一、WBYD-300KVA/100KV試驗變壓器概述

二、WBYD-300KVA/100KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器采用(yong)單框芯(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)結構,初(chu)級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外,這種同軸(zhou)布置減少了漏磁(ci)通,因(yin)而增(zeng)大了繞(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的耦合。產品(pin)的外殼(ke)為圓柱灌式容(rong)器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結構見圖1:

三、WBYD-300KVA/100KV試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為380V)電源接入(ru) (為本(ben)公司生產的試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用設(she)備(bei),詳(xiang)細資料請見(jian)其具體使用說明書)系列(lie)操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調節(jie)至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞組,根(gen)據電磁(ci)感應原(yuan)理,在(zai)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試驗(yan)所需的高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)工作原(yuan)理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝(zhuang)有(you)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串接在(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路中作半波整(zheng)流,以獲得直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。當用一短(duan)路桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短(duan)接時(shi),可(ke)獲得工頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya),作為交(jiao)流輸出狀態(tai)(tai);取(qu)消短(duan)路桿時(shi),作為直(zhi)流輸出狀態(tai)(tai)。

注:高(gao)壓尾必須可(ke)靠接地(di)

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗中限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據(ju)試(shi)驗變壓器的額定(ding)容量(liang)來選擇。如高(gao)壓側額定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流在(zai)100~300mA時(shi)(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓);高(gao)壓側額定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流為1A以上時(shi)(shi),可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓)。常(chang)用水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子(zi)(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子(zi)(zi)粗細應具(ju)有足夠的熱容量(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)液(ye)配制方(fang)法:用蒸餾水加(jia)入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及(ji)保(bao)護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(shi)(一(yi)般取(qu)(qu)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對(dui)被試品起(qi)到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選取(qu)(qu)。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確(que)(que)的(de),其(qi)原因(yin)是由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)這(zhe)個漏抗上必然(ran)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或(huo)高(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反(fan)映出(chu)來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗必然(ran)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確(que)(que)測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品上所(suo)施(shi)加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注意事(shi)項

1)試驗人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)應做好分(fen)工,明確相互間(jian)聯系(xi)方法。并有專門人(ren)(ren)監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品應先(xian)清(qing)掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對(dui)(dui)于(yu)大型試(shi)驗(yan),一(yi)般都應先進行空升(sheng)(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時(shi)升(sheng)(sheng)壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓,校(xiao)對(dui)(dui)各種表(biao)計,調(diao)整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不能(neng)太快(kuai),并必(bi)須防止突然加(jia)壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)不在零位時(shi)突然合閘(zha)。也不能(neng)突然切(qie)斷電源(yuan),一般應在調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升至試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,開(kai)始(shi)計時,到1min后,迅速(su)降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以下時,才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現下(xia)列不正常(chang)情況時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan)。停止(zhi)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)并(bing)查明原(yuan)因:①電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內有不正常(chang)的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗(yan)前后應(ying)測(ce)量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)在做被試(shi)品的直(zhi)流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗(yan)時接(jie)線原(yuan)理(li)圖如(ru)圖6。

注(zhu):此試(shi)驗應先抽出(chu)短路桿(gan)“D”,圖(tu)6中所(suo)示。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端(duan)短路電(dian)(dian)流不超(chao)過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)*大(da)整流。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)*大(da)整流電(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的(de)(de)試驗裝(zhuang)置中(zhong),限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具(ju)有(you)足夠的(de)(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波(bo)電(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電(dian)容(rong)量很大(da)時(shi),C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先檢查(cha)被試品是否(fou)停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將試驗電(dian)壓加到有人工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)部(bu)位上(shang)去(qu)。

2)接好試驗裝置的(de)接線后,應(ying)復查無誤后才(cai)可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特別注(zhu)意檢查高壓設(she)備及引(yin)線與地、與操作人(ren)員的(de)**距離,被試品(pin)的(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接地,要按**規程(cheng)中所規定的(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢(man)升壓,防止被試品的(de)(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表。必(bi)要時應分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別(bie)讀(du)取各(ge)級電(dian)壓下(xia)微安(an)表的(de)(de)穩定(ding)讀(du)數。

4)試驗過程中,應密切(qie)監視被試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常現象(xiang)應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查(cha)明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)完畢(bi),降壓,切斷電(dian)源后(hou)應將被試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置本身充(chong)分放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-300KVA/100KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進(jin)行的(de)(de)試驗接好工作線(xian)路。試驗變壓器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)以及操作系統的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必(bi)須可(ke)靠(kao)(kao)接地。試驗變壓器高壓繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高壓尾)以及測量(liang)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端必(bi)須可(ke)靠(kao)(kao)接地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的低壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的X端,測量繞組(zu)的F端以(yi)及(ji)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均接本級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼必須(xu)通過(guo)絕緣支(zhi)架接地。

3、接通電源(yuan)前,操(cao)作系(xi)統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位后方可接通電源(yuan),合閘,開始升(sheng)壓。

4、從(cong)零開始均(jun)勻旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有(you):快(kuai)速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)從(cong)零開始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)方式和(he)速(su)度(du)上升(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya),并(bing)密切注意測(ce)量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示以及被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)壓(ya)過程(cheng)中(zhong)或試(shi)(shi)驗過程(cheng)中(zhong)如發(fa)現(xian)測(ce)量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示及被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況異(yi)常(chang),應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試(shi)驗完畢(bi)后,應在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零(ling)位,然后切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不允(yun)許全(quan)電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗過(guo)程中,如發現(xian)以下不正常情況時(shi),應立(li)即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源(yuan),停(ting)止試驗并查明原因。

⑵電流表直(zhi)線上升

被(bei)試品內有不正常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)力閥(fa)及壓(ya)力表,為長期關閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力,應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力后立即關閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)加SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量(liang)被試設(she)備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的(de)地方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于(yu)45℃的溫(wen)度下長期(qi)存放(fang)、使(shi)用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重(zhong)力沖(chong)擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固(gu)件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅(shan)自松動(dong)。

14、使用本產品做(zuo)高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)驗時,出熟(shu)悉本說明書外,還(huan)必(bi)須嚴格執行國(guo)家有關(guan)標(biao)準和(he)操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓輸(shu)變設備(bei)的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)配合,高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣(qi)設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-300KVA/100KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的(de)確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中(zhong):

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)額定輸出(chu)高壓(ya)的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)較低時,k值可取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的(de)頻(pin)率

被(bei)試設(she)備的電(dian)容量Ct可由(you)交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設(she)備的類型而定。
