一、WBYD-150KVA/300KV高壓耐壓成套裝置概述

二、WBYD-150KVA/300KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓試驗變壓器采用單框(kuang)芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構,初級繞組(zu)繞在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓繞組(zu)在外(wai),這種同軸布置減少(shao)了漏磁(ci)通(tong),因而增(zeng)大了繞組(zu)間(jian)的(de)耦合(he)。產品(pin)的(de)外(wai)殼為(wei)圓柱灌式(shi)容器結(jie)構,能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以(yi)上為(wei)(wei)(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)(wei)(wei)本公司(si)生產的(de)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用設備(bei),詳細資料請見(jian)其具(ju)體使用說明(ming)書)系列(lie)操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)箱(xiang)內(nei)自偶調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞(rao)(rao)組,根據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組可獲(huo)得試(shi)驗所需(xu)的(de)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)工(gong)作原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)套(tao)管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)回路中(zhong)作半波整流,以獲得直(zhi)流高(gao)電壓(ya)。當用一短路桿將高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短接時,可(ke)獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)電壓(ya),作為交(jiao)流輸出狀(zhuang)態;取消(xiao)短路桿時,作為直(zhi)流輸出狀(zhuang)態。

工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的額(e)(e)定容量來選擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取(qu)(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長度(du)可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗(cu)細應具有足(zu)夠的熱容量(水阻(zu)(zu)液配制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水加入(ru)適(shi)量硫酸銅(tong)配制(zhi)成各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙及(ji)保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過球間(jian)隙整定(ding)值時(一般取試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙放電(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品起到(dao)保護作(zuo)用。球間(jian)隙保護電(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確的(de)(de)(de),其原因(yin)是由(you)于(yu)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升(sheng),使試品上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反(fan)映出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),被試品上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準確測量被試品上所施加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注意事項

1)試驗人員應做(zuo)好分工,明確相(xiang)互間聯系方(fang)法(fa)。并有(you)專(zhuan)門人監(jian)護現場**及觀(guan)察(cha)試品(pin)狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃(sao)干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損(sun)壞(huai)被(bei)試品和試驗帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于(yu)大型(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一般都應先進行空(kong)升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時升(sheng)壓至(zhi)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓,校(xiao)對各種表計,調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)速度不(bu)能(neng)(neng)太(tai)快,并必須防止突(tu)(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)在(zai)零(ling)位時突(tu)(tu)然合(he)閘。也不(bu)能(neng)(neng)突(tu)(tu)然切(qie)斷電源,一般(ban)應在(zai)調壓(ya)器(qi)降至零(ling)位時拉(la)閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓升至(zhi)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓時,開始計時,到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓到1/3試驗電(dian)(dian)壓以下(xia)時,才能拉開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中,如(ru)發現下列(lie)不正常(chang)情況時(shi),應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動(dong)很大(da);②發現絕緣燒焦(jiao)或(huo)(huo)冒煙;③被(bei)試品內有不正常(chang)的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)前后(hou)應測量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)在做被試(shi)品的直流(liu)耐(nai)壓(ya)或(huo)泄露試(shi)驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中限流(liu)電(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸出電(dian)壓時,輸出端短路電(dian)流(liu)不超(chao)過(guo)高壓硅堆(dui)的(de)(de)(de)*大(da)整流(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的(de)(de)(de)*大(da)整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用(yong)于(yu)60kV的(de)(de)(de)試驗裝置(zhi)中,限流(liu)電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限流(liu)電(dian)阻還應具有(you)足夠的(de)(de)(de)容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾(lv)波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般(ban)選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試(shi)品的電(dian)容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略(lve)不(bu)用。

泄露試驗的操作及注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗前應先檢查被(bei)試品是(shi)否停(ting)電,接地放電,一切對外連線是(shi)否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴(yan)防將試驗電壓加到有人工作的(de)部位(wei)上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應復查(cha)無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢(jian)查(cha)高壓(ya)設備及引線與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操(cao)作人員(yuan)的(de)**距離,被試品的(de)外殼是(shi)否可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di),要按**規程中所(suo)規定(ding)的(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設(she)備應(ying)緩慢升(sheng)壓,防止被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒壞微安表。必要時應(ying)分級加(jia)壓,分別讀取(qu)各級電(dian)壓下微安表的(de)穩(wen)定(ding)讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密切監(jian)視被(bei)試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表,一旦(dan)發生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現象應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源,并查(cha)明原因,詳細(xi)記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源后應將(jiang)被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身(shen)充分放電(dian)。

1、按照您所進行的試驗接(jie)好工作線路。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的外殼以(yi)及(ji)操作系統的外殼必(bi)須(xu)可靠接(jie)地(di)。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))以(yi)及(ji)測(ce)量繞(rao)組的F端(duan)必(bi)須(xu)可靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan),測量繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)(duan)以及高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼必須(xu)通過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操作系統的調壓器必(bi)須調到零位后方可接通電(dian)源,合閘(zha),開始升(sheng)壓。

4、從零(ling)開(kai)始(shi)(shi)均(jun)勻(yun)旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)法有:快(kuai)速升(sheng)壓(ya)法,即(ji)(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)法;慢(man)速升(sheng)壓(ya)法,即(ji)(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)法;極慢(man)速升(sheng)壓(ya)法供選用。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)從零(ling)開(kai)始(shi)(shi)按一定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)式(shi)和(he)速度上升(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額定(ding)(ding)(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額定(ding)(ding)(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)速度升(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額定(ding)(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),并密切注意測(ce)量儀表的(de)指示以及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)壓(ya)過程中或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程中如發(fa)現(xian)測(ce)量儀表的(de)指示及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品情(qing)況異常(chang),應立即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,查(cha)明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒內(nei)勻速的將調壓器返(fan)回(hui)至(zhi)零(ling)位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額(e)定參數使用(yong)。除試驗(yan)必須(xu)外,決不允許(xu)全電(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗過(guo)程中,如發(fa)現以(yi)下不正常情況時,應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源(yuan),停止(zhi)試驗并查明原因(yin)。

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內(nei)有不正常(chang)的聲(sheng)音

8、圖(tu)1中第(di)9項(xiang)系壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)力(li)表,為長(chang)期關(guan)閉(bi)狀態(tai)。每6個月開閥(fa)一(yi)次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力(li),應(ying)不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力(li)后立即關(guan)閉(bi)閥(fa)門(men)),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)加SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增加氣(qi)絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后(hou)應測量被試設(she)備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器長期(qi)不(bu)使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽(yang)光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不(bu)允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不(bu)得(de)重力(li)沖(chong)擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件(jian)及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產(chan)品做(zuo)高壓試驗時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴(yan)格執行(xing)國家有關標(biao)準和操作規(gui)程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備的絕緣(yuan)配合,高壓試驗技術(shu)》;《電氣設備預防性試驗規(gui)程(cheng)》等(deng)。

五、WBYD-150KVA/300KV高壓耐壓成套裝置容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量Pn的確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓器的額定輸(shu)出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓較低時(shi),k值(zhi)可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被試品的(de)電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗(yan)電源的頻率

被試(shi)設備(bei)的(de)電容量Ct可(ke)由交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變(bian)化很大(da),

可由設備的類型(xing)而定。
