二、WBYD-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單框芯式鐵(tie)芯結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組在外(wai),這種同(tong)軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁(ci)通(tong),因而增大(da)了繞(rao)組間的耦(ou)合。產品(pin)的外(wai)殼為圓柱(zhu)灌式容(rong)器結(jie)構,能(neng)耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司生(sheng)產的(de)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配(pei)套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其具體使用(yong)說明書)系列操作(zuo)箱(臺),經操作(zuo)箱內(nei)自(zi)偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級繞(rao)組(zu),根(gen)據電(dian)磁(ci)感應原(yuan)理,在(zai)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗所需的(de)高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列(lie)交(jiao)直流高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖(tu)(tu)見圖(tu)(tu)3,圖(tu)(tu)中高(gao)壓(ya)套管(guan)中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)回路中作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流,以獲得(de)直流高(gao)電壓(ya)。當用一短(duan)路桿將高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短(duan)接時(shi),可獲得(de)工頻高(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)交(jiao)流輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai);取(qu)消短(duan)路桿時(shi),作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)直流輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試(shi)驗中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗變壓器的額(e)定容(rong)量(liang)來選擇。如高(gao)壓側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓);高(gao)壓側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以(yi)上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子粗細(xi)應具(ju)有足夠的熱容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液(ye)配制(zhi)方法(fa):用蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)加入適量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配制(zhi)成(cheng)各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及(ji)保(bao)(bao)護電阻:當電壓(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般取試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電,對(dui)被試(shi)(shi)品起到保(bao)(bao)護作用(yong)。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)(bao)護電阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)工頻(pin)(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常準確的(de)(de)(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)由于試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)這(zhe)個漏抗上(shang)必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)(huo)容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或(huo)(huo)高(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映(ying)出來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂(wei)容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應(ying)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)漏抗必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確測量(liang)被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做好分(fen)工(gong),明確相互間聯系方法。并有(you)專門人監(jian)護現(xian)場**及(ji)觀察試品(pin)狀態(tai)。

2)被試品應先清掃干凈(jing),并**干燥,以免損(sun)壞(huai)被試品和試驗帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對于大型試驗(yan),一(yi)般(ban)都應先進行空升試驗(yan)。即(ji)不接(jie)試品時升壓至試驗(yan)電壓,校對各種表計,調整球(qiu)間隙(xi)。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防止突然(ran)(ran)加壓。例如(ru)調(diao)壓器不(bu)在(zai)零(ling)位(wei)時突然(ran)(ran)合(he)閘(zha)。也不(bu)能突然(ran)(ran)切斷電源(yuan),一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓器降至零(ling)位(wei)時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電壓升(sheng)至(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后(hou),迅速降壓到1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電壓以下時,才(cai)能(neng)拉(la)開(kai)電源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發現下列不正常情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗并查明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品(pin)內(nei)有不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測(ce)量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試驗變壓器在做被試品的(de)直流耐壓或泄露(lu)試驗時(shi)接(jie)線原理圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗(yan)應先抽出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示(shi)。

泄露試(shi)驗中限流電(dian)阻R1選擇在(zai)額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)壓時(shi)(shi),輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)流不超過高壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流。如電(dian)壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流電(dian)流為100mA時(shi)(shi)用于(yu)60kV的(de)試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中,限流電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)阻還(huan)應(ying)具有(you)足夠的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)距(ju)離。

高(gao)壓濾波電容C1一般選擇(ze)在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試(shi)品的電容量很大(da)時,C1可省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及(ji)注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢(jian)查被試(shi)品是否停電,接(jie)地放(fang)電,一切(qie)對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)驗電壓加到有人工作(zuo)的(de)部位上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試驗(yan)裝置的接(jie)線后,應復(fu)查(cha)無誤后才可(ke)加壓。應特別注(zhu)意檢查(cha)高壓設備及引(yin)線與地、與操作人員的**距離,被試品的外(wai)殼是否可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地,要按(an)**規程中所規定的內容進行(xing)試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容量(liang)設備(bei)應緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品(pin)的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒(shao)壞微安表。必要時(shi)應分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微安表的(de)穩定(ding)讀數(shu)。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密切監(jian)視(shi)被試品、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍(shuo)等異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并(bing)查明原因,詳細記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電源后應(ying)將被試(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)驗裝置本身(shen)充分(fen)放電。

四、WBYD-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進(jin)行(xing)的(de)試驗(yan)接好工作(zuo)線路(lu)。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)以及操作(zuo)系統的(de)外殼(ke)必(bi)須(xu)可靠(kao)(kao)接地。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)(duan)必(bi)須(xu)可靠(kao)(kao)接地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)低壓繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測量(liang)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾(wei))均(jun)接本級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須通(tong)過(guo)絕緣(yuan)支(zhi)架接地。

3、接通電源前(qian),操作系(xi)統(tong)的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位(wei)后方可(ke)接通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從(cong)(cong)零開始均(jun)勻旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪(lun)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法有:快(kuai)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法供(gong)選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)(cong)零開始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速度(du)上升(sheng)到您所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速度(du)升(sheng)到您所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密(mi)切注意測(ce)量儀表的(de)(de)(de)指示以及(ji)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或(huo)試(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程中如(ru)發(fa)現測(ce)量儀表的(de)(de)(de)指示及(ji)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)情況(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源(yuan),查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將(jiang)調壓器返回(hui)至(zhi)零位(wei),然后切斷(duan)電(dian)源。

6、本產品不得超過(guo)額定參(can)數使用。除試驗(yan)必須外,決不允(yun)許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗過程中(zhong),如發(fa)現(xian)以下不正常情況時,應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓,切斷(duan)電源,停(ting)止(zhi)試驗并查明原(yuan)因。

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)力(li)表,為(wei)長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)一次,以(yi)檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力(li)后立即關(guan)閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗前后應測量被試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長(chang)期不使(shi)用時(shi),應(ying)放(fang)置(zhi)于(yu)通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直射的地方(fang)。

11、該產品(pin)不(bu)允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)、壓(ya)力(li)表不(bu)得擅(shan)自松(song)動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓試驗時,出(chu)熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還(huan)必須嚴格執行國(guo)家有關(guan)標準和操作規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓輸變設(she)備的絕緣配合,高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓試驗技術》;《電氣設(she)備預(yu)防性試驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)容量Pn的(de)確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額定(ding)輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較(jiao)低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源(yuan)的頻率
