二、WBYD-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器(qi)采用單(dan)框芯式(shi)鐵(tie)芯結(jie)構,初級繞組(zu)繞在鐵(tie)芯上,高壓繞組(zu)在外(wai),這種同軸布置減少(shao)了(le)漏磁通,因(yin)而增大(da)了(le)繞組(zu)間的耦(ou)合(he)。產(chan)品的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌(guan)式(shi)容器(qi)結(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓力(li)。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單(dan)相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接入(ru) (為本(ben)公司生產的試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用設備,詳細資料請見其具體(ti)使用說明書)系列操(cao)作(zuo)箱(臺),經操(cao)作(zuo)箱內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級繞(rao)組(zu),根據電磁感應原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲得試(shi)(shi)驗所(suo)需的高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的工(gong)作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝(zhuang)有高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在(zai)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路中作(zuo)半波(bo)整流,以獲得(de)直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路桿(gan)將高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接時,可獲得(de)工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為交流輸出狀(zhuang)態;取消短路桿(gan)時,作(zuo)為直(zhi)流輸出狀(zhuang)態。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的額定(ding)(ding)容量來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)(ding)輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)(ding)輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上(shang)時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足(zu)夠的熱容量(水(shui)阻(zu)液(ye)配(pei)制方(fang)法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入(ru)適(shi)量硫酸銅配(pei)制成各(ge)種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球間隙及(ji)保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過(guo)球間隙整定值時(shi)(一(yi)般取試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間隙放電(dian),對被試(shi)品起(qi)到保護作用。球間隙保護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))選(xuan)取。

在工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準確的(de),其原因(yin)是由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在著漏(lou)抗,在這個漏(lou)抗上必然(ran)存(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂(wei)容升(sheng)現象。感(gan)應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗必然(ran)存(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確測量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上所施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)操作注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應(ying)做好分工,明確相互間(jian)聯(lian)系(xi)方法。并有專門人(ren)監護現(xian)場(chang)**及觀(guan)察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損(sun)壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)(shi)驗,一般都(dou)應先(xian)進行空升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時(shi)升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya),校(xiao)對各種(zhong)表計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度(du)不(bu)能太(tai)快,并(bing)必(bi)須防止(zhi)突然(ran)(ran)(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)不(bu)在零(ling)位(wei)時(shi)突然(ran)(ran)(ran)合閘(zha)。也不(bu)能突然(ran)(ran)(ran)切斷電(dian)源,一般應在調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)降至零(ling)位(wei)時(shi)拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓升至(zhi)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速(su)降壓到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓以下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗過(guo)程中,如發(fa)現(xian)(xian)下列不正常情況時,應(ying)立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大(da);②發(fa)現(xian)(xian)絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被(bei)試品內有不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

試驗變壓(ya)器在做被試品的直(zhi)流耐壓(ya)或泄露試驗時接(jie)線原理(li)圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露試驗中限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出(chu)端短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置(zhi)中,限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足(zu)夠的(de)容量和(he)沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高(gao)壓濾波(bo)電容(rong)C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試(shi)品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗(yan)的操(cao)作及(ji)注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)前(qian)應先檢查(cha)被試(shi)品是否停電(dian),接(jie)地(di)放電(dian),一切對外連線(xian)是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓加到(dao)有(you)人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)的接(jie)線后,應復(fu)查無誤后才可(ke)加(jia)壓。應特別注意檢查高(gao)壓設備及引線與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操作人員的**距離,被(bei)試(shi)品的外(wai)殼(ke)是(shi)否可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di),要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的內容進行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩慢(man)升(sheng)壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試品的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安表(biao)。必要(yao)時應分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微安表(biao)的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程(cheng)中,應(ying)密切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發(fa)生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異(yi)常(chang)現象應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完(wan)畢(bi),降壓,切斷電源后應(ying)將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進行(xing)的試驗接好(hao)工作(zuo)線路。試驗變(bian)壓器的外殼(ke)(ke)以及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的外殼(ke)(ke)必須可靠接地(di)。試驗變(bian)壓器高(gao)壓繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)以及(ji)測量繞組(zu)的F端(duan)必須可靠接地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)X端,測量繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)F端以及(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)外殼必須通(tong)過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操作系統的調壓器(qi)必須調到零位后方可接通(tong)電源,合(he)閘,開始升壓。

4、從零(ling)開(kai)始均勻旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法有:快(kuai)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;極(ji)慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法供選(xuan)用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開(kai)始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速度(du)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)額定(ding)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額定(ding)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注(zhu)意測量(liang)儀(yi)(yi)表的(de)(de)指示(shi)以(yi)及被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中(zhong)或試驗過程(cheng)中(zhong)如發(fa)現測量(liang)儀(yi)(yi)表的(de)(de)指示(shi)及被(bei)試品(pin)情況(kuang)異(yi)常(chang),應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后(hou)(hou),應(ying)在(zai)數秒(miao)內(nei)勻(yun)速(su)的(de)將調壓器返回至零位,然后(hou)(hou)切(qie)斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不得超過額(e)定(ding)參數使用。除試(shi)驗必須外(wai),決不允許全電(dian)壓(ya)通(tong)電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓或(huo)耐壓試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發現(xian)以(yi)下不正常情(qing)況(kuang)時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源(yuan),停止試(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因。

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓(ya)力閥及壓(ya)力表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態。每(mei)6個(ge)月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力,應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力后立即(ji)關閉(bi)閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測(ce)量被試設備的絕緣電(dian)阻,檢(jian)查(cha)絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器長期不使(shi)用(yong)時,應放置(zhi)于通風、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下長期存(cun)放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使(shi)用本產品做(zuo)高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行國家有關標準和(he)操作(zuo)規程。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓輸變設備(bei)的絕緣(yuan)配合,高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)驗技術》;《電(dian)氣(qi)設備(bei)預(yu)防性試(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標(biao)稱(cheng)試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出高(gao)壓的有效值(kV)
