一、WBYD-300KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器概述

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器是(shi)根據《試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器》標準,在(zai)油(you)浸(jin)式試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)基礎上(shang)而設(she)計生產的(de)(de)(de)。SF6氣體具有良好的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)氣絕緣(yuan)性(xing)能(neng)及優(you)異的(de)(de)(de)滅弧性(xing)能(neng),其(qi)耐壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)度為(wei)同一壓(ya)力下氮氣的(de)(de)(de)2.5倍,擊穿電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)空氣的(de)(de)(de)2.5倍。在(zai)0.25MPa下與油(you)的(de)(de)(de)擊穿電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)相(xiang)等,在(zai)0.45MPa壓(ya)力下是(shi)油(you)的(de)(de)(de)擊穿電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)2倍,是(shi)一種(zhong)優(you)于(yu)油(you)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)一代超(chao)高壓(ya)絕緣(yuan)介質材料。該產品(pin)技(ji)術要求完(wan)全符合(he)《ZBK-41006-89》標準,它是(shi)油(you)浸(jin)式輕型試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)換代產品(pin)。該產品(pin)具有體積小、重量(liang)輕、不受(shou)氣候變化影(ying)響、電(dian)(dian)暈小、現場搬(ban)運無需靜止可使用(yong),使用(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)長、免(mian)維修等特(te)點。適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)力系統、工(gong)礦企業、科研部門(men)等對各種(zhong)高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)氣設(she)備、電(dian)(dian)氣元件、絕緣(yuan)材料進行工(gong)頻或直(zhi)流高壓(ya)下的(de)(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)強(qiang)(qiang)度試(shi)驗。

二、WBYD-300KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)單(dan)相變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本(ben)公司生(sheng)產的試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資(zi)料請見其具體使(shi)用(yong)說(shuo)明書)系列(lie)操(cao)作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操(cao)作(zuo)箱(xiang)內自偶調(diao)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調(diao)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級(ji)繞組,根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)磁感應(ying)原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓繞組可(ke)獲得(de)試(shi)(shi)驗所需的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的工(gong)作(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路中作(zuo)半波(bo)整流,以獲(huo)得直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。當用一(yi)短路桿將高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆短接時,可獲(huo)得工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交(jiao)流輸(shu)出(chu)狀態;取(qu)消短路桿時,作(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)流輸(shu)出(chu)狀態。

注:高(gao)壓尾必(bi)須可靠(kao)接地

工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)電阻R1應根(gen)據(ju)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)額(e)定容量來選(xuan)擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸出電流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸出電流(liu)為1A以上(shang)時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)電阻作為限(xian)流(liu)電阻,管子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗細(xi)應具有足夠的(de)(de)熱容量(水(shui)阻液配(pei)制方法:用蒸餾(liu)水(shui)加入(ru)適量硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種不同(tong)的(de)(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)及保護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對(dui)被試(shi)品(pin)起到保護(hu)(hu)作用。球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)保護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選(xuan)取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電壓(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(儀表電壓(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確(que)的,其原(yuan)因是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏(lou)(lou)抗(kang)上必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品上的電壓(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)表上反映出來的電壓(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品上的電壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出電壓(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容(rong)(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏(lou)(lou)抗(kang)必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)品上所施加的電壓(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容(rong)(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作(zuo)注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分工,明(ming)確相互間聯系(xi)方法(fa)。并有專門人監(jian)護現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

2)被試品應先清掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥(zao),以(yi)免損壞(huai)被試品和試驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于大型試驗,一(yi)般都應(ying)先進行空(kong)升試驗。即不(bu)接(jie)試品時升壓至(zhi)試驗電(dian)壓,校對各種表計(ji),調整(zheng)球間(jian)隙(xi)。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能(neng)太(tai)快,并必須防止突(tu)然加壓。例如調(diao)壓器不(bu)在(zai)零(ling)位(wei)時(shi)突(tu)然合閘(zha)(zha)。也不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)然切(qie)斷電源,一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓器降至零(ling)位(wei)時(shi)拉閘(zha)(zha)。

5)當電壓(ya)升至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya)時,開始計(ji)時,到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)以下時,才能拉(la)開電源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發現下列(lie)不正(zheng)常情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源。停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表指針擺動很(hen)大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被(bei)試(shi)品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后應測量絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電阻(zu),檢查絕緣(yuan)(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)或(huo)泄露試(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗(yan)應先抽(chou)出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露(lu)試驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)不超過(guo)高壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應(ying)具有足(zu)夠的(de)容(rong)量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇(ze)在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電(dian)容(rong)量很大(da)時,C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的(de)操作(zuo)及(ji)注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)前應先(xian)檢查被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品是(shi)否(fou)停電,接地放電,一切對外連線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓加到有人工(gong)作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接好試驗裝置的(de)接線(xian)(xian)后,應(ying)復查(cha)無誤后才可加壓(ya)。應(ying)特(te)別注意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設備及(ji)引線(xian)(xian)與地、與操作人員(yuan)的(de)**距離,被試品的(de)外殼是否可靠接地,要按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行(xing)試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩慢(man)升壓,防止被(bei)試品的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)燒壞微安(an)表(biao)(biao)。必要(yao)時(shi)應分級加壓,分別讀取各級電(dian)(dian)壓下微安(an)表(biao)(biao)的穩(wen)定讀數(shu)。

4)試驗過程中(zhong),應密切監視被試品(pin)、試驗裝置、微(wei)安表(biao),一旦發(fa)生(sheng)擊穿、閃(shan)爍(shuo)等(deng)異常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查(cha)明原因,詳細(xi)記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源后(hou)應將被試(shi)(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置本(ben)身充分(fen)放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-300KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接好工作線路。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼以及(ji)操作系統的(de)外(wai)殼必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量繞組的(de)F端必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)試驗(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)低(di)壓繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan),測量繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)F端(duan)(duan)以及(ji)高(gao)壓繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)均(jun)接(jie)本級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地(di)。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電源(yuan)前,操(cao)作系統(tong)的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位(wei)后方可接(jie)通(tong)電源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開(kai)始均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快(kuai)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額定(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后(hou),在(zai)以每(mei)秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切注(zhu)意測(ce)量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示以及被試(shi)品的(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)驗過程中如發現測(ce)量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示及被試(shi)品情(qing)況(kuang)異常(chang),應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查(cha)明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在(zai)數(shu)秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓(ya)器返(fan)回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得(de)超過額定參數使用。除試(shi)驗必須外(wai),決(jue)不(bu)允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中,如發現以下(xia)不正常情(qing)況時,應立即降壓,切斷電源,停止試驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因。

⑴電壓(ya)表(biao)指針擺(bai)動(或數字跳動)很大(da)

⑵電流表直線上升(sheng)

被試品內(nei)有不(bu)正常的(de)聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力閥及壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力表,為(wei)長期關閉(bi)狀態(tai)。每6個月開(kai)閥一次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力,應(ying)(ying)不(bu)小于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力后立即關閉(bi)閥門),低于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)(ying)加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體(ti),以(yi)增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗前后應(ying)測量被(bei)試設備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器長期不使(shi)用(yong)時,應(ying)放(fang)置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度(du)下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)(yun)輸搬運(yun)(yun)途中(zhong)不得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使(shi)用本產品做(zuo)高壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格執(zhi)行(xing)國家有關標(biao)準(zhun)和操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配合,高壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)技(ji)術》;《電(dian)氣設備預防性試驗(yan)(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-300KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定(ding)公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓器的(de)額定輸出高(gao)壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值(zhi)可取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率(lv)

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備(bei)的類型而定。
