二、WBYD-300KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓試驗變壓器采用單框芯式(shi)鐵(tie)芯結構(gou),初級繞(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上,高(gao)壓繞(rao)(rao)組在外,這種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通(tong),因而(er)增大了(le)繞(rao)(rao)組間的耦(ou)合。產(chan)品的外殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容器結構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)單(dan)相(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)本公(gong)司生產的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)設備,詳細資料(liao)請見其(qi)具體使用(yong)(yong)說明書)系列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節(jie)至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)初(chu)級繞(rao)組,根據電磁感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得試(shi)(shi)驗所需(xu)的(de)高電壓(ya)(ya)。

注:高壓(ya)尾必須可(ke)靠接地

工頻耐壓試驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據試驗變壓器的(de)額定容量來選擇。如高壓側額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓);高壓側額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為1A以上時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓)。常(chang)用水電(dian)(dian)阻作為限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻,管子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗細應具有足(zu)夠的(de)熱(re)容量(水阻液配制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水加入(ru)適(shi)量硫(liu)酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同(tong)的(de)阻值)。

球間隙(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過(guo)球間隙(xi)整定值時(一般取試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的110%~120%),球間隙(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起(qi)到保護(hu)作用(yong)。球間隙(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選取。

在(zai)工(gong)(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準確的,其原因(yin)是由于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著漏(lou)抗,在(zai)這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)降或容升,使(shi)試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出(chu)來的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工(gong)(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容升現象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的漏(lou)抗必然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施加(jia)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)操(cao)作(zuo)注意事項

1)試驗人員(yuan)應做好分工,明(ming)確相互(hu)間(jian)聯系方(fang)法。并有專(zhuan)門人監(jian)護現場**及觀察試品狀態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一般都應(ying)先進(jin)行空升試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即不接試(shi)品(pin)時升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓,校對各種表計,調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并(bing)必須(xu)防(fang)止突然(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)不(bu)在零(ling)位時(shi)(shi)突然(ran)合(he)閘(zha)。也(ye)不(bu)能(neng)突然(ran)切斷電源,一般(ban)應在調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)降至零(ling)位時(shi)(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試驗電(dian)壓時(shi),開始計(ji)時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅(xun)速降壓到(dao)1/3試驗電(dian)壓以下時(shi),才能(neng)拉開電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發(fa)現下列不正(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)況(kuang)時,應立(li)即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)指針(zhen)擺動很大(da);②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品(pin)內有不正(zheng)常(chang)的聲(sheng)音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后應(ying)測量絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

試驗變壓器(qi)在做被試品的(de)直流耐壓或(huo)泄露試驗時接線原理(li)圖如(ru)圖6。

注(zhu):此(ci)試驗應先抽出(chu)短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在(zai)額定輸出電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端短路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)(dui)的*大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)(dui)的*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用(yong)于60kV的試(shi)驗裝置中,限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)距離。

高壓(ya)濾波電容C1一(yi)般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電容量很(hen)大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的(de)操(cao)作(zuo)及注意事項

1)試驗(yan)(yan)前應先檢查(cha)被試品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓加到有(you)人工(gong)作(zuo)的部位(wei)上(shang)去。

2)接好試驗裝置的(de)接線(xian)后,應復查無誤后才可(ke)加(jia)壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查高壓(ya)設(she)備(bei)及引(yin)線(xian)與地、與操作人(ren)員的(de)**距離,被試品(pin)的(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接地,要按**規程中(zhong)所規定(ding)的(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量(liang)設備(bei)應(ying)(ying)緩慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞微(wei)安(an)表。必要時應(ying)(ying)分(fen)級(ji)(ji)加壓(ya),分(fen)別讀(du)取各(ge)級(ji)(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安(an)表的穩定(ding)讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,應密切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊(ji)穿、閃(shan)爍等異常現象(xiang)應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan)后應將被試品及試驗(yan)裝置本身充分放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-300KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按照您所進(jin)行的試驗(yan)接(jie)(jie)好工作線路(lu)。試驗(yan)變壓器的外(wai)殼以(yi)及(ji)(ji)操作系統的外(wai)殼必須(xu)可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)(jie)地。試驗(yan)變壓器高壓繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(高壓尾)以(yi)及(ji)(ji)測量繞組(zu)的F端(duan)必須(xu)可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器的低壓(ya)繞組的X端,測(ce)量繞組的F端以(yi)及高壓(ya)繞組的X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器的外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器的外殼必須通過(guo)絕(jue)緣支架接地(di)。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電源(yuan)前,操作系(xi)統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位后方可接(jie)通(tong)電源(yuan),合(he)閘,開始升壓。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數(shu)秒(miao)內(nei)勻速(su)的將調壓器(qi)返回至零位(wei),然后(hou)切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額定參(can)數使用。除(chu)試驗(yan)必(bi)須外,決不(bu)允許全電壓(ya)通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如(ru)發現以下不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停(ting)止試(shi)驗(yan)并查(cha)明(ming)原因。

被試品內有不(bu)正常的(de)聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力閥及(ji)壓(ya)力表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態。每(mei)6個(ge)月開閥一(yi)次(ci),以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力,應(ying)不(bu)小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力后立即關閉(bi)閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗前(qian)后應測量(liang)被試設備的絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況(kuang)。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放置于(yu)通風(feng)、干(gan)燥(zao)、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不(bu)允許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下(xia)長期存(cun)放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不得重力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不(bu)得(de)擅自松(song)動。

14、使用本產品做高壓(ya)試驗時(shi),出熟悉(xi)本說(shuo)明書外,還必須嚴格執(zhi)行國家有關標準和操(cao)作規程。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的(de)絕緣配合,高壓(ya)試驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設備預防(fang)性(xing)試驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-300KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器容量Pn的確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓(ya)較低時,k值可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試設備(bei)的(de)(de)電容量Ct可由交流(liu)電橋測出。Ct的(de)(de)變化很大,

可(ke)由設備的類型(xing)而定。
