YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本公(gong)司生(sheng)產的(de)(de)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用設備(bei),詳細資料請見其(qi)具體使用說(shuo)明書)系列(lie)操作箱(xiang)(臺),經(jing)操作箱(xiang)內(nei)自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附(fu))調節(jie)至(zhi)(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)(zhi)YDQ試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)初級繞(rao)組,根據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可(ke)獲得試驗所需的(de)(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

注:高壓尾必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)中限流電阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓器的額(e)(e)定容量來(lai)選擇。如(ru)高壓側(ce)額(e)(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓);高壓側(ce)額(e)(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電流為(wei)1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓)。常用水電阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流電阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子(zi)長度(du)可按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管(guan)子(zi)粗細應具有足(zu)夠的熱容量(水阻(zu)(zu)液(ye)配制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸(suan)銅配制成各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及(ji)保護(hu)電阻:當電壓(ya)超過球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般(ban)取(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放(fang)電,對被試(shi)品起到保護(hu)作用。球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)電阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya))選(xuan)取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常準確的(de)(de)(de)(de),其(qi)原因(yin)是(shi)由(you)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)必(bi)然(ran)存在(zai)著壓(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表上(shang)反映(ying)出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),也就是(shi)所(suo)謂容升現象。感(gan)應耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)漏抗必(bi)然(ran)存在(zai)著壓(ya)降。為了準確測量(liang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所(suo)施加的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高壓(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(見(jian)圖(tu)5)。

工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓試驗操(cao)作注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗人員應做好分(fen)工(gong),明確相互間(jian)聯系方法。并有專(zhuan)門人監(jian)護現場**及觀察試(shi)(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品應先(xian)清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損(sun)壞(huai)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品和試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗帶來(lai)的(de)誤(wu)差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般(ban)都應先進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品(pin)時升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對各種表計,調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并(bing)必(bi)須防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)在零位時(shi)突(tu)然合閘。也不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)然切斷電(dian)源,一般應在調壓(ya)器(qi)降至(zhi)零位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升至試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以(yi)下時,才能拉開電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)(huo)耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗過程中,如發(fa)現下列(lie)不正常(chang)情(qing)況(kuang)時,應立(li)即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗并(bing)查明原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表指針擺動很(hen)大;②發(fa)現絕緣(yuan)燒焦或(huo)(huo)冒(mao)煙;③被(bei)試品內有不正常(chang)的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量(liang)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)驗時接(jie)線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)(xuan)擇在額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)(xuan)擇。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還應(ying)具有足夠的(de)容量和(he)沿面放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般(ban)選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電容(rong)量很(hen)大時(shi),C1可省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及(ji)注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是否(fou)停(ting)電,接(jie)地放電,一切對外連線是否(fou)擦(ca)干凈(jing)。要嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗電壓加(jia)到(dao)有人(ren)工作(zuo)的部位上去(qu)。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置的(de)接線后,應復(fu)查無誤(wu)后才可(ke)(ke)加(jia)壓。應特別注意檢查高(gao)壓設(she)備(bei)及引線與地(di)、與操作人員(yuan)的(de)**距離,被試品的(de)外殼是否可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)接地(di),要按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進(jin)行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容(rong)量設(she)備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止被(bei)試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒壞微安表。必(bi)要時應分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微安表的穩(wen)定(ding)讀數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中,應密切監(jian)視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安(an)表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍(shuo)等(deng)異常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查明原(yuan)因(yin),詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電源后(hou)應將被試品及試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置本(ben)身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBYD-300KVA/100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進行(xing)的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)接好工作(zuo)線(xian)路。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的外殼(ke)以(yi)及操作(zuo)系統的外殼(ke)必(bi)須可靠(kao)(kao)接地。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組的X端(高壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及測(ce)量繞組的F端必(bi)須可靠(kao)(kao)接地。

2、做(zuo)串級試(shi)(shi)驗時,**級、第三(san)級試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的X端,測量繞(rao)(rao)組的F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均接(jie)本級試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼。**級、第三(san)級試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼必須(xu)通過絕緣支架(jia)接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)(jie)通(tong)(tong)電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系統的調(diao)壓(ya)器必須(xu)調(diao)到(dao)零位(wei)后方可接(jie)(jie)通(tong)(tong)電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開(kai)始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)(cong)零(ling)開始均勻(yun)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快(kuai)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級(ji)(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級(ji)(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)(cong)零(ling)開始按一(yi)定的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和速度(du)(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)您(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在(zai)以每秒2%額定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度(du)(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)您(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注(zhu)意測(ce)量儀表的(de)(de)指示(shi)以及被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)(zhong)或試驗過程中(zhong)(zhong)如(ru)發現測(ce)量儀表的(de)(de)指示(shi)及被(bei)試品(pin)情況異常,應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數(shu)秒內(nei)勻速的(de)將(jiang)調壓器返回至(zhi)零位,然(ran)后(hou)切(qie)斷電源。

6、本(ben)產品不(bu)得超(chao)過(guo)額定(ding)參數(shu)使用。除試(shi)驗必須(xu)外,決不(bu)允(yun)許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現以下(xia)不(bu)正常情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停(ting)止試驗并查明(ming)原(yuan)因。

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內有不(bu)正常的(de)聲音

8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)(ya)力閥(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)力表,為(wei)長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)一(yi)次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)(ya)力后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以(yi)增加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應測(ce)量被試(shi)設備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查(cha)絕緣情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器長期(qi)不使用時,應(ying)放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度(du)下長期存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中(zhong)不得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動(dong)。

14、使用本產品(pin)做高壓試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本說(shuo)明書(shu)外,還必(bi)須嚴格執行國家有(you)關標準和(he)操作規(gui)程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配合,高壓試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗規(gui)程》等(deng)。

五、WBYD-300KVA/100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額(e)定(ding)輸出高壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的(de)頻率(lv)

被試(shi)設備的電(dian)容量(liang)Ct可(ke)由交流電(dian)橋測(ce)出。Ct的變化很大,

可(ke)由設備的類型而定。
