YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器采(cai)用單框(kuang)芯(xin)式(shi)(shi)鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級繞組繞在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)(ya)繞組在(zai)外(wai),這種(zhong)同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大了(le)繞組間(jian)的耦合。產品的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式(shi)(shi)容器結(jie)構(gou),能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見(jian)圖1:

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)根據試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)容(rong)量來選(xuan)擇。如高(gao)壓側額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓);高(gao)壓側額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)。常用水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長(chang)度(du)可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應(ying)具有足夠的(de)(de)熱(re)容(rong)量(水阻(zu)(zu)液(ye)配制(zhi)方(fang)法(fa):用蒸餾(liu)水加入適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同的(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙及保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過球間(jian)隙整定值時(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球間(jian)隙放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被試品起(qi)到保護作(zuo)用。球間(jian)隙保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))不是(shi)(shi)(shi)非常(chang)準確(que)的,其(qi)原因是(shi)(shi)(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著漏(lou)(lou)抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏(lou)(lou)抗上必(bi)(bi)然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)降或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表上反(fan)映出來的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)(shi)所謂(wei)容(rong)升現象。感(gan)應(ying)耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的漏(lou)(lou)抗必(bi)(bi)然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)降。為(wei)了準確(que)測(ce)(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所施(shi)加的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)接入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗操作注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應做(zuo)好分工,明確(que)相(xiang)互間聯系方法(fa)。并(bing)有專門人(ren)監護現場**及(ji)觀察試(shi)品狀態(tai)。

2)被試品應先清(qing)掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試品和試驗(yan)帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于(yu)大(da)型試(shi)(shi)驗,一般都應先進行空(kong)升試(shi)(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓,校對各(ge)種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度(du)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)太快(kuai),并必須防止突(tu)(tu)然加壓。例如調壓器(qi)不(bu)(bu)在(zai)零位時突(tu)(tu)然合閘。也不(bu)(bu)能(neng)突(tu)(tu)然切斷(duan)電源,一般應在(zai)調壓器(qi)降至零位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至(zhi)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)時,開始計時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才(cai)能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗過程中(zhong),如發現(xian)下列不正(zheng)常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源(yuan)。停止(zhi)試驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表(biao)指(zhi)針(zhen)擺動(dong)很大(da);②發現(xian)絕(jue)緣燒(shao)焦或(huo)(huo)冒煙;③被試品內(nei)有不正(zheng)常(chang)的聲(sheng)音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后應(ying)測量絕緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢查(cha)絕緣(yuan)情(qing)況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)品(pin)的直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓或(huo)泄露試(shi)驗時接線(xian)原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超過(guo)高壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大(da)整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大(da)整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于(yu)60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還(huan)應具有足夠的(de)(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓(ya)濾波電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電容量很(hen)大時,C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄露試驗的操作及(ji)注意事(shi)項

1)試驗(yan)前應先檢查(cha)被試品(pin)是否停電,接地放(fang)電,一切(qie)對(dui)外連線是否擦干凈(jing)。要嚴防將試驗(yan)電壓加到有人工作的(de)部位上去。

2)接好試驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)(de)(de)接線后,應復查無誤后才(cai)可(ke)加壓。應特別(bie)注意(yi)檢查高壓設備及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人(ren)員的(de)(de)(de)(de)**距離,被試品的(de)(de)(de)(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接地,要(yao)按**規程中所規定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對(dui)于大電容(rong)量設(she)備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防止被試品的充電電流燒壞微安表。必(bi)要時應(ying)分級加壓,分別讀(du)取各(ge)級電壓下微安表的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗過程中,應密切監視被(bei)試品(pin)、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原(yuan)因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan)后(hou)應將被(bei)試品及試驗裝置本身充(chong)分(fen)放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-300KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)試驗(yan)(yan)接(jie)(jie)好工作線路(lu)。試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼以及操(cao)作系統的(de)(de)外殼必(bi)須(xu)可靠(kao)(kao)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)。試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))以及測量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端必(bi)須(xu)可靠(kao)(kao)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的X端(duan),測量繞組(zu)(zu)的F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)必須通過絕(jue)緣支架(jia)接地。

3、接通(tong)電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓器必須(xu)調到零位后方可接通(tong)電源(yuan),合閘,開始(shi)升壓。

4、從零開始(shi)(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)(ji)20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)(ji)60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)(shi)按一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)(yi)每秒2%額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意測(ce)量儀(yi)(yi)表的(de)指示(shi)以(yi)(yi)及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)情況(kuang)(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong)如(ru)發現測(ce)量儀(yi)(yi)表的(de)指示(shi)及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)情況(kuang)(kuang)異(yi)常,應立即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,查明(ming)情況(kuang)(kuang)。

5、試(shi)驗完(wan)畢后,應(ying)在數(shu)秒內勻速的(de)將調壓(ya)器返(fan)回(hui)至零位,然后切(qie)斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額定參數使(shi)用。除試驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如(ru)發現以(yi)下不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,停止(zhi)試(shi)驗并查明(ming)原因。

8、圖(tu)1中第(di)9項系壓力(li)閥(fa)(fa)及壓力(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態(tai)。每6個月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以檢查SF6壓力(li),應不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)后立即關(guan)閉閥(fa)(fa)門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗(yan)前后應測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使(shi)用時,應放置于(yu)通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光(guang)直射的(de)地方。

11、該(gai)產品(pin)不允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途(tu)中不(bu)得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥(fa)、壓力表不得擅(shan)自松(song)動。

14、使用本產品做高壓試(shi)驗時(shi),出(chu)熟(shu)悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有(you)關標準和操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸(shu)變設備(bei)的(de)絕緣配(pei)合,高壓試(shi)驗技術(shu)》;《電(dian)氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-300KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出(chu)高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)較低時(shi),k值可(ke)取高(gao)一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的(de)電(dian)容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率

被試設備的電容量Ct可由(you)交流電橋測出。Ct的變化很大(da),
