二、WBYD-150KVA/300KV交直流高壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上,高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大了(le)繞(rao)組(zu)間的(de)耦合。產品(pin)的(de)外殼為圓(yuan)柱(zhu)灌(guan)式容器(qi)結(jie)構(gou),能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器為單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接(jie)入 (為本公司(si)生產的(de)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器配套(tao)專用(yong)設備(bei),詳細資(zi)料請見其具(ju)體使用(yong)說明書)系(xi)列操作(zuo)箱(臺),經操作(zuo)箱內(nei)自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器外附(fu))調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至YDQ試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)初級繞(rao)組(zu),根(gen)據電磁感(gan)應(ying)原理,在試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲得試驗所需的(de)高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交直流(liu)高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的工作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中高壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在高壓(ya)(ya)回路中作(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得直流(liu)高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路桿將高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接(jie)時(shi),可(ke)獲得工頻高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交流(liu)輸出(chu)狀態;取消(xiao)短路桿時(shi),作(zuo)為(wei)直流(liu)輸出(chu)狀態。

試(shi)驗變壓器高(gao)壓套管(guan)中(zhong)的高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)未畫出,其原理(li)與上圖相同。

注:高壓尾必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗中限流電(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定(ding)容(rong)量來選擇(ze)。如(ru)高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)流在(zai)100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)阻作為(wei)限流電(dian)阻,管子(zi)長度(du)可按150kV/m考慮(lv),管子(zi)粗細應(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱(re)容(rong)量(水(shui)阻液配(pei)制方法(fa):用蒸餾水(shui)加入(ru)適(shi)量硫酸銅配(pei)制成各(ge)種不同的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙及(ji)保護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙整定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起到(dao)保護作(zuo)用(yong)。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙保護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確的,其原因(yin)是由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在(zai)這個漏(lou)抗上必(bi)然(ran)存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反(fan)映出(chu)來的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所(suo)謂容(rong)升現象。感應(ying)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的漏(lou)抗必(bi)然(ran)存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了(le)準確測(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所(suo)施加(jia)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)操作注意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試驗人員應(ying)做好分工(gong),明確相互(hu)間聯(lian)系方法。并有專門人監護現場**及觀(guan)察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先(xian)清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥(zao),以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都應(ying)先進行空(kong)升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不(bu)接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓速度不能太快,并必須防止突(tu)(tu)然(ran)(ran)加壓。例如調壓器(qi)不在零位(wei)時(shi)突(tu)(tu)然(ran)(ran)合閘(zha)。也不能突(tu)(tu)然(ran)(ran)切斷電源,一般(ban)應在調壓器(qi)降至零位(wei)時(shi)拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)(shi),開始計(ji)時(shi)(shi),到1min后(hou),迅(xun)速降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以下(xia)時(shi)(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如(ru)發現下列不正(zheng)常(chang)情況時(shi),應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停(ting)止試(shi)驗(yan)并查(cha)明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發現絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品(pin)內有不正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)前(qian)后應測量(liang)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器在(zai)做被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的直流耐壓(ya)或(huo)泄露試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中限流電(dian)阻R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)端短路(lu)電(dian)流不超過(guo)高壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)流。如電(dian)壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)流電(dian)流為100mA時用(yong)于(yu)60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中,限流電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)阻還(huan)應具有(you)足夠(gou)的容量和沿面放電(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓(ya)濾波電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)電容量(liang)很大時,C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試驗前應先檢查(cha)被試品是(shi)否(fou)停電,接(jie)地放電,一切對外連線是(shi)否(fou)擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試驗電壓加(jia)到(dao)有(you)人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試驗裝置的(de)接線(xian)后,應(ying)(ying)復查無誤后才可(ke)加(jia)壓。應(ying)(ying)特別注(zhu)意檢查高壓設備及引線(xian)與地、與操(cao)作人員的(de)**距(ju)離(li),被試品(pin)的(de)外殼是(shi)否可(ke)靠接地,要按**規程中(zhong)所規定的(de)內容進(jin)行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓(ya)(ya),防(fang)止被試(shi)品的充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒(shao)壞(huai)微安(an)表。必要時應分級(ji)加壓(ya)(ya),分別(bie)讀(du)取各級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)下微安(an)表的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,應(ying)密切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)、微安表(biao),一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異(yi)常(chang)現象應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,并查(cha)明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢(bi),降(jiang)壓,切斷電源后應將被試品(pin)及試驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-150KVA/300KV交直流高壓發生器注意事項

1、按照您所進行(xing)的試驗(yan)接好工作(zuo)線(xian)路(lu)。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的外殼(ke)以及(ji)(ji)操(cao)作(zuo)系統(tong)的外殼(ke)必須可靠接地(di)。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)(ji)測量繞組(zu)的F端(duan)必須可靠接地(di)。

2、做串級試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,**級、第三級試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)。**級、第三級試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必(bi)須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地(di)。

4、從零(ling)開(kai)始均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開(kai)始按(an)一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度(du)上升(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額(e)定(ding)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每(mei)秒2%額(e)定(ding)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)以及被試品的(de)情況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中(zhong)或試驗(yan)過(guo)程中(zhong)如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)及被試品情況異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電源,查明情況。

5、試(shi)驗完(wan)畢后(hou),應(ying)在數秒內勻速(su)的將(jiang)調壓器返回至零(ling)位,然后(hou)切斷(duan)電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不得超過額定(ding)參數使用。除(chu)試驗必須外(wai),決不允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再(zai)升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗過程中(zhong),如(ru)發現(xian)以下(xia)不(bu)正常情況時,應立(li)即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,停止試驗并查明(ming)原因。

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓力(li)閥(fa)(fa)及壓力(li)表,為長(chang)期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓力(li)后(hou)立即關閉閥(fa)(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體(ti),以增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應測(ce)量被試(shi)設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

10、當(dang)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器長期不使用時(shi),應放置于(yu)通(tong)風、干(gan)燥、無陽光(guang)直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用(yong)、放氣。

12、運(yun)(yun)輸搬運(yun)(yun)途中不得重(zhong)力(li)沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥、壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使(shi)用本產品(pin)做高(gao)壓試(shi)驗時(shi),出熟(shu)悉本說明書外,還(huan)必須嚴(yan)格執行(xing)國家(jia)有關(guan)標(biao)準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設備的(de)絕緣配合,高(gao)壓試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備預防(fang)性試(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-150KVA/300KV交直流高壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的(de)確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的額(e)定輸(shu)出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值可取高一些。
