輸(shu)出高(gao)壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)較低時,k值(zhi)可取(qu)高一些。
