二、WBYD-100KVA/300KV交直流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓試驗變壓器采用(yong)單框芯(xin)(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)結(jie)(jie)構(gou),初級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)上,高壓繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外(wai),這種同(tong)軸(zhou)布置減少(shao)了(le)漏磁通,因而增大(da)了(le)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外(wai)殼為圓柱(zhu)灌式容(rong)器結(jie)(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結(jie)(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

三、WBYD-100KVA/300KV交直流耐壓發生器工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)(wei)單(dan)相變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為(wei)(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)(wei)本公司生產的試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專(zhuan)用設備,詳細資料請見(jian)其(qi)具體使用說明書)系列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級(ji)繞組(zu),根據電磁感應原(yuan)理,在試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得試驗(yan)(yan)所需的高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列(lie)交直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的工作原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套(tao)管中裝有(you)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)(dui),串接(jie)在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回(hui)路(lu)中作半波整流,以獲得(de)(de)直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當(dang)用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)(dui)短接(jie)時,可獲得(de)(de)工頻高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作為交流輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai);取消短路(lu)桿時,作為直(zhi)流輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗中限流電阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試驗變(bian)壓器的額(e)定容量來選擇。如高壓側額(e)定輸出電流在100~300mA時,可(ke)(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電壓);高壓側額(e)定輸出電流為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗電壓)。常用(yong)水電阻(zu)作為(wei)限流電阻(zu),管(guan)子長度(du)可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮(lv),管(guan)子粗(cu)細應(ying)具有(you)足夠的熱容量(水阻(zu)液配制方法(fa):用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅(tong)配制成各種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(shi)(一般取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對(dui)被試品起到(dao)保(bao)護(hu)作用。球間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)(shi)(shi)非常準(zhun)確的(de)(de)(de)(de),其(qi)原因(yin)是(shi)(shi)(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)個(ge)漏抗上必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)品上的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反映出(chu)(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)品上的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)所謂容升現象。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)漏抗必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測量(liang)(liang)被(bei)試(shi)品上所施加的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操(cao)作注意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試驗人員應做好(hao)分工,明確相(xiang)互間聯系方(fang)法。并有(you)專(zhuan)門人監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清掃干凈(jing),并(bing)**干燥,以免損(sun)壞被試(shi)品和(he)試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大型試驗(yan),一般都應先(xian)進(jin)行(xing)空(kong)升試驗(yan)。即不接試品時(shi)升壓至試驗(yan)電壓,校對各種表計,調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升(sheng)壓速度不能太快,并(bing)必(bi)須防止突(tu)然加壓。例如調壓器不在(zai)(zai)零位(wei)時突(tu)然合閘。也不能突(tu)然切斷電(dian)源,一般應在(zai)(zai)調壓器降至零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)至試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才能拉(la)開(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升(sheng)壓或耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過(guo)程中,如(ru)發(fa)現下(xia)列不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)情況時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源。停止試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)并查明原因(yin):①電(dian)壓表指(zhi)針擺動很(hen)大;②發(fa)現絕(jue)緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情(qing)況。

注:此試驗(yan)應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所(suo)示(shi)。

泄露試驗(yan)中限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流不超過高(gao)壓硅堆的*大整流。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大整流電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中,限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應(ying)具有足夠的容(rong)量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波(bo)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量很大(da)時,C1可省略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應(ying)先檢(jian)查被(bei)試(shi)品是否停(ting)電,接地放電,一切(qie)對(dui)外(wai)連線是否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)電壓加到有人(ren)工作的部(bu)位上(shang)去。

2)接好(hao)試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置的接線(xian)后(hou),應復查(cha)無誤(wu)后(hou)才可加壓。應特別注意檢查(cha)高(gao)壓設備及引(yin)線(xian)與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人員的**距離,被試(shi)品的外殼是(shi)否(fou)可靠接地,要按**規程中所規定的內容(rong)進(jin)行(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應(ying)緩(huan)慢升壓,防止被試品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒(shao)壞微安表(biao)。必要時應(ying)分(fen)級(ji)加(jia)壓,分(fen)別讀取各級(ji)電(dian)壓下微安表(biao)的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試驗過程中,應(ying)密切監視被(bei)試品(pin)、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,并查明原因(yin),詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢(bi),降壓,切斷電源(yuan)后應(ying)將被試品及試驗裝置本(ben)身充分(fen)放電。

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)試(shi)驗接(jie)好工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以(yi)及(ji)操作(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須可靠接(jie)地。試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)高壓繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(高壓尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量(liang)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)F端必須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的低(di)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的X端,測量繞(rao)組的F端以及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均(jun)接本級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼必須通過絕緣支(zhi)架接地。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前,操(cao)作系統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位后方可接通電(dian)源(yuan),合(he)閘,開始升壓。

4、從(cong)零開(kai)始均(jun)勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方法(fa)有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)供選用(yong)。電壓(ya)從(cong)零開(kai)始按一定的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方式和速度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)(suo)需的(de)(de)(de)額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)(suo)需的(de)(de)(de)額定電壓(ya),并密切(qie)注(zhu)意(yi)測(ce)量(liang)儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)以(yi)及(ji)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)過(guo)程中或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中如發現測(ce)量(liang)儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)及(ji)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)情(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,查明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后(hou),應在數(shu)秒(miao)內勻速的將(jiang)調壓器返回至零位,然(ran)后(hou)切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產品(pin)不得超過額定參數使(shi)用(yong)。除試驗必須外,決不允許(xu)全(quan)電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或(huo)耐壓試驗過(guo)程中,如(ru)發(fa)現以下不正常情況時,應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,停止(zhi)試驗并查明原因。

被試品內有不(bu)正(zheng)常的聲音

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)表,為(wei)長期(qi)關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥一次(ci),以檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓(ya)力(li)后立(li)即(ji)關閉(bi)閥門(men)),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應加SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長期不(bu)使用時(shi),應放置(zhi)于通風、干(gan)燥(zao)、無陽光(guang)直射的地方。

11、該產品不(bu)允許(xu)在高于(yu)45℃的(de)溫度下長期(qi)存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸(shu)搬運(yun)途(tu)中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥、壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做(zuo)高(gao)壓試(shi)驗時(shi),出(chu)熟悉本(ben)說(shuo)明書外(wai),還(huan)必(bi)須嚴格執行國家(jia)有關標準(zhun)和操作規程。可參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸(shu)變設備的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣(qi)設備預(yu)防性試(shi)驗規程》等(deng)。

五、WBYD-100KVA/300KV交直流耐壓發生器容量選擇

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓(ya)器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定(ding)輸出(chu)高壓的有效(xiao)值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值可取高一些。
